remember this? jassin is special amongst arcanists, because while most have to be very careful with their casting [making closed, exact geometric shapes, because breaking those shapes can cause the magic to go chaotic], jassin essentially says fuck it we ball and casts using weird strings and open shapes cuz hes just special like that

Fun Facts about Skyfell: Jassin Edition!
In the original superhero setting, Jassin was working part time as a detective and a lot of that sharp mind has translated into how he is an arcanist now! Many arcanists have to take time with their spellcasting, because one wrong move could cause chaos.
Jassin doesn't need to worry about that if he knows exactly what he has to do, how, when, and where.

The main cast from Skyfell all look like they would give good hugs, would they?
Nolan - king of hugs, this man knows exactly how you like to be hugged AND will also do the biiiiiiiig crushing hug where he lifts you up and twirls around lol
Isa - Hugs are more like her clinging onto you so you dont leave, they probably last longer than they should.
Winn - His hugs are light and they don't linger, like they're a little too well practised.
Sev - There's a grace with how she hugs people, and almost immediately the person she's hugging will notice she always changes positions after a moment. She probably realized no this isn't someone you have to check for weapons.
Jassin - Get ready for the most awkward, bony hug of your life! When he gets comfortable with the person he's hugging he ends up kind of...... turning into a puddle. Jassin is more likely to fall asleep on you than he is to hug you.

This is a meta fact! Skyfell was originally a superhero setting with three extra characters as a part of the main cast. I couldnt find meaningful, long lasting stories with those three, so they were kind of absorbed into the current main cast!
Nolan had [REDACTED CUZ THIS STAYED THE SAME LOL]
Winn was a speedster
Isa was kind of like Raven from Teen Titans
Jassin was [REDACTED CUZ THIS STAYED THE SAME LOL]
Sev could become invisible
The original series was supposed to be a Young Justice style series, because that's actually how I came up with Isa. She was a fan oc for YJ but I kept coming up with cool lore for her and was like "Okay this needs its own series."

Given the fixation on Skyfell stuff, I have a question that may give you AU ideas for the cast XD. If you were to clash Skyfell with other forms of media, what universes do you think the cast would be able to exist well in?

I feel like saying Baldurs Gate 3 is obvious but MAN they would be even worse than the regular tadfools XD they would all get infected with mindflayer tadpoles and just HO BOY Nolan would be a total wreck because the tadpole severed a connection, Sev and Isa would be having a great time a la "I've been conveniently lost" Winn is excited for a new adventure and Jassins like "yeah sure fuck my life right this may as well happen"
There is something especially funny about taking their current iterations and making a superhero au as well, probably more DC than marvel? Cuz they would be their own group of absolute menaces with a mix of some being fbi equivalent and others being straight up assassins lol
Actor AUs are always a must, especially since poor Sev would need to be in the make-up chair for at least 4 hours before every film day. Isa's actress insists on learning to do her own stunts and Nolan's actor is the fan baiting terror who can't be left alone in an interview.
So many AU thoughts, so much brainrot
