If he didn't know where he was at first, meeting her definitely solidified it.

Can you imagine. Freshly dead Alastor having no idea where he is; he's just been sentenced to eternal damnation, and the punishment begins RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE.

He arrived in Hell and the first person he see's is a crabby old lady with a cigarette who immediately puts him on blast. Susan is the actual the fires of Hell, because she burned the shit out of him as soon as she saw that haircut. He felt that heat before he even dusted the brimstone off his pants.

No wonder he's so salty. Who wouldn't if you're introduction to eternal punishment was fucking Susan.
