during night-time i got stung in the face and at many other places by a mosquito that also robbed me of my sleeping hours, then once again i had to organise things for my chaotic colleague that earns twice as much as me, i still got work to do for a job i actually had last autumn, and now i'm mad at a male 'friend' who seriously asked me for a ONS whilst knowing i'm very much into women

Day 40 First quiet morning. Went for my MRI scan {Tue 13 Aug 19} and saw my orthopaedic last week {Mon 19 Aug 19} to get his final diagnosis👨🏻‍⚕️ Basically my knee health is generally ok, just tt I’ve some minor tear in my left knee’s medial meniscus and strain in ACL, a possible tiny cyst in right knee, inflammation tt wont go away, shallow kneecap grooves tt causes my patella to not track properly etc... “minor” things tt all add up to cause my knees to ache and hurt at times, and more frequently nowadays😫🥺 Finally diagnosis is “bilateral patella tendinopathy on a background of trochlear dysplasia” 🏨 . He said that my knees shld be able to be get better but it will take time. No need for surgery, but I’ve to be diligent in my physio rehab and take some anti-inflammation medicine 👊🏻 . It’s a relief to finally know what’s causing my knee problems, instead of speculating and worrying of something worst. I mean, some days it feels pretty bad, but it could be much worst. At least now since we know we can plan my rehab and program properly. I will be doing everything with Superman {with regular checks with my orthopaedic} and not going back to my current physio since I feel Superman does a much better job. As u know, my back is not in a good shape too but he has helped me to nurse it back now to where I have more good days than bad.
