Fun Game Concept!
So as you know, Choo Choo charles is a open-world game that has you constantly being hunted down by a man-eating steam engine monster while also gathering enough upgrades and weapons to kill it. Well, I just thought...
...what if it was on Sodor and the monsters were the ttte characters we know and love?
The game would take place after BWBA (but better), and would be followed up as a sequel to my TATMR, which I'm currently writing. There would also be a few elements from Security Breach, which would involve you getting collectibles or weapons that would benefit the player independently, having to sneak through certain areas.
The Story
It's been years since Lily and Patch, along with Mr Conductor had saved Lady and her magic railroad from doom. Both are now young adults when Lily gets a strange letter from her grandpa, asking for help. She decides to see what's going on and Patch tags along for the sake of it. One thing leads to another and the two find themselves on Sodor again.
But something's wrong. The engines have transformed into beast-like creatures, attacking anyone they see on sight. Mr Conductor and the two soon reunite and are enlisted to help find a cure to stop the insanity. Along the way, Lily and Patch must dodge, weave, stun and defend themselves from the horrors of Sodor!
Gameplay + tutorial
In this (not real) ttte horror game, in the first segment, you play as Mr Conductor.
Mr Conductor is who you play as for the tutorial and the rest of the segment. The tutorial involves you learning how to collect items, sneak through areas where engines are roaming and how to shoot/throw and distract enemies using the environment around you. The location of this tutorial is on Misty Island, and the tutorial uses the location as an advantage to help the player be able to navigate through foggy or dark areas without a flashlight.
The three main antagonists for the tutorial are the Logging locos (they seem fitting for baby-step missions) who are always gonna be patrolling the Logging station and beach.
For the rest of the segment, Mr Conductor is tasked with helping around the camps that are inhabited by most of the Sodor residents. Here are the tasks;
1# Reach the other end of the Logging station without being spotted (tutorial begins here)
2# Find the storage hut to store the fish
3# Talk to Ruth
4# Collect 10 peices of jobi wood around the camp to help Ruth build the handcar
5# Give the wood to Ruth
6# Talk to the three railway controllers
7# Find Junior
8# Use the handcar and go to Sodor
Collectibles
Scattered around the island are a total of 13 wooden sculptures of the engines. They can be found in areas that are linked the most to them.
The Thomas sculpture can be located in the mines, a call back to Down the Mine.
The Percy sculpture can be found hanging off the edge of a dilapidated truck, a somewhat reference to Percy's Predicament.
The Edward sculpture can be located at the back of his old berth at Tidmouth Sheds. This is a reference to Edward's Day Out.
Style
The game would have ps1-style graphics and the environment is really dark to increase uneasiness for the player.
The engines
The engines are the enemies of the game. They don't have any dialogue as they've all gone nearly fully insane and feral, practically animals at this point. So good luck begging them to stop, your pleas will fall on deaf ears.
But they're not evil! They're just hungry...I promise. The hunger is strong, so powerful that it hurts. They are just as innocent as you...
The engines are so hungry that they don't want a friendly chat. You smell...so good, every fleshy creature they find smells so sweet...so divine...so delicious. Looks like you've got some massive mouths to feed, Sir.
They stalk around the darkness, looking for something to eat, somewhere to sleep, somewhere to be free. Sodor has recently been gathering a lot of dark clouds, making everywhere dark, but they don't mind at all. Too much brightness hurts their eyes.
You'll know who and where they are, just listen for the blast of a whistle or the honk of a horn.

Flight
A TTTE Curse!AU one-shot. This one revolves around Lady and Junior. Fic under the cut.
Lady was in the form of a great dragon. Her red violet scales reflected the light from the sun like great mirrors. The golden spikes that ran along her back glistened as her golden underbelly glowed softly from the fire burning deep within her body. She had draped one of her massive wings over the group, having curled her neck around them to look at them with one large golden eye as they rested. Her slender yet muscular body was perfect for them to rest against. Her sides slowly rose and fell with the time of her breathing in a steady soothing cadence. Junior was the only one that was out and about, climbing onto Lady's long and sinewed neck by grabbing onto her straight golden horns and using his legs to push off the side of the golden spikes lining her lower jaw. This prompted a slight growl of annoyance from Lady, but Junior she wouldn't harm him.
Junior rested on her back between Lady's shoulders as he grasped one of the many back spikes that ran along her spine. Her scales were razor sharp, yet strangely, the scales on the hollow between her shoulders were smooth to the touch, offering a somewhat comfortable place to ride on her back.
"Come on, you promised me a flight, Lady! Why don't we have some fun and burn a few things?" Junior asked as he leaned forward, resting slightly against one of her back spikes with his arm around it, looking relaxed as he smiled. Lady snorted softly, and tries to shake a little to gently throw him off, but Junior held on, chuckling softly.
"Oh, come on! Please, just a five minute flight! Lily can come too if she wants!" Junior said as he patted the side of Lady's neck, feeling the thick muscle shift under his hand as Lady craned her neck and turned her head slightly to look at him with a slightly annoyed look on her face. Her golden eyes watched him for a few moments before she finally spoke, her voice sounding smooth and soft yet riddled with sheer power.
"I'm not going to abandon my Rider even for a short period of time. She needs to rest." Lady said with an agitated growl. She narrowed her eyes at him, turning them into golden slits. Junior had learned not to fear the powerful his family had created and learned to fear. It was simply in her nature to be the way she is. She shared blood with the dragons, a gift and a burden for anyone to bear.
"Come on.. Burnett and my cousin will watch over her. You know both will keep a good watch over her! You promised a flight, remember? I think we can both have some fun, eh?" Junior asked. Lady paused. Junior couldn't tell if she was thinking or speaking to Lily, her precious Rider. After a few seconds he saw a mischievous glint in her eyes before a wolfish grin crept across her face, showing off all of her fearsome fangs as smoke billowed from between them and from her nostrils.
"Very well, then, but my version of fun may be different than yours.. hang on tight and don't fall." Lady said as she stood up, careful not to disturb her Rider, who was peacefully resting. Mr. Conductor fell back with a thump as she stood up, having leaned back against her to rest. He sat up in bewilderment before looking up and saw Junior smiling and looking down at him. Mr. Conductor facepalmed as he sighed. Seemed Junior managed to convince Lady to allow him to ride her on his own this time. He knew how she was. She was likely hiding something from Junior. He sat up just as Lady bunched her muscles and took to the air with a great leap and a beat of her wings. The wind stirred up dust as the trees around them swayed.
Junior whooped as he held on tightly to one of her back spikes.The air was considerably cooler from this height. Lady kept gaining altitude with each beat of her powerful wings. The wind produced from her wings nearly took his breath away. He used one arm to slip his bandana over his nose and mouth to block the strong winds as he held on with the other. Without warning, Lady tucked her wings close to her body and nose dived straight towards the ground. Junior immediately clung to one of her back spikes and whooped as Lady performed a corkscrew before swooping and ascending once again. Lady banked left and Junior adjusted his weight to balance.
Before he knew it, he and Lady were upside down. The world was spinning around them as Lady performed several barrel rolls followed by a loopty loop. Junior laughed as Lady turned upside down and stayed like this for several minutes. Lady couldn't help but chuckle softly at his reactions, encouraging her to keep going as she performed several more maneuvers high in the sky. Mr. Conductor watched from the ground, shielding his eyes from the sun and the bright light reflected off of Lady's radiant red violet and gold scales.
Lady dived down towards the ground again, positioning herself as if she were a great falcon ready to grab onto the unwary prey below before she landed on the ground with a loud thud. The earth shook beneath her as her powerful muscles absorbed the shock of the impact. Lady smiled a wolfish grin as she laid down and allowed Junior to climb off her back and slide down her wing. He landed on the ground on his two feet and looked at his cousin in excitement and bewilderment. His hair was an absolute mess. Mr. Conductor hinted at a smile and rested a hand on his shoulder.
"How does it feel to know you've finally ridden a dragon? You never forget your first flight." Mr. Conductor asked. Junior laughed and sat down on a tree stump.
"Best experience in my life! We need to do that again, Lady." Junior looked up at Lady. Lady was already lying on her side and curled protectively around her Rider and caretaker. She looked back at him with a slight smile.
"Perhaps.. but another time, of course." Lady said with a slight chuckle.

So.... junior conductor ken.... I kinda dig it!
Outfits are based on the movie with my own spin. The beach one is a callback to the 90s/2000s surfer boy. I also gave him a tan and sunburn. Makes sense since he's always out in the sun. The gold sparkles when you hold the doll in light. For accessories I gave him a comb that also sparkles and a surfboard in Thomas's iconic livery. The cd player can play five songs from the show including Summer Sunday which I consider to be Junior's theme song. He also comes with headphones but i forgot to add it. 😪
Oh and the elf ears are intentional. I want to make it clear that Conductor family aren't human, that they're magical. And given their small stature I thought it made sense to make them fairies. If you look closely the bandana also sparkles; I was inspired by the original script that had Junior's scarf be magic.

Imagine a TaTMR au where everything is the same except Sodor is not, in fact, a world that's Mr. Conductor or Junior's size, and they're still tiny there, too.
Consider:
Mr. C travels around on Lily's shoulder, and when Diesel 10 picked him up with Pinchy, it was like cupping your hands entirely around a bug to keep it from running away (Mr. C escaped by climbing out a small gap in the top of Pinchy and escaping from there the way he did in the movie).
Junior is constantly landing on top of engines (Diesel 10, James), and he's so small that if the engines go to fast while he's on top, he could just be blown off by the wind (That was D10's intent when Junior landed on him). It wasn't even that windy when he went flying off the windmill. He's just so light.

Okay so SORRY that I haven't been answering asks I promise I saw them all but I've been wrapped and musical theatre and also have been playing Star Stable more frequently.
ANYWAY. I abolutely love this so much it's such a wonderful concept. Giggled over this ask every time I looked at it. Sir Topham Hatt going away for a nice holiday with his wife and just saying hmm you know what I'm going to put the tiny magic man in charge of these metal giants.
Tiny Mr. C struggling to lift a bag of sugar to scare off Diesel 10. The comedy potential is limitless.

OK, so, something I've been doing recently is working out what legal charges the antagonists of TTTE would face if we suspend our disbelief and imagine locomotives having to stand trial in a court of law.
Diesel (various episodes and specials throughout the show's run)
3 counts of destruction of property: damaging disused trucks. Pushing trucks into the harbour resulting in the loss of a consignment of china clay. Wasting an entire flat truck’s worth of paint.
3 counts of defamation: Spreading negative rumours about Gordon, James, and Henry.
1 count of frameup: Pinning the blame of the rumours on Duck.
1 count of attempted murder: Trying to get Fergus scrapped.
3 counts of assault: Bumping Thomas under a stone hopper. Bumping paint cans onto Thomas. Bumping Toby into a coal hopper.
Sailor John (Legend of the Lost Treasure)
4 counts of assault: stamping his foot on Skiff, elbowing Skiff to silence him, stamping on skiff AGAIN, battering thomas with an oar
4 counts of trespassing: riding Skiff on the construction site of the new branchline (3 counts). Entering the station out of regular hours
1 count of coercion: manipulating Thomas into his scheme to steal the treasure.
4 counts of theft: stealing the map, the stealing the treasure, stealing explosives, stealing a warship.
2 counts of intimidation: accusing thomas of taking the treasure for himself, threatening skiff with physical harm for “mutiny”.
1 count of unlawful possession of explosives.
1 count of breaking & entering: breaking into Sir Topham Hatt’s office.
1 count of destruction of property: using DYNAMITE to break into Sir Topham Hat’s safe.
1 count of vehicle hijacking: running amok with the ship on a flat wagon (lets ignore the physical improbability of this for the moment).
1 count of public endangerment: same reason as vehicle hijacking.
2 counts of attempted murder: trying to dynamite Thomas, leaving Thomas to drown.
And possibly also 1 count of prison break: he's seen in a later special (Big World: Big Adventures) in a cafe in brazil. Assuming this isn't just the studio reusing him as an asset as a background character this implies he escaped from prison and fled to brazil.
Diesel Ten (Thomas And The Magic Railroad & Day Of The Diesels)
7 counts of attempted murder: Lady twice, James, Junior, Mr Conductor, and Thomas (TATMR), Thomas (DOTD).
3 counts of property damage: Carving his likeness on the rock which would be the property of the landowner, tearing down the scaffolding of the sheds, bringing down the diesel shelter (TATMR).
3 counts of Intimidation: The sheds, Mr Conductor on the Viaduct, and carrying Junior on his roof (TATMR).
1 count of conspiracy to commit genocide (wanting ALL steam locomotives scrapped): "I'm going to destroy her and dominate you, then you'll be nothing but hunks of useless scrap" (TATMR).
1 count of reckless driving: driving at excessive speed with Junior on his roof (TATMR).
1 count of unlawful imprisonment: Trapping Thomas in the shed (DOTD).
1 count of arson: setting fire to the shed (DOTD).
1 count of coercion: manipulating Percy into unwillingly assisting him in goals (DOTD).
1 count of trespassing: entering the dieselworks without the knowledge or permission of Victor (DOTD).
1 count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny: attempting to take control of the dieselworks (DOTD).
1 count of theft: stealing a christmas tree.
Verdict: Diesel is toxic, Sailor John is a pirate, and Diesel Ten is standing trial in the Hague for crimes against trainkind and small children
