Beware Tumblr User potaxiepower / jadereblogs / jixngchxng (formerly known as kimetsunozushi69)
Panda, otherwise known as Jade, is a Spanish-Chinese Tumblr user in the Hetalia and Modaozushi fandom with a history of racism, emotional abuse, and verbal abuse.
This was initially kept quiet due to not wanting to air our private matters, cause harassment towards Panda, or retraumatize themselves by gathering screenshots of triggering conversations. Even as Panda continued to speak negatively about the people in her old friend group, it was kept quiet since it was only in private settings. However, as Panda has now shown herself to (likely) be inciting harassment against a former friend and recruiting minors for her new discord (with the context that she lacks emotional self-control), the writers of this document have decided to step forward to prevent further abuse, to warn people, and to ensure she cannot control the narrative surrounding her former friends.
Although the writers of the document have attempted to put together as many screenshots as they can, not everything has been included due to many of the conversations referencing personal topics, as well as the fact that Panda had deleted the original server she made for her inner circle during a breakdown halfway through the summer, around July 2023.
This document is NOT made with the intention of spreading or inciting harassment towards Panda, we have no intention of smearing her name.

Apology to the fandom
Hello everyone, I am Panda (Potaxiepower formerly known as Kimetsunozushi69) and I want to write this post in order to own my mistakes and to apologise to the ones involved in this situation.
First of all, I am aware of my humour, which has crossed the line many times. I want to seriously apologise for the disgusting jokes that I did without any consideration of people's feelings. I want to clarify that I am not racist, I have no intention of discrimination against anyone.
I will never cross the lines ever again, and I will face the consequences of my actions which harmed many people in this fandom.
I do not expect people to forgive me, because what I said was truly unforgivable, but from now on, I will mature and I will become better.
In regards of others aspects, I want to talk about the way I treated the members involved in this situation, I am sure you all know this, but I was accused of being abusive to some members of this fandom, which I will admit that my behaviour was unacceptable, and my personal struggles and my own problems do not justify the actions that I committed against the people involved.
I admit that I was a very toxic friend, and I never knew how far my actions were until I realised that my harm to them was scarring and traumatising. I admit that my behaviour towards them is irredeemable and that not an apology can fix the consequences of my actions.
None of them truly hurt me, I was the one who was in a bad mental state and because of that I started to wrongly accuse them of things that they were not, and also badmouthing them and manipulating the situation to favour me, which after months of reflection, I realised that that was truly despicable behaviour.
I admit that I did all of this based on my own envy over them being better artists, academically brighter and better writers than me, which made me have an inferiority complex against them and because of that I was acting toxic towards them.
Even when they supported me in my hard times, I was ungrateful and despite them showing emotional and financial support, I was not willing to recognise their efforts to be my friends, because of my ego.
I understand why this situation is happening, because I cannot escape from my actions, I do not expect the fandom to ever forgive, and I understand that, I will face the consequences of what has happened this summer time.
I am sorry for ghosting the victims of the situation after doing enough harm and not apologising genuinely because I was a coward who did not want to accept my mistakes, and I understand why the situation escalated to worse after months.
I also understand why everyone in this fandom is currently furious over this, because I escaped and deleted everything without any explanation, this time, I will face the fandom and listen to your complains, I also will leave the fandom after this in order to start a new phase of my life where in the future I will not commit the same mistakes again.
I also want to clarify that none of my old followers or friends stalked any of the members, I was not aware of them facing harassment online, I am not lying when I say that I had everyone blocked which made me not interact with their posts or be interested in what they were posting, because I didn't want to see what they were doing (because I was ghosting) and I admit that I was talking bad about them behind their backs despite me promising to them that I would not talk about them, but I did not send hate because all the frustration that I had was thrown towards my close friends who were not interested in creating conflicts.
I recently found out that they were receiving some hate regarding the call-out, I did not send anyone. I promise everyone that I was inactive online and was scared of looking at what was happening, and I was with family members and real life friends these past two days.
MeitoMela and Meerudraws are innocent, they never had any vile intentions nor any interest in engaging in discourse, and them being friends and mutuals with me does not mean that they are on my side, nor do they agree with my actions nor are they interested in engaging in this.
Thank you very much for reading this letter, and I hope that the victims of this will find peace and help, and I wish everyone the best and happy holidays.

19. Has anyone ever gotten mad over how you've portrayed an character or over a headcanon or something?
Not directly! Actually, funny story, there was a server I wanted to join (for hetalia) and I wasn't able to, and I assumed it was because a fic I wrote with a sensitive ship that made people uncomfortable, but it turned out to be a misunderstanding, in the end, 😅 I do think I have some fairly controversial portrayals so I'm surprised no one has commented to my face yet! Maybe that'll change someday but I hope not
20. In what ways do you think this fandom should step outside it's comfort zone
Sorry to harp but more poc pls and ty <3 it's honestly pretty shocking to me how much the trends have changed, in the past people were insensitive but there was still a general variety in terms of which characters showed up in fandom, whereas now it feels like everyone has an allergy to nonwhite characters... every single fandom for every single nonwhite character is an absolute graveyard, even the ones that were formerly popular are just zombie fandoms where everything you see was made years ago and there are barely any active people nowadays... I'm making stuff yeah, but I sometimes wish I could eat food not my own, yk? It's just a little sad to like a main character and know he's so unpopular he's less popular than pretty much every side character kjfdlghf

I don't like when Arthur Alfred or Francis are nice people lol they're all meanies to me. Tired of how people are like 'sharp and nuanced' Yaoyao and then they make these people nice? No way. They're a mess of cruelty and sharp edges that's just a fact to me.

Ngl.... not really 🗿 I didn't make or do anything I really think is meaningful. I am happy I met a lot of people here but idk about 'proud'

So many places... India has shot up to the top HAHA as has Mongolia and Central Asia. I also want to visit Austria at least once, yes due to Hetalia but more due to my 2016 stint in Hetalia... still counts!

Bruh in fifth grade my best friend showed me some Hetalia memes (If you remember, it was the black frame and caption in white Times New Roman font) and told me it was about them personified nations- I was really into dragons at the time, and I think if I never got into Hetalia I would've become a scaly or smth 😂

I'll always have fond memories of when I joined a zine that was raising money for AAPI charities after the Atlanta Spa Shooting, among many many other zines that have donated their proceeds to charitable causes 😊

Hate to be that person that sounds uneducated, but in light of what recent events exactly? Again, hate to be that person 😅
Hello! There's 2 events I'm specifically talking about here.
One blog had agreed with a headcanon that South Korea was America and North Korea's love child. She depicts North Korea as the mother that eventually worries about her child taking over her position and therefore "killing her," so she chooses to kill him instead and live longer, which starts the Korean War. There's many issues with this that I speak about on my post about it, as well as @kimetsunozushi69, @tianshiisdead, and @irithnova 's posts about it. This blog did apologize, but continued to deny she ever blocked @kimetsunozushi69 when they were the first blog to speak about this. Eventually, she deleted her account, and a friend of hers accused us of pushing her to do so, which was never our intention and was done of her own accord.
The second incident is one where an artist drew China with slit eyes and when confronted by @kimetsunozushi69, who is ethnically Chinese, about it, refused to acknowledge it was racism, said things like "be proud of your yellow skin" and accused them of whitewashing themselves. @peonycats pointed out that exaggerated ethnic features are used to distinguish the good guys from villains a lot in media(think of aladdin and jasmine vs jafar and the royal guards and how they're drawn). This artist got political and eventually brought up issues such as the Tiananmen Square Massacre and the human rights abuses of Uyghur people in Xinjiang, both of which the CCP is responsible for. This artist seems to be blaming @kimetsunozushi69 and @peonycats for the crimes the CCP committed simply because they're ethnically Chinese, and used these horrible events to somehow "win points" in this argument, by saying "i may be racist but your government is committing human rights violations so your opinion is invalid!" She took this a step further by drawing an Uyghur oc, basically using their suffering in real life as a way to "win points" in an online argument.
@peonycats had also found that this artist was transphobic(called the term TERF a slur, when it's just used to describe radical feminists that refuse to include trans women in the fight because they didn't go through the same struggles that afab women have. basically sending the message that "no you're not a real woman" which is transphobic) and islamophobic(she generalized all Muslim men as rapists).
The same person that accused us of being puritanical in the first incident also sided with the artist in the second incident and also refuses to listen to us. She has a track record of generally not listening to minorities as well.
I believe that's all! If anyone sees something missing feel free to add on.
Edit: I'm including this information so you know who to stay wary from, not to send any death threats or anything!
but the OP from the first incident is the deactivated ladycolumbia-liberty and the artist from the second incident is unhonestlymirror. the blog that took both of their sides was myrddin-wylt. so please block them! It not only helps you not have to see their posts, but they will not be able to interact with you. additionally, blocking can also show solidarity and that you stand with the POC fans of this fandom. when we slowly isolate these people from our fandom circles, these circles will become safer spaces for everyone!

I'm going to say something controversial within my niche, I think, and say the Japanese provinces KJLSDHDGF LIKE! I APPRECIATE THAT THEY ARE THERE AND I'M HAPPY FOR EVERYONE WHO THINKS THEY ARE FUN... AND I DEFINITELY THINK THEY DESERVE MORE LOVE... BUT I JUST. I DON'T CARE THAT MUCH 😭😭😭 I wish I did but... Japan too, I love Japan but I think I liked early Japan the best, before the moewave of Hetalia. I like him like how I like England, I like his edges and roughness, his bad traits that sometimes overshadow his good traits, and I miss them a lot... feels like they aren't really there as much anymore.

My first thought was England but honestly, realistically I'd have to say America. People out here blorbofying him in horrifying ways, probably because the fandom is largely American and yknow what we do with our motherlands, we blorbofy them!! Yes <33 more so than I expected honestly! I mean, I met my beloved darling gf in this fandom LOL but also many other friends who've taught me so much about their cultures and cultures of interest, and I'm so happy I met them. I'm also very happy with the circle of tumblr I'm in right now, even if I complain it's usually about random stuff that gets brought to me from outside, inside it's cozy and nice hehe

I can see Arash doing that to be annoying and spread rumors about the true nature of their relationship , but Romulus works at home in my modern au so lol probably neither of them because I do not think Romulus would do that for him

I can see them both being rlly into RP in bed and initiating it

I want to say Arash, maybe he even dances with Romulus when he is drunk in a way that's so very romantic too, and Romulus blushes the whole night

Yeah it's Arash again, like he canonically loves fashion, he'd try to get them to match but I think in more subtler ways rather than actual costumes

I am doing this differently because, what the hell it's the expensive gift rule and like not everyone celebrates Christmas lol, but

Romulus, he is too embarrassed, I think Arash is very much an open book, romulus is very repressed, and he really wants his rival to have a better opinion of him.

I like that she's gotten more development recently in canon (kind of...) but in order to make her teehee silly I feel like the original intent of a strong and stoic sort of person has been lost which is a little sad
Vietnam is an incredibly ancient country that has also historically been a power in its own right with a lot of wealth and influence in SEA and that would be cool to see - we don't even get an acknowledgment of her age :'). Well, in general, all the SEA content seems to be concentrated on present-day jokes, which is fine and in line with Hima's current approach, but history would be cool!
