I was out walking the dog tonight, getting some head space, energizing cacao and fresh air between exciting projects I have been working on this week. The energy I feel is unreal. 🌟 I couldn't help but remember, that exactly 1 year ago we arrived to the breathtaking #lakeatitlan in #guatemala and after a short boat trip, we landed to San Marcos, where I had my very first mug of ceremonial cacao in front of @cacaosource 's office at the lush garden of @the_emporium_cafe I needed to pinch myself many times to believe that I was having this beautiful plant medicine at this lake, at Cacao Source. 🤎🤎🤎 I'm feeling paticularly nostalgic this week, as my life has been elevated to a different level & dimension since this trip, thanks to the directions of @biofieldwithniamh and @cacaosource I'll always be grateful for all of them, their wonderful souls, for introducing Mama Cacao to me. El miedo como el agua 💧

A lo largo de los años he sentido todos los miedos posibles, es algo que está arraigado a nuestro ser, es un equivalente a la felicidad, no hay éxito ni plenitud sin sentir algún tipo de miedo, y está bien sentirlo en algunas ocasiones.

El miedo es tan necesario como el agua, nos ayuda a esclarecer límites, a conocernos a nosotros mismos, a saber quienes somos y hacia dónde vamos, el tema es mantenerlos, conocerlos pero jamás alimentarlos, he ahí donde fallamos en mil ocasiones, teniendo inseguridades pensando en que pudiéramos hacer diferente, sin llevar a cabo una acción correspondiente.

Normalicemos sentir miedo, llorar, liberar el cuerpo de tanta tensión que nos abruma en estos días, después de que nuestros ojos se purifican podemos ver el cielo de un mejor color y las cosas y/o situaciones desde una mejor perspectiva.

Tu decides la forma de tu mundo, llora, diviértete, que son tatuajes para el alma, lo único que es para siempre.

I came across this girl attempting to fly her kite.
