I missed Jungkook's live yesterday.

But I did see on Twitter and Instagram how his one mention of a certain 5"8 busan man made the cult upset. I also noticed how the translation is sometimes wrong for jikook. I'm not saying the company is hiding them (I'm not completely delusional), but I do find that to be an interesting "coincidence."

When I did see the translation was off, I wasn't surprised. When I saw the actual clip, the "ㅎ" sound was very obviously there, which made me confused as to how it was translated wrong in the first place. It was hilarious seeing how fast tkkers jumped on it, tho. And it's even funnier now that we know it was a mistranslation 🤣.

I don't think the moment it hugely significant, but I do find it as a very obvious sign that Jk and Jimin are constantly in touch (you know, kinda like how a couple would be 😏), and it makes sense that you would be in touch with the person you were about to go to the MILITARY with.

A whole 18 months of just them going through some very intense stuff that I can only assume will make them closer. 18 months of living in the same place. Taking their vactaions together. 18 months of just being around each other. Dang... no wonder the taekookers are mad, lol 😂.

The last few weeks have been somewhat traumatic and overwhelming...

We went from the high of being excited for Jimin’s birthday beginning Oct. 1 and culminating on Oct. 13, a period which included his cute WeLive, a few hugely entertaining Run BTS episodes, JK’s very suggestive birthday greeting for his “bro” and the first glimpses of Jimin’s photo folio book. 

The build up, controversy, confusion and uncertainty of the Yet to Come in Busan concert on Oct. 15, that we can clearly see now is BTS put tremendous effort in producing this event in order to give us AND THEM a last group performance in front of a live audience for quite a while. So, so thankful. 

The WeLive that followed that evening with Hobi, Tae, Jimin and Jungkook, they are always so eager to be with us. Jungkook, marry me!

Then the reality check of the Military service announcement coming on the heels of the Busan concert really hit us hard. I think a lot of us allowed at least a little bit of denial lurk in the back of our minds but now we know what to expect. 

Jin’s solo work, The Astronaut, on Oct. 28, what an amazing song, MV and everything surrounding it with Jin being able to perform live with Coldplay, what a huge gift to us and to Jin. 

And what was supposed to be a fun Halloween weekend and the kickoff to the holiday season of this long stressful year turned into total tragedy in Itaewon.

And there are so many other terrible things going on in the world right now from war in Ukraine, the unrest in Iran, disasters in the Philippines and India and so much more. Humanity is just crying out: WHAT ABOUT ME?? Please save me. The helplessness in the world can be too much to bear and its ok to want to be insulated from it if you can.

Other than solo releases and content, some Run BTS episodes, I don’t know how much we’ll see any of the guys in the coming months. We’ve heard there’s lots of content in store for us so I guess we’ll see...

Hopefully they will stay in touch with their Instagrams and WeLive until it is time for them to go. At those times we will collectively grieve again and then pick ourselves back up and keep moving forward until the day we see them together again sometime in 2025. 

If we can just allow each other a little bit of grace to feel our feels and regain our balance. It’s ok to be sad or numb. It is ok to be angry. But don’t let these things take over your life. Let’s allow ourselves the time to be messy and then when we are ready, to take time to feel the sun on our faces and find our smiles again. 

I will do what I can to remain a positive space here. This is a space for Army, especially those who love Jimin and Jungkook. Unless a tkkr pokes me the wrong way of course, then I’m gonna have to open a can of whoop ass...but how about we take it one day at a time?

They said that it would mean Jimin is not attracting audience and it would make the company think there's no demand for him. W T F. The company doesn't give a flying fck about Jimin, to begin with. They could've realized there was demand for him when people spent 8 months asking for a CD restock. I personally don't want anyone to think Jimin is in "demand" because his ship content gets engagement, thank you very much. Taekook already exists. Half or even more of those jikookers are gonna be liking the clips on twitter and then streaming and voting exclusively for Jungkook, just like taekookers are doing. They can keep their engagement.

Pure pop, catchy tune. A chair dancing beat...you know like if you are sitting at your desk you can't help but wiggle your ass in your chair... Fun to sing along with. It does have a tinge of Adam Levine (Maroon 5) in the oooooh, aaaaahh. The promo leading up was brilliantly different. Good job, Benny. I am glad he was able to get Snoop Dogg in on this. For me, Snoop's part was not what I expected, I enjoyed his presence on the track. The song is added to my playlist rotation.

The entire BTS vocal line sounds fantastic as expected. But you know I am gonna gush a little harder about Jungkook and Jimin's vocals.

Jungkook's vocals always feel like he's holding my hand when I hear his voice, his vocals are strong and steady and Jimin's sexy vocal fry is like the extra sprinkle of sugar or glitter that always makes a song sparkle. They need to really try to get a song(s) together for the both of them. They would kill it.

The video was funny, and I guess we should have expected something like this and yes, I was a little let down when there was no sign of the vocal line in it. But overall, it was fun. Benny started the day 13 hours before a BTS concert. And good luck getting that cake icing smell out of that car (I think it was a Tesla hahahaha).

I had intended to watch all the episodes of In the Soop: Friendcation but only with English subs. If anyone has a link to the programs with english subs and it's also a site where I do not have to sign up to view, I would greatly appreciate. I did not sign up for Disney+ just for that show. I have only been able to watch the first episode so far. The place where they stayed looks very very nice. I see where people posted snippets of where Hobi and Tae did a facetime call. Interesting. When did they shoot footage for the shows? I heard it was this past December, but also could have been anytime from then through March because it was freakin' cold then, remember how they were worried about Armys freezing to death during PTD Seoul?

If you can't force them to couple up your ship it's probably because your ship is not valid. If they are in a professional or personal circle, or both, with members AND STILL POST THEM AS A COUPLE....

anon it has to do more with jkkrs hypocrisy and how half of the time they either set up jm or their entire stance since 7 release and hybe's unfair treatment towards jm, bcz jkkrs were oh so vocal abt the unfair treatment during D-Day release and suddenly went mum since july and searching all possible reasons to defend hybe and why things are the way they are. Bcz tkkrs openly claim to hate jm, but this other breed claims to "bias and love him" , only for them to set him up and always talk as if he is one step below jk or how jk deserves everything he got but jm doesn't.

The same way I have problem with hypocritic ot7s behaviour towards jm than other kpopies, idc abt them or their opinions bcz their job is to hate jm and they don't hide it but it's the ppl who claim to love him but do anything other than that.

Yeah, I agree 100%. I also find it harder to "forgive" hypocrisy. Blind hate is just blind hate, but the backhanded compliments and the subtle putting down is infuriating sometimes. I mean, like when that voting was going on and korean jikookers were voting for Jungkook and TAEHYUNG? I expect taekookers and Jimin antis to vote for other people, they're doing what they're supposed to do -supporting the ones they like the most or whatever.

I guess the difference is that jikookers are ot7 and taekookers aren't. Taekookers are for taekook and that's it. Jikookers are for namkook, yoonkook, taekook, jikook only when they can do their "hoes mad" tweets. Jikookers don't even talk about other Jimin ships but they're all about Jungkook even when it comes to pairs dynamics, are they not?

The other thing that I personally find the most laughable is that they really think so highly of themselves and that they're so different from other shippers but the past two years have proven them wrong. Conspiracy theories, harrasing strangers online because they didn't say what they wanted to hear, hating Taehyung for the sake of it, ignoring "evidence" they might be dating other people, hating Yoongi and Taehyung for things Jungkook also got. The list is long. And that's something I've always pointed at because it's so ridiculous (and I've said the same about myself); you're literally another shipper on the internet just stfu.
