Our very first Nepal Tibetan Frontier volunteers are arriving soon in the beautiful village of Langtang 🙌 . This community is located in a remote region of the Himalayas. Due to the devastating earthquake in 2015, the local families are still recovering. Our volunteers this summer will be assisting local engineers to help restore the school, teach English lessons, and bring life back into the local economy. . Shine on. I feel very lucky to have the company of some friends I have. Some of those friends are from the Himalayas. This picture was taken from the middle of a tea estate in Darjeeling district. People usually don't to all these places because these are off route. A friend of mine, Buddha Tamang, took me on a bike ride to this place and a lot more. Friends are one of the biggest gifts that we have.
