Yes yes we know, tickling is cool, it's super fun when your lee is laughing so incredibly hard that they can't think. If you were in the tickle community, you probably love the sound of laughter more than certain music genres...

However... let me give you an idea. Maybe you should be gentle enough so that they can still talk when you're tickling them...

Dragging your fingers over their ribs but delicately. So delicately that through their snorts and giggles they can still say things like: "nOHo noT thERe! FUhuCK! Go SomeWherE ELSe!"

Or: "waHAiT pLeheasE letS maKE a DeAL!!! I'LL baKE you a PiE juSt PleaSE sTOp wiTh my RiBS!"

This of course gives you a perfect opportunity to say "I'm hardly doing anything though! Just wait until I really try to break you"

And if the begging is related to a spot, you can negotiate! Say things like: "Your ribs are too bad? Then what about your feet? Or your cute little neck? Would that be better? Hmm?"

In conclusion, I advise people to chat it up with their Lee's as you tickle them! Time and place for hysterical laughter, and there's also a time and place for soft tickles that you can talk with your lee through. ☕ Happy tickles everybody

So Imagine This:

You and me are sat in a big comfy bed or sofa, goofing off with eachother. You see me coming towards you while wiggling my fingers, ready to give you tickles. You get shy and hide your face in your hands as you await my next move. You suddenly feel a gentle poke to your side, making you chuckle. Then another poke to your other side, then many more little side pokes. “Aww, does this tickle?” I say to you. You’re giggling into your hands and nodding your head, too flustered to uncover your face. You then feel your shirt being lifted up, just enough to expose your tum. I use both hands to lightly poke, tickle and trace all over that adorable belly of yours, listening to your happy giggles. “Coochie coochie coo~ who’s got a ticklish tummy?” You’re now a wiggly, giggly mess, your face still hidden behind your hands. I stop the tickles for a moment only to gently remove your hands from your face, revealing your huge grin and blushy cheeks. I then go back to the tickling, only this time, I can see your joyful expressions. No need to hide away that wonderful smile from me <3

Hey Lers!! DID YOU KNOW?:

You can add a countdown to your teases, anywhere, anytime! Just start counting down from 10, 5, 3, whatever, and watch your lee start to panic! Hearing a few numbers in descending order is all it takes! What are you gonna do when you get to the end of the countdown? It doesn't even matter!! (I mean, it should be tickles of some kind, but.) They're so scared that SOMEthing is coming that it could be anything - the anticipation makes even the most mundane tickles so much worse!

Try adding countdowns to YOUR verbal tickle teases today!!

ATTENTION LERS: do not think about cuddling with your lee, hugging them as tight as possible as you tickle the shit out of them. you'd be able to feel their every twitch and flinch and giggle through your torso and thighs, but you still shouldn't think about it. you especially shouldn't think about how you'd be able to pinpoint their worst spots by touch, because you'd be able to feel how they react with every inch of your body. while it would be extremely easy to keep them restrained and at your mercy like that, you still shouldn't think about it. not to mention how melty and happy and pliable they would get at being affectioned so hard.

it sure would be pretty terrible if you were to think about all that, wouldn't it? 😇

It's super early but I'm still in Ler mode so here's some little tried and tested teases for your consideration:

"Does it tickle?"

"Aww, too bad you can’t move huh?"

"Uh oh....I think I found a spot!"

"Stop? Why would I stop? You're clearly loving this, just look at that smile!"

"Wow look at you squirm! Is this a bad spot? yeah? Awww, poor baby...." *while continuing to tickle right there*

"You're too cute when you thrash around like that."

"Wow. This must really suck for you..."

"Not there? Are you sure? I think you mean right here actually, riiight on this super tickley hot spot. I might just have to stay here a while..."

*Asking if they're ticklish right before you start tickling them*

"I can't help it, your laughter's just infectious! Of course I want to keep hearing it."

"You're sooo cute when you know you're in trouble."

"So what happens if I wiggle my fingers riiiighhhht, over....here!"

"Look at you squirming around, where exactly are you trying to go?"

"Oh, it tickles? really? Wow I never would have guessed!"

"So all that bratting earlier, was it worth it? - Use your words now cutie I'm not fluent in incoherency just yet."

"You're adorable when you beg."

"You have the cutest little laugh."

Every lee is brave and bratty until the ler hits THAT spot

My favorite lee things, from ler POV

How they stare and pre-emptively jump when hands/tools hover over their body

You say something stupid and THEY LAUGH and you both crack up together

Playing to their weaknesses/favorites and they insist that they hate it

When a lee guides your hands or tells you what they want and makes it feel like a demand

Ohnfdjdjsjsmsm when a lee knows how to tease back and flusters the heck out of you (I'mgoneimgoneimgone)

When you find a gentle melt spot and they just kinda fall apart like butter. Like nothing dramatic. They just go straight to Heaven

When a lee is vocal and gives you lots of feedback. It assures you that you're not hurting them or doing something they don't like, and that they are really into whatever you ARE doing.

When a lee talks about past tickle sessions and tells you what they loved, what they didn't like, and what they want to try next time.

Thinking about ticklish kisses and nibbles on the neck, extra points if you playfully growl like you’re pretending to eat them 💚😭✨

The Chase

Yeah yeah yeah the actual tickling is good but what about everything that comes BEFORE it?

So many times, your lee is acting out and eventually... There comes a moment where you're allowed to say "Okay- that's it, c'mere (their name)!" And so begins 'The Chase's

The Chase is fun because either your adorable lee just gets weak in the knees and falls over or they actually get scared and start running.

The first one I LOVE because you just get to see your lee squirm on the floor as you close in on them. They'll kick and wiggle and try to escape but often they aren't capable of actually accomplishing that. They just delay the inevitable. Soon enough they run out of strength, you manage to pin their arms, you slip a hand under their shirt and listen as their begging turns into laughing~

The second one I ALSO LOVE because you can hear your lee screech and giggle as they scramble over furniture and other obstacles. It's fun to jump at them like you're some big monster hunting it's prey. Oftentimes I lunge at my lee and miss on purpose because I wanna extend the period of the chase. Eventually they'll run out of energy though, and they'll just be sitting in a corner, eyes wide and absolutely BEGGING for you not to tickle them. But... You shouldn't care. They're not strong enough to fight back. You can just sit over them, lock your lips over their tummy, and start raspberrying them~ nibbling them, kissing them, squishing their sides, thighs. Maybe you scribble your nails over their neck- who cares. You've hunted your prey, now you've earned your feast, so do whatever.

Knowing all your spots by heart, I will instead stimulate anywhere but that dreaded region and watch you falter whenever my finger "accidentally" grazes past.

The cutest thing to me is when you’re tickling somebody and you can just tell that they enjoy it.

Softly scribbling your fingers against their bare tummy and sides and joyful laughter coming from them all while covering their face, blushing, not trying to stop it, etc.

Them just allowing you to do it cuz they actually love the tickles <3

Knees are such an underrated tickle spot. They're so grabbable, squeezable, within easy reach, and they make lees kick and flail in the cutest way… and if you have access to the backs of them… my god.

i deserve!! to lotion a cute girl's feet!! and pretend im just zoning out while i figure out where all her twitchiest spots are!! that i'm not doing so right this minute is a crime !!!!
