8. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?
To be honest, the main idea of him being an egocentric idiot. It's not that it's not real in a sense, because it is, but most of the non-argentinians (and some argentinian...) fans simplify Martin in a point that is ridiculous. He's brave, creative, very clever, inteligent, optimistic, funny, good and generous (it's Alfred's cousin in a point and they are VERY similar). I understand the foreign vision disturbs the complexity, but in some cases the "fanon" assumpsions bother me a lot.
That and the broken nose. I despise it.
14. Assign a fashion aesthetic to this character.
Althought I like him in suits, the actual dialy look for Martin would be something like this one; part of it thanks for Alfred's fashion in the 90's.

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?
He's not canon and he should be, but from Luciano I really love his pride, because it was built in a very different way . He was the only one in this part of the world that has been risen like an actual prince, and he was an Empire. Also, his mixes with african ancestors and colorful culture are amazing.

Cute prompt this time. EngPort and Spamano family vacation.
Arthur and Afonso and Antonio and Lovino enjoying a weekend on a camp house with some of their kids (Alfred, Matthew, Luciano, Sebastian and Martin). The older tans spending a lazy afternoon with their respective lovers.
Meanwhile their "kids" are watching Alfred roughhousing a grizzly bear. The latinos betting money on who will win. Matthew wants to go home.
Aw, domestic bliss.
Afonso can have sex with one ear focused on the kids, he stops and tells Arthur to check. Arthur groans, gets dressed, and opens the window to yell at Alfred.
"Alfred Jones! Unless you plan to eat that bear, leave him alone! No, Matthew, he's not gonna eat the bear!"
Then he goes back inside to continue their love making. And close the door.
At the end of the day, Antonio and Lovino wake up and drag Afonso to play football with the kids. Arthur ends up joining too.
At night they make a huge barbecue, with Luciano fighting Alfred on which meats they're eating. After that, they're all tired, so they just seat outside and and the older Tans tell stories until the kids are too tired to remain asleep.
