lord teachers preaching for capitalism never take an ill word from anyone who disagrees with em. same shit happened to me when i kept raising my hand to disagree with my history teacher who was showing us propaganda of factory towns (claiming that they were actually neat and that imperialism was sexy, actually) he just eventually ignored me and threatened to throw my ass in the office when i just kept voicing my disagreements. supposedly leftist teachers are truly blessings of nature, eh? christ

It is annoying since most of them paint every Communist to be pure evil and Capitalism to be angelic, my history teacher gave the Trotskyist definition for Communism instead of the actual definition and said Capitalism was free and had democracy and all that and I mentioned she had the definitions wrong and she paused and ignored me and after class I was like “you know when England was a monarchy it was Capitalist, right?” And she was all like “oh yeah I know you’re so smart )))” like last time I checked one absolute ruler dictated by blood isnt democracy but okay

I remember also being like “well everyone is saying pure of one is completely evil on both sides, but I agree with some Communist things, so why can’t we just make our own new form of government or combine the positive traits or make it so at least there is some sort of safety net that actually covers everyone and stops them from dying regardless of what they are if they need it” and she just responded with “Wow your question is something people have been debating for years!” And I was like “um okay”

Or they just go “oh all this happened in USSR so all this will definitely happen to everything else >(” or say that Communists are inherently murders, like imagine if I said every Capitalist is exactly like Trump, Pence, or Cruz, there’d be riots

I hate it when they treat all Communists as if they think the same thing, it’s like saying every Capitalist is just a Republican in disguise, like I agree with my Communist friends saying “why does it matter as long as we don’t get hurt and are alive and get to be happy” but hate Stalin and Lenin for the bad things they did and agree with some things other Communists have said, but just because I agree with some things Karl Marx says doesn’t mean I don’t find him fucking annoying as hell, I think he sounds like a whining baby that won’t stop dragging on a conversation, but oh no! I forgot Communists are 2 dimensional >(

Like I am not stupid I am not going to agree with something like this without doing heavy research, at first I was like “Oh I am Socialist because everyone else is saying Socialism is this” and because I saw the American Socialists, Democratic Socialists, and Social Democrats saying that but I don’t entirely agree with them and find some that I’ve listened to annoying because they’re either too weak on something or too strong, and they act like the States is suddenly going to become Socialist, I highly doubt it since the hatred is too deep

I’ve been in discord servers where they will say “oh dont romanticize Communism because these horrible Communists that were in power did horrible things” like I understand why they say it and yes they are horrible but I’ve never met a Communist that’s wants to murder people like they did, I’m sure some are out there, but these discord people will still happily romanticize monarchies or romanticize people like Nixon

I also hate that they be like “oh Communists are just as bad as fascists” like they hated Communists too, didnt fascism get created because that guy got kicked out of socialist party in Italy for being to extreme??? I am not completely sure but it still makes me annoyed because I’ve seen some sites say that they definitely hated Communists too, and most of the time these people don’t even know difference between Bolshevik and Menshevik or what happened with them,
