Can we please normalize acne/acne scars? Like, I’m so tired of people thinking you can’t be pretty if you have these. I’ve seen gorgeous people that struggle with acne. When I put on makeup, I use loose/pressed powder and no concealer since I don’t have any, so you can still see my acne scars even under a layer of makeup. And guess what?

I still look beautiful.

I gave up thinking I had the worst skin imaginable when I stopped caring. I’m too busy trying to graduate highschool to worry about how many people are going to care about my face. Then I realized just how many people care about my face.

Absolutely effing no one.

So go out and normalize acne/acne scars, draw an ox with acne scars, do a writing prompt about how someone is described as beautiful despite having acne, you might make someone’s day.
