滑了滑我們一起建立的美食旅遊地圖，發現了這附近有間中東料理的餐廳。我只在美國吃過北非料理，但太酸的風味讓我有了畏懼感。不過，中東料理我確實從未品嚐過，就這樣抱著「挑戰」的心態去了在台大校園旁的「阿布都」餐館。

打開忙，撲鼻而來的是香飄四溢的多種香料味，與印度的辛辣不同，中東的香料帶著點炒過或烤過的乾燥感。我們選了葉門手抓飯（Mandi），女友稱讚雞肉相當鮮嫩，而我的蔬食版本也不惶多讓，各式中東醬料搭配未來肉球、生菜，以及香料飯、脆餅的融合，這真的使我吃過特殊料理與好吃排行榜的前三名啊！

最後的甜點是據說最多人點的中東經典甜品「庫納法」（Kounafa），上下兩層用類似曬乾的米粉所壓成的脆餅，中間夾著草莓玫瑰冰淇淋，上頭再灑上曬乾的玫瑰花瓣，這絕對可以融化少女心啊！

就這樣，平安夜晚上的大餐在異國料理的陪伴下度過，太幸福啦🥰
