IMPERA TURNS TWO TODAY!!! I don't talk about it enough but goddamn did Ghost outdone themselves with this album. The huge influence of arena rock/hair metal is hard to ignore, Copia's wardrobe was absolutely kickass in tour, and has probably one of the most spiritually lifting and ethereal ways to end their album---Respite my beloved. I'm back, bitches.

LET'S TALK GHOST AND QUICK CHANGES

Because when you're in an intricated costume and you need to change literally between two songs, ya gotta go fast!

This all stems from me finally being able to tear away from Dew's gaze when looking at this picture.

And noticing a snap button under the "regular" button. Because altho regular buttons are sturdier, they also take longer to undo than supermaning your tailcoat. So here, they're purely decorative.

It's not the only time this trick's been used, let's look at one of Copia's Impera looks.

Right below the embroidery and right above his hands. Yup. Snap buttons again.

And here's another little trick for you.

See the front of the vest? Looks like it might open there too, right? With that embroidery in two pieces instead of all in one panel? Looks very neat, is it a hidden zipper? Snaps again? Well you've been fooled, my friend. Do you knkw what's easier and faster than removing a vest that opens from the front all by yourself? Opening it from the back and letting someone pull it from your front.

That's right! ✨Velcro in the back✨

This was the first time Copia had shown us his red jacket, which he would later wear in the last Imperatour of 2023
