when you wake up at 6am on a Sunday not because you have anything special planned just your housemates alarms managed to wake you up while she snores through them.

since December ive had such incredibly horrible insomnia that i keep sleeping from like 7AM to 4PM... literally for months, im not exaggerating, and its so hard to fix it cause everything else is going wrong and i feel like ive regressed back so far into my mental illness that im not sure ill ever recover, and i just want to be able to fucking sleep !!!!!!!!!
