Started off my day listening to Bien’s album
Alusa Why Are You Topless? https://open.spotify.com/album/1tqKgXiDjsilZpv3aLaEGm
Its friday so what could you expect😅
Anyway the album first of all was familiar to me in so many ways. I think its because i already knew some of the songs on the list. Too easy and True love-which was featured on A Colors Show if you don’t already know .
It started of well reminding me of Bien’s prowess in music with the intro “Legend” all the way to “Anointed” which was such a good ending .I always love audio recordings incorporated in music something about the raw format always gets me .
Don’t get me started on The guitar instrumentals in Chikwere which took me back to my lover girl era which has honestly been dead for a while😅
“You know it just keeps getting better”oooooh my love Chikwereee”
anyway someone seriously needs to tell me the meaning coz a girl is out here saying things she has no ideas about
The collabs were also great i mean wakadinali😌😌
LOVED IT!!!
I specifically related to Time and Time and alone because this year yoh😩 had a chokehold on me. Just showing us how many of us are going through it .
“”Oooooooh Time””
All in all a good album

Thinking about the time I first learnt to dream, thought about how my dreams felt in my mind and watched them carry my body into different lives, at the time though to be linear I was balancing two life’s, thought about one demise, then I thought about how I first learnt to dream again and again and I felt my body melt at our persistence for a taste at a life, I felt safe here,…
