Day 20, 21 #Receiving

Found myself in an interesting mood when I woke up. Had the thought (autopilot response) that I had to have coffee with cream and sugar. 

The Had To Have gave me an awareness that I wanted to blow off the now dreaded celery drink. Asked if my body could receive the juice and got a very clear yes. 

My mind didn't want to receive nutrition because it felt cheated. Interesting Point of View, I have that Point of view.

I made the celery drink which created energy once I drank. Decided to get on with my day but also recognized I needed to get clear about what I was willing to receive.

When I eat any form of chips, my body has a reaction the following day. Interesting!

Would would happen if I asked me body before I ate what it wanted? 

What if I could receive the nutrition I require? 

What would it take to shut the auto pilots down that have me craving food that my body can't process? 

What crazy thought creates less instead of more?
