So often we fret when things get rough. But it's in the shadow (the dark places we must all endure) that our focus is developed. So fear not... The shadow God’s hand still leads you. There is beauty in your struggle, even though you can't see it right now. Some lessons can only be learned in the dark places. He is always near... keeping you close, tweaking, polishing and preparing you till the moment comes when He can send you forth on an errand in which your very struggle has prepared you for. PUT YOUR WAR CLOTHES ON

My brothers and sisters in. Christ... What you see happening around you has a spiritual basis and must be fought in the spirit. "The weapons of our warfare are not of flesh and blood, but are powerful through the Spirit of God for the pulling down of strongholds. By His Spirit, we can demolish arguments, every thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God and take every thought captive to obey Christ." (1 Corinthians 10:4-5). But in order to fight effectively, we must #HaveOn and #KeepOn the #FullArmorOfGod as described in Ephesians 6:10-13. We MUST NOT live so shoddy that we have holes in our armor. This will weaken our spiritual defenses and give place to our enemy. Two of the main attacks of the enemy is through lies and deception. #BeAlert... The enemy knows your weakness. Stay watchful. #BeAgressive...Go forward prayerfully with an intent to win. #LeanHard on the Lord and stay in His Word and His presence. LIFE ISN'T EASY

If you haven't found out by now, let me be the first to tell you... this journey is not always easy. There will be seasons when good things flow from every direction. There will be difficult seasons. Be mindful that everyone in your circle may not understand why or respond the way you think they should. This can make things even more complicated (esp. if they are close to you.) There will be times when you just have to dry your tears, put on a nice outfit, hold your head up, put a smile on your face, stand on what you know is right and brave the storm. But realize this... #YouAreNeverAlone, even if it feels like it. --- These are the times when your #Faith is being strengthened and your #Trust is being forged. #LeanHard on the Lord. Take Him at His Word. If He brought you to it? He can bring you through it. Remember Job 13:15. His words were "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him."
