“那是因为你爱上了他。”
“那我爱上你真么样?”
“傻瓜,要爱上我的话,那你就会早就爱上了!”

“好了好了,赶快看天上的星星吧。有一天你也会找到你自己的星星呢。”
“找到了,他也没爱上我。”

Solis Music
Ivan Laurens’ Shop
Ivan Laurens was always an extreme lover of music. He played a variety of instruments (violin, guitar, piano, drums, flute, harp, cello) and he loved to create art with them even from a young age he often created little songs and pieces. What he loved most was inspiring and helping to cultivate a love of music in others, and to help them create if they so chose. So he created Solis Music.
Solis Music, named with the Latin word for “Sun” and inspired by a term of endearment used for his youngest daughter, aspired to be a one stop shop for all your music needs.
When you first walk in you’re immediately greeted by two isles of recorded music, organized by genre then alphabetically by artist. Walking between those two isles to the end gets you to the counter and lining the walls are various guitars that can be purchased on site. They also sell keyboards, and drum kits and there’s a book in the back near the register full other instruments that can be ordered in by request. To the left of the music there are shelves that contain some of the instruments you can purchase on site (guitars, keyboards) as well as many different accessories like reeds, strings, cases, and straps to help you hold your instruments. Walking past that all that shelving brings you to a small platform stage which usually displays formerly used guitar, bass, keyboard, and drums kit as well as few amps for people to try to see if any instrument speaks to them. When Ivan was alive Solis also offered classes. Ivan would teach piano, guitar, as well as singing lessons, Bowie one of the young employees Ivan eventually took on would also help. After Ivan’s death though, these classes were not offered for a couple years. The also offer repair services for guitars which Bowie fixes.
Behind the counter there is a stereo system that can play music through the store. The only people allowed to touch this stereo are Solis employees. Though sometimes Bowie and Nova allow people they like to choose music, technically they’re not breaking any company policy for taking opinions into consideration, and as long as it’s not played loudly Ivan doesn’t mind much. In the back they have a break room which features a couch and a coffee table as well as a fridge, Ivan’s office (which eventually becomes Bowie’s), a small recording booth that can fit 1-2 people at a time, and of course their extra inventory.

Audio Drama Sunday - 24th March ✨
Here’s what I listened to in order to cope with my shitshow of a week!!
👻 @tellnotalespod (S2E6) GOD it’s going to be so satisfying when Leo finds out what they’re meant to be doing and can state their role with confidence. I loved the ghost in this story, she really was living her best life before she started slipping 🥲 I’m so glad Leo could help! It was CRUEL to end the episode there!!! I hope Leo is remembering what the ghost just told them - it is better to talk to people!!!!!
🌲 @hellofromthehallowoods (144) I’ve said this before, but I wish people could see my face while I listen to these eps!! I was AGAPE at the end of the first section but definitely finished the episode determined to kill Marolmar myself with my own tiny fists. Also!! Mr Silver?! Who is this self-assured, suave detective? (I still love him). Then the whiplash of the Pig scene… yikes. A different kind of horror but I’m here for it - unless Marolmar is going to change the genre in his ‘starting over’.
🧳 Travelling Light by @monstrousproductions (16) oh, wow, I love the gortisay so much!!! what an inventive species and I loved the exploration of feeding as a central part of their culture! and oooooh we do love a secret! I’m so excited for what’s to unfold! The Traveller was chill but omg how is Óli going to react?!
🤴InCo by @itmeblog (S3E17-19) I can feel myself becoming more and more like Nova every day, except without the balls to tell people to actually fuck off.
🌨️ @thewhitevault (10) oh my godddd!!!! what an amazing season finale! I’m so, so glad that there is more to come from Goshawk because I’m so hooked! I feel like Lauren Tucker deserves some kind of AD Oscar for her performance this season, she’s an incredible actor and I want to hear her in everything!
I plan to finish off today with my classic Sunday evening Not Quite Dead listen while I clean the flat and mentally steady myself for the week ahead. The Sunday scaries can’t hurt me while there is vampiric chaos in my ears, right? Right.
