SPRITES WITH A S/O WHO WEARS GLOW IN THE DARK STUFF

Davepetasprite: 1. HUGE fan of it. 2. Buys you green and orange bracelets, necklaces, and other accessories when they get a chance!! 3. Although, they are okay with you wearing other colors. 4. Whichever ones make you happy! 5. They like sitting in the dark with you just to glow, since the glow accessories don't show up that well in regular light!!

Jasprosesprite: 1. Also loves seeing you in glowing accessories. 2. But she's gonna be frank: only if the accessories are in her colors. 3. So expect a lot of pink and purple accessories.

ARquiussprite: 1. He likes seeing you in the accessories! 2. But if he's being honest, he doesn't mind what you wear. 3. He still thinks it's cute though! 4. He likes buying you red and blue ones when he goes to get milk, but if you have a special request for colors, he'll get those too!!

I used to have the jasprosprite url so I was definitely a fan, I think jasprose is a really interesting look I to roses character and davepeta is just in general Extremely Underappreciated. I know they're a lot visually but they're so good n funny

I have a question (totally feel free to ignore/delete if it's insensitive/stupid, im only asking out of ignorance, no disrespect) How can you be lesbian when you're dating a boy, adn how can he gay? (just based on things you said before. sorry if it's too personal or if i misunderstood you) uwu

The “uwu” at the end makes this ask seem disingenuous but I like trusting people & I’m a naive bitch so I’ll bite.

Dave is bisexual. 100%. He sincerely loved Terezi and is one of the only Homestuck boys that actually treats women well. He flirted with Tavros & settles down with Karkat, so he’s into men too. He’s bi.

With Rose, however, she’s only canonly openly expressed attraction to women (Kanaya, Jane, Nepeta as Jasprosprite) and her relationships with men are great! But I view them as platonic and don’t believe the “flirting” (which I take as her just trying to get a rise out of Dave and not sincere) she does with Dave or John before she’s age thirteen was romantic or holds true to the person she becomes during the game.

Lesbians and gay people often feel like they should try to flirt and date people of the opposite gender when they’re young due to heteronormativity. As well, with Dave and John and Jade being her only friends, of course Rose was going to become dependent on them and want to vent to them and interact with them like she should have been able to do with other children. She also acts very mature-- wanting to be an adult early on in the story!
