Himbo Types
Himbo types and flavors, let us talk about them.
Yes,  himbo is an umbrella term used to describe 3 types of boys, and we can  assist all manner of boys becoming all 3 of these, you will get to  decide this type for yourself, or rather, that is what it will feel  like.
Tumblr media
Digital Himbo - This himbo is a social media guru, and the easiest to spot online, requirments include an instagram, onlyfans, and a twitter. Alam Wernik, Arad Winwin, Duke Foxx, Reno Gold, and many others fit into this category. Their goal is to create a fantasy through photo and video, and meet with men who reach out to them.
They can travel a lot, and have a near perfect tan year round. Age can range from anywhere between 18-50+, its not about looking young, its about online success with your body. This is arguably the most diverse type of Himbo.
If you want to be this type of himbo, learn to edit your pictures, its a visual artform, and you would be wrong to think any of those boys “really” look like their photographs. Several boys from the factory have gone on to be a digital himbo and have met large success.
Tumblr media
Kept Himbo - otherwise known as the Trophy Boy, this boy has put himself into a life of service for one spesific man, and has altered himself to that mans taste. Most men are vanilla, so you can imagine this boy typically ends up as a muscular, but not too muscular, boy, light brown or blonde hair, vacant look, perfect tan. Seen and not heard.
Many digital himbos may become a kept himbo, there’s even a merge between the two where a digital himbo may be a “distance” kept himbo, avalible for when their patron comes to town. The age range for this himbo is 18-45.
If you want to be this type of himbo, know it is a large upfront investment, but with quick turn around. You do not even need to be lucky, you just need to be ready and confident in person. No less than 15 boys from the factory currently have a patron in some capacity, one dating back to the original Himbo Factory on MySpace.
Tumblr media
Gym himbo - These boys live to make themselves bigger, and wear tighter or more revealing clothing in the process. While they may be online, or have a patron, their main goal is their own body, and supporting its growth, whatever it takes. Of all himbos, these are the ones who are most frequently “naturally” dumb. They frequently become fitness models and boydbuilders.
Age is simply 23+
If you wish to become a himbo, send the factory a recent face picture, and an intro about yourself (including location), and we can get started.

【Smash Brothers SP】40th「Kept’s No-Overtime」【Guest:Athlete Uno Shoma】Live Stream Translation Part 1 || Jun 22, 2020
Translator’s Note: Hello, I have spent a long time in translating the first hour of this livestream with Shoma and kept. I will have more notes at the end of this translation, to link or explain things they talked about through the stream. I hope you’ll enjoy it as I spent a lot of effort in this. :)    Through the translation, kept will be written as K and Shoma will be written as S.
K: Hello, we’re starting. This is kept's 40th episode of "no-overtime". Please treat me kindly. S: Please treat me well. K: So with that, today's guest is figure skater Uno Shoma! S: Let's get along well today. K: Let's get along well today. Wow, the comments are incomparable to how it is usually. Well, this is a festival so I think everyone will have fun watching this. But I think there'll be some who's watching this for the first time, so allow me to explain this show. There's a guest each time for this show and we have a fun talk, then we play Smash Brothers. This time I think everyone's here to watch Shoma-kun play Smash Brothers. I'll make sure we have enough time to play for everyone to watch, so please look forward to it. The show is like that, and I think there are many people who don't know who I am either. Let me introduce myself really simply. I am a gamer who plays smash brothers under the name "kept". And this will be a show with me and figure skater Uno Shoma.
K: With that, I want to have Shoma-kun speak too as we go on. First of all, I think everyone wants to know this the most. "How come Shoma-kun came to kept's No-Overtime?" I want to talk about that for a bit.
S: Okay.
K: Well, at first, I got a DM in Twitter. Actually it wasn't from Shoma-kun but a message from Shoma-kun's friend. And the DM was like "My friend Athlete Uno Shoma wants to go on your show." "Won't you let him?"  At first of course you'd doubt that it's a prank, right? It was like that but then actually we talked about meeting up and when we did, together with the staff and everyone, Shoma-kun showed up and he was like "Hi, I'm Uno Shoma" and everyone was so surprised, that time was funny.
S: Yeah but, when we first sent the DM, I really thought you wouldn't believe it and we were talking that you wouldn't give a response but you properly replied back kindly.
K: Right, it's cause I really didn't understand the reason of the prank if it was one. Yeah, I thought it was a joke but I replied and it came to this. This happened about 2-3 weeks ago...
S: Yeah.
K: So we made it to this show quite quickly. Actually I have an announcement and people might get angry that I called you over for this but, we had a match that was for about 10 hours, right?
S: Yes, we did.
K: Well, it was online. We didn't play besides online, but I did Smash Brothers with Shoma-kun for about 10 hours. Well I was pretty surprised to see your skill. If I go into details, the excitement for seeing you play Smash Brothers later might go down a bit. Everyone, really look forward to watching Smash Brothers. I raised the bar there.
S: No, but Kept-san was really strong.
K: Not at all.
S: I think you can see how he's a proper top player, so definitely check it out. I'll do my best too but you'll be able to see just how further away from kept-san I am.
K: You raised the bar. Well, I hope to continue this show like this, having fun. Anyway, it's getting to be something huge now so I think people who don't normally watch Smash Brothers are also watching us. So to those who don't really know Smash Brothers, there's this tournament called Umebra, you can call it the largest tournament in Japan. I prepared a video to of a minute and a half to show the state of this large-scale tournament, so you can see how the people play this game there.
(Video break)
K: So we've seen the video. So this video was from Umebra Japan Major 2019. This was a trailer of the tournament that happened a year ago. This trailer was created by osusix06-san so you can check the description for more details. So like this, we Smash Bro. players go to this tournament but what I want to talk to Shoma-kun about here is...
S: Yes
K: There was going to be tournament called Umebra Japan Major 2020 but due to Corona it was cancelled. What I heard was that actually Shoma-kun was planning to come too.
S: That's right. Although it wasn't as one of the competitors. Off-tournament, because I've never been to off before. I didn't plan on revealing that I'm Uno Shoma, I just wanted to visit and see what it is. It was going to be convenient too so I thought I could go and see but unfortunately I couldn't this time. But I will next time, though I don't know when since I'm busy with skating. During off-season, if it works out again I want to go to the off-tournament.
K: I see. So rather than as one of the players, you considered going to just watch the game. And when I look at the comments I keep seeing "I won't forgive Corona!" I think there are a lot of people who want Shoma-kun to come. I actually thought about just playing with Shoma-kun in advance but after you get used to watching the game and understand the atmosphere better, (let's play together) as competitors. Making time for it might be difficult since you're busy with skating but if it works out during off-season I hope we can have a future where you can enjoy taking part as a tournament participant.  I think that would make Smash Bros players happy.
S: Of course. I don't know if it will happen next year but if I have time, I definitely want to take part in it.
K: So yeah, there was a quarantine but if the ban gets lifted and it works out during off-season, we'll be expecting it. With that, let's end the advance talk here and move on to 'introduction sheet' which I prepared this time too. So let's talk while going through it.
Introduction Sheet
Name: Uno Shoma (22 years old)
Occupation: Figure Skater
Career Timeline
Silver medalist at 2018 Pyeonchang Olympics
4 time consecutive winner in Japanese Nationals (from 2016 to 2019)
Guinness Record Holder - First successive quadruple flip in history at an international competition.
Smash Brother SP Play Information
Smash Brothers history Main Character Favorite Match Favorite Player A stream you often watch
K: Here it is. I think everyone was looking forward to this and Shoma-kun too, I'm happy that you've also been watching No Overtime a lot. I want to talk about that a bit too. Ah, but, it would also interfere with things we'll talk about later. It's kind of difficult. Let's first talk about something I'm really happy about. It's okay to say that you've been watching from the first episode, right?
S: Yes. I've been watching since the first episode of No Overtime with Shogun-san. I can't say I've watched every single time but I watch from YouTube's archives while thinking this is interesting.
K: Thank you. You said something like this in the meeting of the show too and I really felt happy that I started "No Overtime". I had goosebumps after hearing that. I was really happy. So let me say thank you again, taking this chance.
S: I really couldn't believe that I'm able to be a guest. Because I really wanted to be a guest. But even as Uno Shoma, I didn't know if I could and I didn't think it would happen this quickly either.
K: That's right, it was quite fast-paced.
S: It was quick.
K: So let's move on with the introduction. Your name, usually this is where we put the handle, the player name but this time as athlete Uno Shoma, Uno Shoma - 22 years old. You're young. You're about 5 years younger than me. As a figure skater-- what about as a figure skater? Are you young?
S: I wonder. I might not be that young.
K: Sorry, it was rude of me.
S: Men are one thing but the generational change in women are particularly intense. So thinking of that, 22 is probably not very young. That's my opinion but I don't know.
K: I made the mistake of stepping into what I have no business in. Well anyway. Your occupation is figure skater but you wanted to come here to talk about Smash Brothers rather than figure skating.
S: Yeah, there's a lot of things I want to talk about but ever since it was decided I'll come to "No Overtime", I thought about various things I want to talk about. There's so many that I think there'll be a lot of things I won't be able to talk about. I want to talk as long as the time allows me.
K: Right. Let's make a lot of use of the time and talk a lot.
S: Yes.
K: Next is your career timeline. Normally in No Overtime we say things like 'In Umebra Japan they were in the top 8' or 'they were top 5 in an overseas tournament'. This time it's funny that the nature of it is quite different. Silver medalist in 2018 Pyeonchang Olympics. 4 time consecutive winner in Japanese Nationals. And you have a guinness record for a successful quadruple flip in an international competition. He said "Oooh", this is about you Shoma-kun.
S: No well, you said it all so smoothly and because I'm nervous I ended up reacting like that. That was my impression.
K: Although we talked about not including Pyeongchan before the show, I said it.
S: Right, haha.
K: Well you have such a result, well in my twitter what I said before the show, well let me bring up the name Paseriman. There's a smash bro player who doesn't know who Uno Shoma is, although that's very rude.
S: No no. I really, pro players of Smash bro... I really don't like empty words, so I respect them. Aside from that, I respect everyone. So I'm looking forward to talking about my favorite matches and players. He's not in my top three but I want to talk about many players who aren't in my top three a lot as well.
K: You say you don't like empty words but this guy called Paseriman is the magician of empty words. Well, starting with Paseriman, I hope many smash bro players will be aware of such an amazing person as you, with you coming to No Overtime. Now, on to Smash bros player information which is what everyone wants to know. But before that, I want to talk about what kind of 24 hours do you spend on and off season. I want to show everyone just how much of a gamer you are. So let's show this.
A day during season:
12 am - 8 am: Sleeping 8 am - 9 am: (Eating) 9 am - 12 pm: Practice 12 pm - 2 pm: Game 2 pm - 3 pm: (Eating) 3 pm - 6 pm: Practice 6 pm - 9 pm: Game 9 pm - 10 pm: (Eating) 10 pm - 12 am: YouTube
K: Here it is. This is during the season. In other words a day in your life while you're busy with figure skating. Well, it's prepared as an example. The yellow parts are eating. It's not written on there but please assume as such. Shoma-kun, can you explain it roughly?
S: I tend to look like I do a lot of practice on TV but compared to when I was younger, since I'm 22 years old now, so my amount of practice gradually got less too. My free time is quite a lot. When I look at this graph now, I can tell there's a lot of free time here.  My morning practices are usually quite early, so I practice in the morning. And once my practice is over, I immediately go home and play games. Until it's time to practice again I play games and eat lunch and such. And after practicing once more - usually I practice in the morning and the evening.
K: Twice, right?
S: Yeah. Well sometimes I have practice at night too. There are times when I practice longer than this, but also there are times when it's shorter too. Any other time besides that I'm either eating, sleeping or gaming. To put it really simply, it's one third sleeping, one third pratice, and one third gaming.
K: You can see when looking at this graph but you game if you have any free time. And it's often about games when you watch YouTube, right?
S: Yeah, I'll be talking about it beforehand but it's often about Smash Brothers and I want to learn the abilities of various characters. So I watch quite a lot of the commentary videos of Smash Bros regarding its characters.
K: I know everyone's looking forward to it but it's hard to talk without giving any spoilers. Today we planned a lot of Smash Bros matches, we'll also have matches where you pick the characters you're strong in but Shoma-kun will also play where it'll be with a random character. With the random selection, you can collect knowledge of various characters. It'll be proof, in a way. Although saying that will just raise the bar again. I think to the point of believing it just by hearing, it'll make people say "woah amazing, he knows so many characters". I have to refer to myself too, I should collect many characters. I have to be strong at random selection. So, during the season, to put it mildly, if you have any free time, you spend it by gaming. So shall we see your day during off-season?
S: Okay.
K: Here it is.
A day during Off-Season
2 am - 2 pm: Sleep 2 pm - 3 pm: Eating 3 pm - 6 pm: Gaming 6 pm - 7 pm: Light exercise 7 pm - 9 pm: Gaming 9 pm - 10 pm: Eating 10 pm - 1 am: Gaming 1 am - 2 am: YouTube
K: This is... This is that, right? Pro-gamer... A day of a pro-gamer whose daily rhythm is a bit bad.
S: If I explain this... Well, my off-season isn't always like this! Of course.
K: This is at it's worst, right? Yeah.
S: This is a graph of an off day which I don't have any practice. For starters, I sleep in for long, and when I wake up I play games. If I don't, I eat and then play games. As you'd expect, if I don't do anything, my body gets too soft the next day when I skate. So I remove my sense of guilt just a little bit with some light exercise and then go back to gaming once more. And before I sleep, I watch things like smash bro videos and go to sleep. The day is over before I know it.
K: The time from getting into bed  to closing your eyes is this last part, with YouTube. Everyone can probably tell by just looking at this, fans of Shoma-kun from figure skating probably already know about this, right? Since you talk about being a gamer in many places.
S: That's right.
K: Just one thing here- ah it's fine, sorry my bad. Since you spend your day like this, of course you're also strong at Smash Brothers.
S: No no no no.
K: We'll have a match in the second part so everyone look forward to it. I want to ask though, you like games other than Smash Brothers too.
S: Yes.
K: You're into games other than Smash Brothers too right?
S: That's right. Clash Royale... If it's a game on Switch, I would have to go back home. I play Clash Royale when I have free time. Of course, it's not like my level is very high or anything. I just think it's a really good way to spend time. Other than that, I watch YouTube or I play if I'm into any games at that moment but usually Clash Royale or Smash bros. are the two main games.
K: You play Smash Bros at home and when you have free time like during transit time, you play Clash Royale which is convenient.
S: Yes.
K: I see, thank you. So this is how your day looks like during the season and off season. I think everyone reconsidered their image of you in a good way. So let's go back to your introduction sheet. I want to keep going and ask you more about Smash Bros so let's start revealing them one by one. Let's start with your Smash Brothers History.
Smash Brothers History: Since 64 version. Started playing seriously for about a year.
K: You started with the 64 version. In other words, it was to enjoy, like playing with family and friends...
S: That's right. You know the type of Smash Brothers where you only press the smash button at the beginning? It was like that, the whole time. Without understanding anything, just...
K: So you played Smash Brothers since 64, though it was just pressing buttons.
S: Right.
K: And then we have the word "Seriously" here, which makes me happy.
S: Well, that's... it's a bit rude to say that since it's only for a year.
K: No no, you're the real deal. Your strength is. And you started playing seriously for about a year. So that means since Smash Brothers SP, right?
S: That's right. I didn't really... I didn't touch WiiU at all. But I played the Wii before that, or X, with my friends often. But even so, I didn't have as much knowledge as I do now, I 'smashed' where the enemy was and such. I wrote 'a year of playing seriously' but the reason why I started, well the reason why I got fired up was... Even among my friends, even though I said I just pressed the button for smash, you could tell my strength and weakness. If anything, I was the type who wouldn't lose, among my friends. I didn't play WiiU but my little brother had a Switch and he asked me to play. My little brother said "Because you're strong..." so I did it. But he beat me viciously and it was so very upsetting. So I thought I'll get stronger the next time we do it, so I practiced quite a lot. After that, before I know it, I got better to the point that my little brother no longer wanted to play it with me.
K: Hearing this story, I can say that in all the episodes of "No Overtime" where I invited Smash Bro pro players, the story of Smash Brothers history is completely the same. Starting out by playing with friends, being strongest locally, then hitting a wall somewhere and getting fired up. And now being so strong to the point of being a nuisance.
S: That's true. No one will play with me easily in my family.
K: So after you got really strong, let's move on to the next thing people are curious about. Let's continue with your main character.
S: Okay.
Main Character: Wolf... But currently worried about it.
K: So if we talk naturally about this, it's Wolf, to begin with.
S: Right. Although there seems to be information that it's Mario but the truth is I never use him. I really don't use Mario.
K: Right. Let me add to this. I think it was about 2 years ago? In an article where I don't know, there was this article saying "He uses Mario when he's playing with his brother and is really strong." and the Smash Brother pro-players, including me, caught that information and said "Oh, Athlete Uno Shoma is playing Smash Brothers, and he uses Mario!" so people who saw that news was a little hyped up about it.
S: Yeah.
K: And when I said that to Shoma-kun he just said 'No, there's no such thing.' So I'll take this opportunity to say that information was not true. I hope they'll update their information policy. Now it's Wolf.
S: Yeah, so about the reason why I wrote Wolf... If I have to say, I always play sub-characters. I don't want to say one character because I can't be like a top player as you'd expect. My feelings of wanting to enjoy Smash Bros comes out stronger. So if I can play a character strongly, with a feeling of wanting to have fun... Although it all ended up being half-assed. But lately I started to think that I want to get better at Smash bros. And Wolf was... How to say it, it's one of the essentials in Smash bros. I thought I could get better at Smash bros if I play with Wolf. I keep using Wolf now whether I win or not.
K: So the significance of using Wolf as your main is to increase your own strength.
S: Right. It might keep changing from now on but I think I should increase my self strength. So I made it my main.
K: That's really amazing. How to put it, you have a similar thinking style from another fighting gamer, or people who are a little interested in Smash bros and want to play it. You're getting an apology from Abadango-san saying "It's my fault sorryyyy" in the comments. Let's keep him responsible for it. Anyway you wrote Wolf here and said that you use many characters as substitutes but you were really strong at each of them, when we played together in the advance match.
S: No but they're almost all VIP now and there are quite a few characters that can't reach that level since they barely add around 1000 to my GSP.
K: That means that there are characters that did reach that level, so everyone look forward to that. By the way, on the get go the name Abadango came up and I think he's watching us right now. Let's move on to your favorite match, favorite player and a stream you often watch. Probably a lot of names will came up now. As for Shoma-kun, there are a lot of players you like and support so I want you to get fired up and talk a lot about this. Shall we start? So about your favorite match.
Favorite Match: Will be announced in a different section!
K: As he's going to "announce it in a different section", everyone, we made it into "Best 3", all of it. Top 3 of his favorite matches, top 3 of his favorite athletes and top 3 of the streams he watches often. Here, the comments also accelerated. I think everyone was looking forward to this. I too, in order for my reaction to be natural, I left it without looking at it properly. I'm also really looking forward to this. Let's go. Your favorite match, let's start with 3rd place.
3rd place: Umebura SP5 - kept vs Abadango
K: Ohoho! Shoma-kun it's okay you didn't have to be so considerate.
S: No it's true! No but I've been watching kept-san's streams since quite a while ago. And I had heard that you don't quite win against Abadango-san. Your results got gradually better after quitting your job and when you defeated Abadango-san, it was amazing. I was quite happy about kept-san being pleased.
K: Everyone, for time first time in the history of this program I feel like crying. There are people who don't know-- Well, probably in Umebura if we're talking about kept vs Abadango, there are people who would say the Metaknight match left a strong impression on them. That was a match where I lost. You're probably talking about the match after that where it was with Palutena, right?
S: Yeah.
K: Thank you. I'm really very happy about that.
S: There's actually a lot. If I were to say it, the match between shky-san and Shogun-san. I rewatched Shogun-san's winner's pose for about 3 times.
K: Including both me and the comments, the next few 10 minutes are-- well I want to make it fun the whole time but the next few minutes from now on are really going to be fun. That match is also a popular match. But as for Shogun-san's feelings, he might be waiting like "Shogun vs shky might be at first place!" so let's talk about  many matches after we reveal 1st place.
S: You're right.
K: So, I think everyone's waiting with their hearts beating really fast. Let's move on to second place.
Second Place: THE BIG HOUSE 9 - Every match by player zackray
K: There it is. THE BIG HOUSE 9, every match by player zackray
S: I think the image was to have only one match but no matter what, when I re-watched, when I watched zackray-san's videos, I end up watching all the matches of THE BIG HOUSE. Going up from Losers bracket. But really that match, it was a victory where he's won against some amazing people.
K: That's right.
S: But for me, the best out of all of them was against Maister, with Joker, if I remember correctly, who lost after coming from Winners. He brought out Sonic at first, and it was really close but then brought out Joker and, there were quite a few matches where he overpowered. That made an impression. I really liked that, if I have to pick one from all of that, that would be the best.
K: My feelings are the same as the comments but you really know your stuff. Right now it's a really funny situation where it's a little uncomfortable that Uno Shoma is doing remarks like just now. Well, this was about the World - an Overseas tournament called THE BIG HOUSE 9, and if we were to put it simply it's a World Tournament. It's ST rank, which is the highest rank. And this time zackray was the first Japanese player to win it. It's cruel to ask you to pick one thing within Big House too. Each match was fiery. The reality of that win itself is fiery in the first place. So picking up a match is...
S: Exactly. I just couldn't decide. When we were doing the meeting, and I was asked to say what the second place is and I thought I'd be able to determine one at a later date, but no matter how much I thought I just couldn't. So it ended up in this rough shape. But I have many favorite matches other than that. So I picked these up for first, second and third places here.
K: Right, let's reveal the first place next.
First Place: Filth Disinfection Cup (汚物消毒杯) [Translation Note: This is a tournament where the loser is decided (the winner is the weakest) - as in they pick the "filth" out of all of them. They picked normally strong players so the participants don't think they'd lose.]
K: LOL there are probably a lot of high level players who are disappointed now. No, it's fine.
S: This... I often go to sleep by watching this before sleeping.
K: I see. This, just, I'm sure the people who participated in this are also happy but I think the duo of Kishiru-Takera who hosted this project are shedding the most tears right now.
S: I really want to see it as SP as well.
K: Takera-san will have to do that now. Ah, sorry, go ahead. It's Shoma-kun's turn now. Speak a lot.
S: Well. This whole thing was funny to watch. It's WiiU. I've never played WiiU but even so I watched it and it was funny. I really like the teasing between people who are good friends.
K: It won't make the atmosphere go sour, right?
S: Right. It was very funny. And there, meisterG-san. I didn't know at first- well I knew of meisterG by watching No Overtime a few times but I didn't know he was a presence who appeared there for the first time. That was really funny. Also the real happiness of people who won.
K: That's true.
S: And the pro-gamers who can't play like they usually do.
K: It's amazing that you understood the real appeal of "Filth", I'm happy you enjoyed that. I'm really regretting that I wasn't able to take part in that because I was at HiroSma- which is a tournament at my hometown Hiroshima. So you'd pick that for first place. Actually about 2 episodes ago or so in No-Overtime, there was a player called Nan-channel and in his first place of memories with me, he put the match in HiroSma in first place. I'm sorry to ignore that but I should have taken part in Filth Disinfection Cup.
S: Yeah. I have to bring someone's name up. I'm sorry to be ranking them but Kishiru-san's commentary was really good. I like OMNaoto-san very much too but OMNaoto-san is in second place and my favorite is Kishiru-san.
K: That's alright.
S: His commentary... I like how he continues to talk the whole time. I really like that. I think that was one of the reasons why Filth Disinfection Cup was so funny. It was also funny that he lost at the end.
K: That's true, that was also the perfect punchline. OMNaoto-san is saying "H~m." But you also like OMNaoto-san.
S: Yeah.
K: So we revealed your favorite 3 matches but just a moment ago you also mentioned you liked Shogun x shky's Umebura match.
S: Yeah. I always watched Shogun-san and as expected, even the period where he couldn't get good results. It's not really something for me to say but getting that result in the midst of him giving his all into it - I could feel that the winning pose he made had a lot of meaning packed into it. Also additionally, other than this 1-2-3, one of my favorite matches--- it's going to be an extra but Ego, no it was Frostbite. Frostbite 2020. Marss-san vs. Paseriman-san.
K: There it is!
S: That was... Japanese are really good at Zero Suit Samus. It was quite not dangerous...
K: He was overpowering.
S: I thought he was overpowering in that match. But Paseriman-san who defeated an amazing player, he turned around with a cheer towards the audience and no one was... it was so funny that no one reacted. While understanding that he's worked hard and he's a passionate person, so when it was over and the atmosphere was like that... I really like Paseriman-san, who's like that.
K: Yeah that's part of his charm.
S: That's right.
K: Right until the middle I thought you were talking passionately and I didn't expect there to be a punchline. Shoma-kun you're good at talking.
S: Not at all. No really, it's just that he defeated someone really amazing.
K: That's true.
S: I thought there'd be more. But I really liked that the audience was like "huh, who's this guy".
K: It really makes me happy that you're watching down to little details. I'm happy on their behalf. Your favorite matches... Well, even other than the matches you just mentioned, we'll go by your pace so if you have any matches that you think of later, feel free to bring them up even later. Let's continue to talk more and more. Let's end "Your favorite matches" here and move on to the next.
S: Yes please.
K: So next, we'll be returning back to your introduction sheet to check out your favorite players.
Favorite players: Will be announced in a different section!
K: Your favorite players.
S: Yes.
K: You'll also be announcing it in a different section, as your best 3.
S: Yes.
K: Let's go. This is... This is the exciting part, including for me. I think it will be full of things we want to talk about. So let's go. Starting from third place.
Third Place: player kept
K: This is completely fine! I don't have high hopes to get first place in this. Thank you! Third place. This is something anyone would be happy with.
S: The truth is... The first place, for me, saying "special" isn't exactly right but there's a lot of players in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 so I worked hard to decide on 2nd and 3rd place. It's kept-san.
K: Thank you! I am really happy about this but shall we talk a bit about what Shoma-kun is wearing right now.
S: That's right.
K: This is something I'm very happy about but - wait a second. Okay I changed the screen for a bit. About this, this time, I actually gave it to him. Even though I say I gave it to him, there's actually history to it. About half a year ago, I sold this in November, after that I received an inquiry under a different name, it wasn't Uno Shoma-kun's account but it was a fake one, a different Gmail account, asking me if there'll be a resale. And when we had the meeting this time, he said "Actually that was me." and I thought "No way" and checked that inquiry and saw that name and I was really surprised. I said I'll send him one because I had one in the stock and hurried to send it, this is that one.
S: I was happy. Here.
K: Thank you.
S: That's right, I.. Well it was sold out immediately. This is the same as when I sent the DM. You replied back politely, even though I didn't say I was Uno Shoma, not to say your real face but, the way you're replying to everyone... It's not just you having an exemplary behavior on the outside, but I thought you're an amazing person even behind the scenes. That's why I like kept-san.
K: This really feels as if I'm making you say it.
S: That's not it at all.
K: Thanks Shoma-kun.
S: Don't mention it.
K: It's not that I'm a good person but Shoma-kun is a good guy. Thank you.
S: No, no, no. It's just. If I start to sound like I'm promoting, they'll get mad at me. But I received it, I'm happy. That's all.
K: That's true. Thank you, thank you.
S: Yes.
K: There was a long time where I lost at matches and there were matches I won at. So really thank you for supporting me through that. Well if you keep praising me I'll start to sweat so let's move on to second place. Let's move on to second place.
Second Place: player zackray
K: Here it is, player zackray.
S: Of course he has skill and, how to put this... When I watch him, his playing is glorious. But also, at that age, meeting that many expectations and competing against the world... As someone who also competes against the world, there are various parts that I can sympathize with. I really like how he perseveres in this day and age, in the midst of many conflicts. Also no matter what during matches or tournaments, I end up rooting for him. I have many favorite players but I want him to win the most. Because people expect that from him so he's the kind of player that I really want him to win.
K: I see. This is quite different from the rest. He's young and competing against the world. The fact that an athlete from a different area is saying that it overlaps with himself is very... Well I'm not zackray but when I hear that, it's passionate even though it's about someone else.
S: zackray-san is different to all the other players I like but I really would like him to win. Also, I think he has a lot of pressure on him so I hope he can have fun while competing in Smash Brothers. I don't know why but he really is a player I support from the bottom of my heart.
K: This is extremely nice. I'm sure zackray will be happy about this too.
S: I hope he keeps going.
K: Yeah, doing things freely, right? So with that, let's move on to the thing everyone's focused on. First place. Here it is.
First place: Player Shogun
K: Here it is! Player Shogun.
S: Yes. This, really... He's older than me so this will sound really rude but he's a player I really want to support. His talks are really fun and he might have had a time where he wasn't able to get good results however... Well, if you ask me why I can't give you a reason but... If I have to rank 1, 2 and 3, first place is Shogun-san with a little difference from second place.
K: So when you fill in rankings like this--- Shogun-san just sent a super-chat without any words. He's a man who does not speak. Usually when you rank things there are times people end up unsure. But we can say that first place came to you immediately, right?
S: That's right, I already knew who the first place is. For the third place I was torn between Abadango-san and Kept-san. When I said kept-san at first, they told me they don't need me to say kept-san, so I said, okay Abadango-san then. But that means I just have that many favorite players. Of course I like all players in Smashlog. I like the playing style of Takera-san too. I like how Atelier-san talks. As for Paseriman-san... Oh right, I'll talk about this later. But I'm fully aware that he's a passionate player. I am rooting for many players. So there's more other than these three.
K: One thing I want to talk about Shogun-san is... I said at the beginning that we played for a few hours before in advance. And in the middle of it we had a bit of a small talk too. So when we were talking about the characters we're playing, you said you used to play with Snake.
S: That's right. Though it's back in the early days. I wasn't yet watching any Smash Bros. videos back when I was using Snake. Maybe I'm rooting for him because Shogun-san's video was the first one I've seen during that time, but after that I kept watching his videos. I thought "this person is fun". What I like most is, what he said when he won against Eim-san in Filth Disinfection Cup. I thought "this person probably thought about what to say the whole time." On top of the expectations of saying something funny, he really said something more than funny. I thought Shogun-san was amazing.
K: It was something like "I'm a fan of Eim-san...", right?
S: Yeah. Since everyone said a sentence after the match was over. That was perfect.
K: Yeah everyone was expecting something. And it was a sentence that raised the bar. I see. So using Snake was the reason why you met Shogun-san but now you really like him in many aspects.
S: Right.
K: Thank you. So these are the players who you want to cheer for during tournaments and also those who are strong from a competitive perspective. So next, let's go back to your introduction sheet. Streams you often watch.
Streams you often watch: Will be announced in a different section!
K: This is also going to be announced in a different section. So we also have a ranking for it. The best 3 ranking for players whose stream you watch often. Before revealing them should we talk a little bit? We saw it in the time graph earlier too but you watch streams almost everyday as part of your daily life.
S: Yeah. I'll be the one saying this but when I'm in Japan, and also when I'm not in Japan, due to the time difference, sometimes I watch streams in the afternoon and sometimes I watch streams in the middle of the night. There are players who I see when I open YouTube as well as players who I really really like and think are funny. My first place here is the best, really. It's the best by far, with a big difference on second and third place.
K: It's again something everyone will be looking forward to. Let's reveal them one by one. Let's start with third place.
Third place: player HIKARU
K: It's player HIKARU.
S: I didn't bring him up earlier but he's often streaming when I open YouTube. But also the way he defeats his opponents is dimensional. I watched him play Donkey and thought it was amazing. I think he's really funny when I watch him. His talks are interesting. Like when he was deciding on Roy's color, he made all of them fight against each other, that was really funny.
K: You know things even I don't know. HIKARU indeed, I think he doesn't have a daily job so he has free time like in the afternoon or even the middle of the night. I see him stay up all night on Twitter often too. He's doing it for people who watch things at an irregular hour.
S: Yeah, it's usually an hour different to others so I tend to watch-- or rather, our times usually match. So I watch him often.
K: I see. So from now on if someone wants you to watch their stream, they should be aiming for the afternoon hours. There might be more people like that from now on. So, it was HIKARU. Let's move on to the next, second place.
Second Place: Player kept.
K: Here it is! Thank you! Was this also erased by the staff?
S: I don't know but because it's a livestream, with videos I watch them because they're short and interesting but I watch lives more often. How to put it, this might come off as rude but it's like a kind older brother is doing a live stream. For me. I watch a lot and leave it on while doing other work. So I've been watching kept-san's livestreams since before. It's really been a long time. If I go into detail, it'll be hard but for me, every time there's an update, like getting 10 consecutive wins... I watch that while thinking it's brutal every time.
K: I'm happy about this. It's suitable to overlook. Rather than devouring the content, watching really intently, you're using it as something in the background.
S: Yeah I often have kept-san's stream open. I watch quite a variety of Smash bro players but I'm quite biased when it comes to watching livestreams.
K: I see. There might be some other than the ones written here but let's ask you about that after the reveals.
S: This is rude but when I was asked about which player's streams I watch, I just wanted to say the name of the person in first place here.
K: That's alright. Let's talk hard about the first place. Let's go to first place.
First Place: Player Paseriman
K: Here it is. I don't know if it's because Shoma-kun is being considerate but it makes me laugh how perfect this is for the structure of the program. So you're saying it's player Paseriman.
S: He's very funny. How I came to know about Paseriman-san was actually at "No-Overtime", I think it was the second episode. And I had seen Paseriman-san for the first time.
K: Oh so you didn't know him until then.
S: I didn't know him at all until then, and I've never seen any of his streams. When I watched "No Overtime" the conversation was really fun. And I checked Paseriman-san's channel after that, you know how there's many things like videos. There are probably many things he's doing on purpose for sure, but even if it's fake, I really like that.
K: I see, so Shoma-kun can see through that.
S: Also his pulls are great. With Ken, I believe it was when he had to win 20 times, and he got Ken and Ken again in a row, and then he fought against Ken-san who was a really strong Sonic user.
K: The three consecutive Ken's, right?
S: Yeah. That was funny. And then at No Overtime with the random selection... It was really little at the beginning but at EVO Japan, he got a really good grade. Of course he's shown great effort, he spared no effort. He might have that playful look to him but I think he is a player with a lot of passion. Of course, there are a lot of times where I watch because he's funny but he's also a player who I root for as a player. Also when I've seen the second episode of "No Overtime", seeing him play with the random selection many times... It was amazing. I thought it was the final episode of random selection.
K: To think that Shoma-kun was influenced by Paseri's numbers. As for random selection... It's Pase's in hundreds, so we took out the random selection. But if we do it, it might be funny with Paseri in ten thousands. Well up until this point we talked about your favorite matches, players and streams. This was a great fun for both Smash bro players and the viewers. Thank you.
S: I might speak up again if I remember something in our talks from now on.
K: Yeah, anytime, anytime! So this is all with Best 3. And from now on, we finished your introduction sheet. So now what everyone's even more curious about: the gameplay! Shoma-kun let's do it. Shall we talk a little while the staff is setting up the room?
S: Okay.
K: I was surprised about this too, to be honest, at how strong you are.
S: I'll put my heart into it to not make it a ragged match.
K: I also should not be losing.
S: I'm really nervous about this.

Translation Notes & some links to check out:
1. 汚物消毒杯: You can check the stream of Filth Disinfection Cup here. I translated this name myself because I could not find any English version of it.
2.The 3 consecutive Ken’s of Paseriman: You can watch the highlight of that livestream here. The context is that each player has to win 20 times within 8 hours of time limit. Through the stream he talks about how much he hates Ken when he loses against one, and then has to fight another Ken after that. Just as he says there might not be another Ken left, a Sonic player comes-- except his player name is Ken.
3.Paseriman’s disappointing audience: You can watch the video here.
