Really enjoying eating healthily and exercising at the minute! Feeling so much better for it, even when I finish work and think I really can't be bothered to exercise, I know I'll come home and just do it! I even turned down donuts at work today, which never happens! ;) the part I have found the hardest so far is staying on top of making sure I have all my food prepped ready for lunch the next day, so that I don't go back to old habits of missing breakfast and sometimes lunch, but so far so good! Have even cut down on the coffee which is unheard of. Feel like I have turned a corner this year on my attitude to weight-loss
