like sorry, i dont understand how you can play this game and make Wheatley anything BUT a stupid, pathetic incel. HE was the one that woke Chell from cryosleep to save HIMSELF. it was never about her, he didnt know who she was or that she was important. hed killed 10k+ ppl cus he sucked as his job and he didnt fucking care, he just needed some human somewhere who could do puzzles and use the gun to help him get out. and then chell fucking helps him and the worst she ever does is simply NOT SPEAK TO HIM. she isnt even rude or mean or do anything to endanger him. she just doesnt give him attention. and then when they are both about to escape HE BETRAYS HER !!! and then has the AUDACITY to turn the wholeee thing around like he was a malipulated victim. he acts like chell was going to leave HIM when she LITERALLY LEFT NO INDICATION OF DOING SO !!! SHE DIDNT DO SHIT DAWG, and people who make an argument of him being "underappreciated" are fucking insane. he was doing the whole thing to save his own ass, and was rude to chell the entire time. he sounds a little polite bc hes british, but dude. the very first thing he says to her face is that she looks terrible. he very obviously despises humans and doesnt care about them, its shown throughout the entirety of the game. he talks down to chell like shes stupid the whole time. when he does betray you and try to kill you, its VERY relentless and without remorse. hes not doing it for attention, he just wants you fucking dead.

and then even at the VERRYYYYY END OF THE GAME !!!! when theyre are both being pulled into space. he asks for HER to let go and get herself killed so he can fix things.

AMD THEN EVERYONE JUST FORGOT ABOUT EVERYTHINNGGGG THAT HAPPENED IN THE FUCKING GAME BECAUSE HE SAID SORRYYYY??? HE SAID SORRY ONE TIME ???????????? AFTER HE LOST EVERYTHING like theres a huge pattern of him only being nice and apologetic when he KNOWS that hes weaker and cant win. hes a coward.

And Muriel very does Not but I feel like getting him out of his comfort zone would do him some good! Coffeshop AU, high-school/college AU or modern AU? Give a headcanon about the one you chose jnakfjkjaf coffe shop AUs are so cliched but I actually love them for the settings of meetcutes. You meet Muriel when he’s on his rounds as a part time dog walker around the block and you barrel straight into him coming out of the shop when you’re checking an email, spilling the (now cold) remnants of your beverage all over him. You apologise profusely and he shrugs it off, blushing over your fussing and awkwardly tries to excuse himself. You insist on helping him finish his walk with All these dogs, anyway, you like dogs so it’s no trouble, and he begrudgingly agrees to finish the interaction sooner. You end up having a nice chat with him and notice in the weeks after that he starts coming by the shop without the dogs during the times you’re usually around, even though he doesn’t drink coffee. Hiiiiii! :) So I know that you're really into DC and stuff and you've kinda made me a bit interested too! I really like reading comics and I was wondering if you knew of any good ones to start off with? I'm interested in like all the Robins like Tim Drake, Dick Grayson, etc. and the Teen Titans, but I've never actually read a DC comic or even know their origin stories. also you completely don’t need to stress out about not knowing origin stories i never read anything in order and eventually it all starts making sense. i promise

heres where it gets confusing, dc comics go in like… phases. so after every Crisis (basically a huge event that changes the universe, they happen every few years) some of the characters/storylines get rebooted and changed. the big one happened in 2011 (flashpoint) creating the New 52 (which is bad). so you’ll see a marked difference in characterization/attitudes/storylines/ages/etc. in comics pre-2011 and post-2011. in 2016 dc did rebirth which im actually quite enjoying even though there have been some Not Great things but I’m having a good time so. 

the pre52 is my fave (using post-crisis on infinite earths canon - after barry died in the …. 80s? shit) because thats where all my favorite characters live, so while i recommend starting there its completely up to you!

when it comes to teen titans you can really start anywhere, its a relatively easy concept to get. it just depends on if you want dicks team (the first team and then new teen titans which then went into titans), tims team (the 2003 run, and then the shitty new 52 runs in 2011 and 2014 which :/), cyborgs team (part of 2003 -i think- but was called titans east also its sad), or damians team (rebirth teen titans bc tim isnt around anymore plus new52 teen titans were fucking /terrible/

If you’re not sure, then what’s the first thing you usually nail down in a character?the first thing i nail down in a character is how theyre related to the big story. this means how they can be linked to other ocs, relationships, familial or friendly, or even past romances. then i figure out their personality from these things, and then i make the design! to me an in-depth personality is more important than anything, it’s a key to character  development. people think cool designs are all that matters, but to grab attention, a complex character makes sense. of course, i feel this because i’m planning to write a book, not make comics. visual appeal does exist ! and i believe in it. but i link personality to looks, and making the personality complex is more realistic and it’s easier to avoid mary sues then.🎬 20. Do you ever plan to do anything (comic, animation, etc) with your characters? Or are you just happy to have them?originally i never wanted to write a book with my kids! i was content just roleplaying. but one of my friends said that they have potential in a story arc, and that the way these people are connected is interesting (this is 2016, with my first three, and oldest ocs, fran, vin, and nate) i was really happy to hear that and got interested in writing a book, hopefully a series, with my ocs! and i plan to make this happen!!!thank u for asking, droki!!
