I think the idea of fate and destiny and tied to our free will. Like your “destiny” is the way it is because of the stuff you do out of free will.

Like a lot of people say that the idea of destiny/having a destiny means that free will doesn’t exist but I don’t think that’s true. Typically it’s the things people do to avoid their destiny that ends up sealing their fate. It’s because of their decisions, their actions, taken out of free will, that their destiny is what it is.

Also I need someone who I can speak about my unpopular opinion on how Oogway was an asshole to Tai Lung because of a fucking stomachache he had where he concluded that he would be evil despite not having any previous evidence to support that claim. Oogway is funny yes, but my god is he a goddamn asshole. I wanted to give Shen more albino features like, light yellow hair, light red skin, shaky eyes, not that red, just pale red eyes. I did this right before bed I was feeling soo sleepy I didn't even exactly know what brush strokes I was using. In the morning it looked even worse so I did some color editing and liquify to make it better but this still wasn't the look I was going for so I did it again

KFP modern AU part 2

For the events of the second movie

I think shen would be some kind of business guy.

His parents were old money, always nice, foing a lot of charities

He would be the basic spoiled brat with mommy anb daddy issues

He propably fired a lot of people to save money

Or he closed an old factory in a secluded village because it didn't bring enough money

Either way he did it to prove to his parents that he was able to run their business and to proove his worth

But it has the opposite effect

His parents though he was to cruel and it wasn't the way they run their business

They left their company to someone outside of the family

It enraged Shen and he promised himself he would get the company back all by himself

He build his own company and caused the bankrupsy of his family business and eventualy bought it back

He probably caused Po family to become so poor they had to abandon him

In this AU the pandas abandon a lot of their children, so Po isn't the only panda outside of the hidden village

But there's still not a lot of panda where Po lives

They are like all around china

I think Po and the furious five will confrint Shen because he will try to do to the peace valley the same thing he did to Po's former village

I don't really know the exact way they are going to defeat him tho

I think Tai lung is going to tag along

He will probably be of some help to the gang, because he's a good fighter
