#ainsam zikka#a very badly spelled german 'lonely bitch'#(einsam zicke)#HES SOOOOOOOO#i stole him from elsword and made him my own character. unfortunately i never QUITE figured out which deity would apply to him#cuz in elsword ainchase is like literally a godsent angel tagging along with the party to fix continuity errors#and I didn't want to finagle that so i wiped his memories and made him a cleric#his Background TM is that his old party entered a dungeon crawling with mindflayers#he got hit with Dominate Will or some similar spell and killed his entire party including his boyfriend#when he came to he'd barely been rescued by a different party who destroyed the dungeon instead of resurrecting ain's group#he couldn't bring any of them back and couldn't bring himself to join the new party#so he found a village in need of a priest and started drinking to forget#his signature gimmick is to declare holy ground for him to then pass out in so he can't be disturbed#his equipment is old and in need of repairs - his pendulum and armors were a gift from the old party that he refuses to get rid of#oh yeah his casting medium is a bigass steel pendulum lmfao. its technically got spikes. it has an enchanted eye in the middle of it#i gotta dig him back up he was SO FUCKING FUN

He's babygirl he wants to steal the Plasma Spark (Ultra Planet's fake sun that powers everyone just by being there) and instead of getting locked in Cube Jail for 100,000 years like the last guy who tried that, he has to fight a guy on Sand Planet Hell until he realizes the true point of fighting. While the guy's brother and the guy who made Cube Jail watch and judge him. But he realizes that the purpose of fighting is to protect those who can't protect themselves and gets to go fight his new arch-nemesis! He later went on to make a team of people who protect the multiverse (this was back in 2010), of which he was the leader and the one they were named after (of course). Given his ego, and his reputation, he'd be the equivalent of a precure pink or sentai red. Plus he's the son of the favorite Ultraman from the last generation, so he's doubly Tsupro's Favorite Boy. He also gets a friendship bracelet from a god in the parallel universe<3

I don't just mean send an icon of the meme, but also add which meme it came from, be it a link or the title of the meme, or both. I'm not one to reply things directly at times, hell I bet most of you probably know that from me already. The reason why RP meme asks that were sent but don't get answered by me is because I don't remember which meme it came from and it sucks. Might've been a very fun meme that I would really enjoy to reply but can't because I've not only get to it at the time when it's been sent but when I finally get to it I forgot what meme it came from and it SUCKS.
Add a reference to the meme for those who don't reply often.
And yes I'm calling myself out cause I do that too and I need to learn not to do it.
I still miss a few old fandoms/muses from old fandoms
I hope I'm not alone in this but god does it feel like people don't look back on old fandoms after they've moved to another one or keep roleplaying in the fandom. It makes some fandoms that used to be great end up being dead and that just saddens me.
Yes I may sound like an old record, but I really wish that all fandoms still exist, especially in the RP-ing community. There's probably a lot of muses that people would enjoy interacting with, be it on tumblr or on discord or anywhere else, regardless of the fandom they came from.
Of course I have some fandoms that I wish it will return and hell I've even added tags from those fandoms to the tag tracker and not a single one showed up as 1 or +1 and it saddens me.
But that's life for ya, huh? Just some fandoms go dead after a new fandom comes. Of course I might be a broken record for saying this, but I really hope the Maplestory fandom returns on tumblr-- or hell, the Elsword fandom too for that matter. But until then, guess I can only hope...
P.S please ask Joy to bring his A.B back I enjoyed the interactions a lot when I was able to do it--

Okay this post is a small post of ideas, I personally want to see changes for Code Ultimate since it's my favorite Eve path ever since I started Elsword way back when.
The first one is optional, but I have mentioned over on the discord that Eve should just launch the Black Hole from Generate Black Hole, someone brought up the idea of it exploding and leaving a spatial distortion I forgot what effect it would have for "clearing utility" due to...............most endgame mobs seem unaffected by suction effects??
Critical Strike or what it should be renamed to in NA is Psycho Kinesis. I would rather we remove the bleed and the retract skill option, and it should just be CU's other bossing skill, the Pink Orbs are indicator of "extra" or "true" damage and their rotation could be random. I haven't really given it full thoughts.
Edit: There is an idea for Critical Strike, replace bleed debuff for defense break.
The BIGGEST clear change I would do is make Explosion Impact different. is Eve can use this skill at any time even in the air, to use the whip and launch an Electron Wave, the first one, then a 2nd one for later. BUT the Enhanced effect gives her a special Pink Electron wave which not only travels longer, and it has a large reach, it can do splash damage, this is a bit much for a new player or someone playing CU's path, but this would be a reasonable skill for Eve to rely on. but since it has to be used once before using the third, this means you can save onto it or use it whenever you need but reminder after the 2nd/3rd Electron Wave, it will be in cooldown.
Edit: instead of a Super-Armor, just make invincible for when she uses the skill to launch the Electron Wave
This next change will be controversial.
Converting Queen's Throne as its OWN passive at level 30, this means it will be replaced for a new skill in its place, but what it gains, is once you Awaken you will activate Queen's Throne like Proto-QQ. Since you'll retain Queen's Throne's effect, I was considering Eve gaining the ability on her X commands for her to have a chance to launch some Pink Electron Balls which are just a stronger form of Electron Balls. ( I know Antithese has her own but this is for CU.) And before someone says "This is unfair", look at Yama Raja and her 7 passives and then come back to me again, or we could "give" everyone else an extra passive and skills.
Due to the changes, I will change Queen of Vengeance to a set duration of how long you remain in Awakening. On paper this seems way too strong for an Eve to use, but this is strictly a limit that we the players can't influence more on Eve is, for an amount of time you remain in Awakening you gain an amount of All Skill Damage Increase plus MP Cost reduction, the max you can even get is 10% increased Skill Damage and 15% MP Cost reduction on skills the value will never change above that. But in PvP it will most likely be reduced to 5% each.
Edit: the other option is just keep the idea of awakening for an amount of time for the ASD increase. but keep MP Cost reduction as a given passive number.
Since Queen's Throne is changed I have no idea what skill for Eve to replace that with.
Edit: I have considered giving Eve a Nasod Blade as a replacement, but that's more work than already needed.
Reinforced Nasod Weapons is a hefty change which is, only activated during Awakening. the added Nasod Spear weapons are Explosion Impact (New) and Iron Scraps plus mod. But we're renaming Nasod Spear weapons as Ancient Nasod Weapons.
My other changes are Iron Scraps [mod] needs to linger and have a far larger range to even be considered a "homing clearing skill" not that many people use it as such but it has no reach.
Extreme Cutter (Mod as well) AND Assault Spear Judgement needs more damage, and a faster speed to be considered useful for damage potential and possible clearing potential.
After all of this and a really tired brain, I said my part of what changes could be done. Code: Ultimate is the Nasod Ruler of her own kingdom. The Metal Overlord that she cannot even reach because her baby sisters have some kits at their disposal that she doesn't have or doesn't do enough in.

What type of characters interest you?
I don’t think I have a criterion or criteria for the characters I like. I go case by case, to be honest. The characters I like may have similar traits, but I don’t like them by default because they possess them.
For example, Light possesses traits I like in other characters, but I find him irritating. Thinking about him gives me a headache lmao.
Since I am into Dice (not going to spoiler much, since it’s basic knowledge), Mooyoung is a bit like him: he wants to reset the world, because he thinks its current state is just the worst. He took upon him this impossible mission, thinking he’s the only one capable of defeating X. He is manipulative, ruthless and much more, but he doesn’t do it for “boredom” and he doesn’t have a plot armour. For fuck’s sake, the number of times he lost against X – makes him fucking pathetic at this point, but he is way more fascinating than shallow Light. He is op like Light, in a way, but he earned it. He spread the dices and killed more than 650 dicers with his own fucking hands, just to try to beat X and fail miserably. Light gets pretty much everything handed to him. Mooyoung has a Misa in a way (Taebin) but he “earned” him too. He works his ass off and always bounces back. / A single mom who works two jobs, who loves her kids and never stops, with gentle hands and a heart of a fighter. I'm a survivor. / vibes (he does love his kids – the people he killed – and I’m serious. When I found out what lies in his consciousness, it just broke me.)
It depends on the context the character finds themselves in, I’d say. I'll give you some other characters from other media, if you want to find a pattern or just get an answer (if you know them of course).

I love Raven so much. The endless search for redemption for crimes he had no real say in committing really resonates with me for some reason. For context this post is focusing on his Blademaster path.
Obligatory @my-hyperfixation-hell elsword post disclaimer here; I am not at all caught up with canon because I have not had a laptop that can run Elsword for years, so what I say may be outdated or misremembered information (but I've familiarized myself with the character trailers and wiki here so I think I have the gist)
But I think it's also something about how Raven repeatedly starts at the bottom, at Velder Academy to leading his own merc group and getting engaged with Seris, from being a Nasod experiment to joining the El Search Party only to realize the Nasods are using combat data gathered from him- and so many times seems to drop back to the bottom again.
That must be so fucking exhausting.
It's also interesting to me how in his first path story movie, for Blademaster, he says, "No, this is redemption. I'm merely correcting my own wrongdoings. There's no reason to involve my past or my emotions."
He chases after redemption so hard, but isn't that concept inherently intertwined with his past and emotions? What is redemption if not the product of past actions and your feelings of remorse for them?
Blademaster Raven craves a vague form of redemption, while at the same time wanting a clean break from his past and it comes off to me like he is torturing himself trying to find a way to have both.
I wonder, mainly because of the part of the same story path movie mentioned above where, upon seeing the Nasods programmed with his combat information, he says "Even though I thought I escaped, I was still being exploited." how much of this was really about redemption and how much of it is actually just about wanting to feel in control again after what the Nasods did to him?
Even if it means shouldering the sins from things he did under their control, at least taking accountability for them inherently implies some sense of autonomy. Even if it comes with a hefty helping of guilt, redemption is both a genuine want to him, I don't want to discount that at all, he definitely does believe he has things to make up for, but I think there is also some comfort like I said in believing that these are his actions, because after spending so long feeling manipulated (both by Owen's betrayal and the Nasod mind control he frequently cites), he needs to believe he had a choice in it.

Fuck off and die.
So I've been having a lot of fun playing Path of Exile as of late. This is to distract me from things I should be doing and also from the fact, that Diablo 4 - which has me kind of excited - is still 5 months (and 70€) away. I like playing all sorts of games and I like to go back to my arpgs every now and then.
The following sentence would get me bullied to death in my old circles for the hideous hypocrisy but hear me out; not everything has to be optimised and by the meta if you're having fun. If you've ever talked with me, especially about gaming, you probably know I can be quite competitive. And I do in fact, strive to be on top of things (my boyfriend included)[oh, I am so hilarious] and optimise stuff I play over long period of time when I get acquainted with mechanics and so on and so forth; sometimes sacrificing a bit of my agenda to have smoother gameplay. But my core messege for anybody who is playing video games (and board games too) is to simply play to have fun.
If you want to, play Strength stacking instead of Bravery in Elsword. Don't play the most cookie cutter support runes in LoL if you're not having any fun this way. Be a complete dunderhead and play Poisonous Concoction Maruder for whatever reason you want to. End all be all is that you're having fun. I stopped playing Overwatch because I simply don't have any fun from it any more. And I will be playing non optimal Impaler in Diablo 3 because that's how I'm having fun.
I'm sorry my build isn't fulfilling enough for most brain dead meta requirements for whatever end game PoE has to offer but my build is optimised for 110% having fun while I'm playing it. I'm really sorry you forget the purpose of video games in the blind run for the prestige of whatever in game ranking, but it's not my problem and quit projecting your issues upon me because of it.
And all of this is coming from me. So kiddos, play whatever you fancy - optimal for the meta game or not - and be on top of you things. And your partners.

Alright so, I used to follow you back in 2015-2017 because we both played Elsword, I ended up changing blogs and low-key forgetting about you (sorry) but ended up getting back into els for nostalgia this past year. One of the things I wanted to do when I was a kid was commission you for art of my Elsword oc (lmao,) and I ended up briefly remembering that today and decided to poke on your blog (thanks for having a short and easy to remember url) and. Holy shit. Your art has improved SO MUCH in EVERY WHICH WAY from what I last saw. Your anatomy? Amazing. Your shading? Peak. Your character design? Drop dead gorgeous. It's amazing how much a person can improve their art in almost 6 years! Like seriously, my jaw dropped.
I gotta keep my eyes PEELED for the next time your commissions are open 👀 childhood dream of wanting to commission you her I come

Occasionally people who used to follow me from when I was super into Elsword/Food Fantasy/What have you pop up and say that they remember me, and it’s always really cool to know that people I interacted with or people who enjoyed my work still remember and find me. Magical Boy Tournament: Round 1
Entrant Propaganda:
Ultraman Zero
He's babygirl he wants to steal the Plasma Spark (Ultra Planet's fake sun that powers everyone just by being there) and instead of getting locked in Cube Jail for 100,000 years like the last guy who tried that, he has to fight a guy on Sand Planet Hell until he realizes the true point of fighting. While the guy's brother and the guy who made Cube Jail watch and judge him. But he realizes that the purpose of fighting is to protect those who can't protect themselves and gets to go fight his new arch-nemesis!
He later went on to make a team of people who protect the multiverse (this was back in 2010), of which he was the leader and the one they were named after (of course). Given his ego, and his reputation, he'd be the equivalent of a precure pink or sentai red. Plus he's the son of the favorite Ultraman from the last generation, so he's doubly Tsupro's Favorite Boy. He also gets a friendship bracelet from a god in the parallel universe<3

I Might Be a Bit of a Crackhead for Finishing All of Final Fantasy XIV in Just About a Month
DISCLOSURE: This contains no story spoilers for any part of Final Fantasy XIV.
December 7th, 2021. That was the day that all hell broke loose. Constant crashes, login wait times, server maintenance, even the delisting of the game. This, my friends, is where our tale starts, and where my journey began. The launch of Endwalker, the fourth expansion of Final Fantasy XIV Online.
Now, for a while before this day, I had heard countless things from friends regarding Final Fantasy XIV, Free Trial™ Copypasta and all. At that point I had never even given thought to trying an MMORPG, well, besides Elsword, but that was almost 10 years ago and I wanted to try to get the Sword Art Online crossover items.
But of course, time had passed since then, and not only had my taste in anime drastically increased, but I had matured. I was an owner of a PlayStation 4 Pro, a fan of Final Fantasy, and had numerous people screaming in my ear about XIV, so one day in my first semester during finals week, I finally started Final Fantasy XIV.
Heh, see what I did there?
At first, I started myself with the free trial, obviously. I created my character, chose Lamia on the Primal Data Center (I would have chosen Ultros but it was full at the time), and started my adventure! I played about two hours of the free trial, stumbling through the forest in Gridania, but I was able to level up quite a bit and make it through a nice portion of the main quests. Though, at the time I was going to leave for work soon, so I logged out and got ready for work.
I then realized after I got ready that I had a bit more time left before I had to leave, so I tried to log back in to the game, only to be booted out to the login screen every time I tried. Turns out, all the things that I had read online about the queues and the wait times? Yeah, I wasn’t gonna experience any of that on the free trial. Because Square Enix put priority on the people that paid for the game, which you obviously should, that meant there would be no queues for the free players whatsoever. And thus, I went to work, sad that I could not continue just for a little bit.
While I was at work, though, I opened the PlayStation app and went to the store. I saw that the complete edition for Final Fantasy XIV was put back up for sale, and it included Endwalker now. I went back and forth in my head about it, but ultimately I took the plunge and purchased that full edition right then and there. Yes, I had purchased Final Fantasy XIV with only two hours of playtime on the multi-hundred-hour long free trial that lets you play all of A Realm Reborn and the first expansion, Heavensward. I am very educated.
And so, my adventure really began. Turns out that I had bought it at just the right time as well, because two weeks later the game was pulled from digital stores, and the free trial was shut down in order for the team to focus on fixing the servers.
With two months of winter break ahead of me, I spent just about every day playing the game, leveling up, and getting through all the story quests. For some expansions, it only took me three or four days, others took me about a week. There were a few days that I had to take a break due to a bit of a mental breakdown while trying to learn another class, but after “recovering” I switched back to my main class at the time and continued going at it.
I was practically hit by a truck with every big emotional moment in the game, but I pressed on. The days flew by and then, after 37 days and 348 hours of playing, I had finished the most recent expansion, Endwalker. I was filled with joy and hope, as I had caught up with everyone I had known at the time. My goal for the entire winter break had been reached. I did it.
Though... to say that I felt like I aged ten years after finishing it all would be an understatement. I still look back at old screenshots of when I still played on my PS4, back in the early days. Since then I have switched to my PS5, then to my Mac, but it’s still very surreal seeing that the beginning of my journey wasn’t all that long ago.
In the days and months after finishing all of the main story, I have met many friends in the Primal Data Center. Not just them, but this whole game- this whole experience has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I am so grateful for all the friends I made through this, how they’ve helped me in more ways than one. I’ve come out of my shell and met so many great people through the game, and learned many, many great lessons through it all.
So... maybe I’m not such a crackhead after all!
