I dont like to live in regret, but I do think back A LOT to my amazing trip to Puerto Rico in 2013? and how different it could have been. . I was at my biggest, and I remember being so very tired, and missing out on my friends birthday celebrations because I went to bed early. I felt uncomfortable in my body, and worried about eating because my stomach was always upset. . I was doted on and treated like family, but was held back by my weight. I never want to feel like that again. I’ve lost 35 pounds and feel so much better about myself, inside and out! So, I’m making a promise to myself to get back to PR in the next year or so and to have a do over.
