Applications Now Open
It's been a long time coming...
Alright folks, it's the time that I know I've been waiting for: Applications are now open (click!) As a reminder, membership applications will take place via GoogleForm and consists of some player/writing related questions, as well as some initial character creation thoughts/ideas.
For our first round acceptances, applications will be open until March 30th. At that point, staff will review applications and send acceptances on March 31st. The site link will be available starting April 1st, and accepted members will have one week (seven days) to post their shipper/completed profile application on site before the role is opened again.
The next round of acceptances will immediately open on April 1st, with applications closing on April 25th and new members being accepted on May 1st. If you have any questions, drop a note in our discord or shoot an ask here!

Sharing more of this skin now that I've gotten more of it done! I got some tabbed forums up and functional for the "locations" or IC areas of the board, and did some board stats that I've become very fond of due to the carousel slides/tabs. (Which, full credit where it's due, I got that idea from another coder who's already put a carousel in their board stats before, so the idea's hardly original to this skin.)
I've been working on a webpage set up for a guidebook of sorts, but I do also need to figure out a layout for the topic rows and the posts for this at the very least. Not to mention the main profile and member rows too - still a long ways to go before it's finished, but god I'm so proud of it so far.

pre-made single sale or multi-sale?
i am in the process of cleaning up a couple of old sh skins. one i may decide to offer for free after heavy modifications, and this one i will sell. here is what it will be including:
light/dark mode toggle
custom webpage coding
general post template, face claims template, member directory template, in character post templates (1 with and 1 without an image), custom webpage coding
full skin color changes for 6 groups (variables used for easy changes)
would you (they hypothetical, royal, customer you) prefer to see this as a single sale (possibly priced around $150 or $200) or a multi-sale skin (likely priced at $45-$50 if i decide to add a couple more post templates to it)

PROFILE PREVIEW !
When choosing Soda Pop's skin it was with the idea of finding something that doesn't need a bunch of images. At most there are four (4) images used but only two (2) are required to have. Your 250x400 image and a 40x40 avatar.
As for the application itself, it is mostly composed of simple fill in the blanks with a few sections for descriptions. But here is the thing with Soda Pop's applications, you don't need to fill everything out! That's right you're only required to fill out the basic information on your characters. The reason behind this is to get our Players pass the application process as quick as possible so they can start writing. All other information can be written at your own pace <3

💫 a high fantasy roleplay inspired by the stars
Twelfth House is a 18+ original high fantasy roleplay inspired by the stars set in the fictional realm of Echor. Our premise includes 12 original constellation-inspired species & 5 provinces with their own unique geography, language, customs, religion, politics, creatures and culture.
With Saturn's influence set upon us we begin to see the fruits of our labors flourish or antithetically fail. Ultimately no one can escape the karmic cycles scythe. As the new year turns there is a drastic shift in power. Thematically speaking, passivity and inaction always have their consequences. Before the year ends the Twelfth House sees the formation of a secret alliance the Celestial Sanctum that ultimately leads to the fall of former government powers. The coup is hard-fought and violent, the aggrieved starving citizens of The Capitol were urged to take up arms and fight alongside the limited ranks of knight mercenaries and guards. Now as the dust settles, citizens are left to pick up the shattered pieces of what was once their great capitol city.

padamrp is a real life roleplay set in california, coming to jcink premium servers later this summer. we are currently seeking a few more members of staff to round out our team to create a wonderful, warm and sunny community to write this summer! padamrp will be set in three california cities: los angeles, san francisco, and the fictional small cape town of southport. three cities, you say? yes, yes indeed! when brainstorming ideas, it was a coint toss between a large city or a small town - so we figured "porque no los dos?" and thus padamrp was born!
we are excited to have three different sized locations to explore and write in. each location will have their own individual site events that your characters will be able to participate within, while also you to explore the same character in three dynamic settings! for example, your character may have been born in southport but moved to los angeles, while her sister lives in san francisco, and both return home to southport each month for dinner with their brother and his partner. the possibilities are endless! we are looking for a few more staff members to join our team to finalize the details and help with site building. the staff team currently consists of nini, relle, & trav. we are looking for helpful and friendly individuals to join the team. if you are interested, fill out the form and we'll be in touch!

oh boy, do we owe all of you guys an apology! life got the best of us for the better half of the last two months, along with a few other unforeseeable roadblocks, but we are more or less back in business and hope everyone is still on board! a buzz schedule will be posted sometime in the next week, but in the mean time, feel free to send in asks while we work on the final touches. without further ado, however: a surprise drop <;3
first, our post row along with a sneak peek at seven devils' very own social media: knick knack! inspired by yikyak with the features of twitter and instagram, more details are coming soon about the college towns' app. and who knows, maybe a link to nemesis.go will airdrop to a cellular device near you....
and as a bonus/an attempt at begging for forgiveness, our ooc profile! while our base skin is the limited run "greek tragedy" by hanna, we've commissioned the ever talented sage for mobile customization + additional templates (such as the aforementioned app + more) as well as minor tweaks such as this :) the ooc profile will automatically populate your subaccounts' information and list them directory style in alphabetical order.

Here are some aesthetic previews of the site, with a beautiful skin by Hanna of @hannacodes and additional fabulous templates by Sibyl, with skin edits from Athena of @athenacodes and myself! Please note things are still being worked on and may be subject to change by opening. For graphics on site, you will need the following:
Avatar: 220x400
Profile Image: 400x450
2 Icons: 50x50 (will resize)
Shipper Image: 550x320
There will also be various templates to use on site (Tinder, Instagram, Twitter, etc) that will require other graphics based on which templates you're using. Upon membership acceptance, writers will have 7 days to complete their on-site freestyle profile application (minimum word count of 250 words, with premade templates/prompts including aesthetic images, color palettes, likes/dislikes, etc and code stylings available on site) and shipper (standard character blurb/overview and relationship sections).

(discord saw it first!)
I've kind of always wanted to make a Dragon Age themed skin, though why it's taken me this long to do so is anyone's guess, honestly.
Anyone who knows me knows that DA has always held a special place in my heart for the very rich lore, game-defining choices, and of course the nostalgia. (As it was one of the first games I ever finished to 100% completion when I picked up gaming for the very first time, at the recommendation of my friend.)
Last night I ended up pulling an all-nighter, and with nothing better to do than sit at my computer, I decided to start coding. Using some inspiration images I found on Pinterest a few weeks ago, I came up with this design that I'm really quite fond of, though some of the forums may end up getting re-done. (Because I'm the type of person to poke at something 100 times until I tell myself "that's enough" and I have to quit.)
That being said, I have absolutely no idea what I'd do with this skin once it's finished. I don't play on nor do I run a DA-themed or inspired site. I just have the one that I refuse to ever redo another skin for just because at this point, it's a bigger headache than it's worth to try and incorporate all of the moving parts for.
Potentially, I suppose, it may eventually end up for sale. Whether that's looking as it currently does or if it gets chopped up into something else is also anyone's guess. I'm also thinking of stretching my legs a little bit and putting tabbed forums on here, and potentially experimenting with a carousel in the board stats to preserve real estate.
It is really pretty though, and I'm very proud of myself for testing some of my limits on this one, so I wanted to share!

Over these last few weeks, we've been incredibly excited to share the world that we've been building with Gracefully Cursed. So much so that we're hyped beyond belief to get things rolling and even more characters welcomed into the fold!

we are taking applications again!
for this new acceptance period, we've made some changes and we'd love for potential new members to look them over.
since we're running out of canons, we are now allowing incoming members to take requested characters as their link to the site instead of canons. you are also welcome to take an open spot in a subplot if none of the canons or requests call to you. our request directory is here.
we want incoming members to decide whether the lda community is right for them, too, so we've added what to expect on lda to our faq page, as well as made a few other updates.
if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
looking forward to reading this next batch of applications! we will be accepting them until october 7th, 11:59 pm cst, so get yours in asap!

A bit of an update from the ED Staff, we're slowly working on the site but have had a major case of real life hitting us and the loss of lore from our lore admin's computer crashing.
