i wish i had a bigger bed so i could fit all my friend stuffed animals on it i feel kind of sad leaveing them in the box expesccialy because i throw things on the box like clothes and they get covered. but i know they dont mind theyre just hanging out with their friends in there :)
#twin sized bed is fine for me#aside from this problem#its pretty cozy as long as you dont need to share#i was gonna say that i think ive never had a bigger bed but i just unlocked a memory from the Dark Times that i did have a big bed#and a bedframe and everything oh my gosh thats where my comforter came from#im gonna throw my comforter away soon#when i clean my room again#its so dirty and old#but im actually kind of sad thinking about it now if ive had it since the aforementioned Dark Times#maybe i will keep a piece of it for fun. turn it into something i dont know

i don't expect adaptations to be carbon copies of the original, because then what would be the point of the adaptation when we already have the original. i don't expect adaptations to be better than the original, sure, there are a few cases of that happening, but it's rare.
what i do expect adaptations is to be faithful to the source material, keeping to the same themes that were integral to the original, and i do expect adaptations to maintain the integrity of the characters, especially in a show like avatar the last airbender, where much of its appeal and depth come from the growth, development and the relationships of the characters and that's where natla fails.
#changes to characters can be good sometimes. but the changes the creators of natla made are not good.#if you believe that the changes they have made are for the better? im not listening to you. argue with the wall.#i dont really care if you like it. if you like it. good for you!#i didnt. it sucks ass. its... so flat and completely assassinated so many characters. katara. bumi. iroh. hakoda.#there are few positives. it isnt all bad. most of it is though.#its not worse than the movie. ill give them that. some of the scenes were great. but... ugh.#side note - i see a lot of people complimenting the outfits and... sure. they look pretty. but the thing is they shouldn't look pretty.#aang is 12 years old. he's reckless and messy and loves to goof off. his clothes are not going to look pristine and brand new.#sokka teaches children to be warriors. you cannot tell me his clothes wouldn't be dirty and torn.#same with katara. but she's an amateur waterbender who messes up. a lot.#ZUKO HAS BEEN ON A RUN DOWN SHIP FOR THREE YEARS. his armour would be OLD. I love my creepros a whole lot, but I really don't understand why they had to change their faces. Cleo and Ghoulia look true to their originals, but Abbey and Spectra have really noticeable differences, and I think their original face ups look better.

mochi thinks its kinda hot but kinda annoying how much lime eats. on one held he works out regularly and as a tall young man has one of those ridiculously high metabolisms where he can eat like 12 donuts and 3 blizzards and still be in shape, so she gets it. also he looks really good so she cant complain. but on the other end there are (a bit too frequently occurring) mornings where she wants like. spam and eggs or something. and theres like 1 egg and zero spam since lime needs like 6 eggs for breakfast and they havent gone grocery shopping yet
#idk if anyones ever lived with someone like this but after a little while you want to strangle them#mochi and lime never fight but when they do its about food#feat. lime eating mochis cake leftovers (this happened more than once)#to be fair she does leave it in there for a while (takes a few bites every day to make it last longer)#to the point where the rest of the guild is like (isnt that old already...) (is she gonna eat it yet or...??)#i think this gets better once lime joins the m34th because he makes normal money regularly so they can buy a lot more food#seperate fridge in the garage for lime to keep more food#one of those dirty early 2000s white fridges you see in peoples garages#they are the pickle theory couple though so sometimes it works out where she doesnt eat pickles and gives it to him#hes a hungy boy

Randomly remembered the half-reason i call my oc-verse by the name it has while laying in bed. One-half of the reason i still knew, but I had forgotten what had truly, really cemented it jointly until now
(it was a song from my favourite band I haven't listened to in a while.)
(the song fit so well at the time, still does, that i needed to hold onto it for the main protagonists forever, by partially naming their story in reference.)
Does this explanation make any sense? Does anyone know why I'm tearing up remembering this. Aahh

But the character Zin's derived from was a lightning mage so I stuck to it—I like monhun's zinogre for what its worth#So there's recurring theme and imagery. Thunder's not lightning but the sound and the feeling after the flash the flame and strike.#There's that meaningful thought—the story is the aftermath of a big tragedy. It matches what I like in monsters and other chars.#And at that time—my favourite band I missed out on puts out a really good song I download everywhere and it goes like:#He motioned me to the sky/ I heard heaven and thunder cry/ Run for cover/ Run while you can baby don't look back/ You gotta run for cover#And it goes on of course. The rest of the song's still really good. There's more that fits but point is; More evocative imagery.#So there. Why my bundle of OCs—Zinadia Hunter and Caia's story—is called Thunder 20XX. minus the 20XX. for my bday, my family came together and bought me a thousand dollar drawing monitor! I was so flabbergasted and happy that I cried, because I've wanted a drawing screen ever since I knew they existed!!

springtrap is afraid of water and by extension, the rain (my focus is really on the rain portion of it). idk the concept is just really interesting ta me. the second a drop of rain water hits him this scary sly bastard absolutely breaks down and starts panicking. it cant really do anything anymore, the springlocks already activated 3 decades ago, but its the phantom of the experience of dying that haunts him. the rain is a reminder of his biggest defeat. ive wanted to make some art of this but havent gotten around ta it yet.
i havent been hyperfixated on chara undertale in years but i hced that the reason you start off w/a LV of 1 in undertale was b/c chara already had 1 LV when frisk and chara's soul merged while frisk had zero. obviously 1+0=1 lmao. and its not b/c i think they're a genocidal maniac, but b/c they killed in self defense (which was one of the factors that made them run away and was mostly and accident). and humans being more powerful than monsters means you gain LV a lot easier.
kris deltarune practices laughing evilly in the mirror and makes evil faces at themselves. the murderous look they give you is practiced b/c they're a fucking autistic dork (based on smthn i do irl)

I usually go with the right one bc I think it looks better, but the yellow hypno glasses were apart of the fit for so long (++ they help bring out the yellow) that sometimes I still wear them for fun

#orb giblets#clemart#not putting this in the ttcc tag#nevermind it went in the tag anyways im embarassed#anyways the first time i drew him i didnt really draw his snout bc i didnt understand how to.#the theme with him is graduation bc of the hat so the gown he's wearing is supposed to be a sort of graduation gown. this was mainly just t#match with the hat but also bc i started to pick back up ttcc a lot more when i was closer to graduating hs#he has a little mouse tail as a reminiscence of his old self (used to be a mouse) and also bc i like drawing long tails but have found out#loathe linearting them#ongoing bit that after he graduated he runs a berry review channel on yt but theyre all rotten. all the berries in his basket are rotten an#smell really bad and also he loves to burrow and dig so the gown is torn and dirty at the bottoms and hes not helpful at all to the#resistance. no one invited him . he sees a cog and starts burrowing#also his fingers are claws but i decided to be merciful and give him cartoon physics so he can move them now#also clem funfact the star on the top part of the gown is not a button its just a design with the shirt bc ever since i was young#ive had this weird discomfort of (the texture of) buttons which is also why if you've noticed. i dont draw suits or anything with buttons#felt the need to share just for clarity . scratches my head you probably didnt need to know that#anyways i hope this answered your question ! smile#i might color that drawing in later i kindof like it#clemask
