10. What were your first thoughts when you got into F1?

‘Oh what does that mean, what the fuck is a DRS, what do those numbers on the screen mean, what’s a track limit and how am I supposed to remember which corners, what’s an under cut, why is this so exciting?”

77. Would you still become fan with the knowledge you have today?

Yes. Even with AD21, even with the JPN22, even with max and horner and the cheating and the disrespect week in week out, F1 brings me joy. Good, honest, exciting racing brings me joy. Overtakes and driving styles and pushing the absolute limit of engineering/speed bring me joy. I love how it’s not just about the human body it’s about so much more. I love my team and my drivers. Even when I complain I LOVE f1, it’s a rush like no other some days, and that’s why I talk vocally about encouraging them to do better.
