any tips on how to focus on the 4d and all that you’re manifesting while also not getting distracted by what OTHER people are saying or asking? For example, ppl keep asking me what I want to do in life, what I’m planning in life, or that it seems like I’m goalless with no direction. Those questions for some reason bother me and put me in a funk, because it feels like I have my dream career in the 4d, but then ppl in the 3d come in saying stuff like this and then it just reminds me that THEY don’t see it.
my biggest tip is focus on the 4d and stop being so hyperfocused in what you're manifesting. tbh.
i so resonate with this bc omg. i used to (internally) FALL APART when people asked me anything in the same category as what i was manifesting. and i knew all the great teachers said "it doesnt matter what you say, its already done" but for the life of me i couldnt fully feel that, i couldnt grasp it or accept that at all. i always felt so bad and full of anxiety even after giving my answer, wondering if i've fucked everything up. def not fun.
for me, i stopped caring about it when i realized i dont have a reason to fight against my current reality or pretend things arent as they are. whatever everyone else sees, is whats true, sure. on the outside. so i don't need to walk around like it's not what it appears to be. but i go within myself and i know how i feel and i know whats true for me. its that feeling of i don't actually need validation. its just, i go within myself and i become one with god and i keep that close to my heart. and i think thats why you kinda have to let the whole hyperfixation on your desires go, on the level that it feels more like ur still trying to prove to urself ur truth. bc really. when u know in ur heart something is true, when you have accepted it within, you're not as easy to shake. sure you may have moments where you're thrown off or maybe even feel some type of way, as is normal for this human experience. but you really won't be that bothered by it so often and so easily.
yall its honestly so okay (and often SO HELPFUL) to be able to say, "yeah with the way things look rn im not where i wanna be" AND accept that. rather than being like "no no the 3d is wrong my 4d is right" its okay to let the 3d flow, to be what it is, and hug your inner world tight. bc really thats all u need to do. hold on close to your inner world and let yourself live in the 3d as it is, enjoying every moment, knowing each experience is just part of the unfolding of the beautiful things to come. thats really how you go about living within yourself, and the outer world simultaneously.

Hi im making this for myself but posting incase it helps anyone.
Reasons life is good, actually.
The list will be very neurodivergent focused because I am neurodivergent and that experience is inseparable from me.
- holding a bowl of warm food.
- holding a hot beverage.
- the beauty of seeing your favorite season roll in.
- talking to a friend about something that you never thought anyone would understand, but they understand and relate.
- when you pet a cat and they do that little activation noise. “Mrrrp?” You know the one.
- finally getting that food you’ve been craving with the perfect texture.
- hearing a study about animals that is super cute, like the fact that cat purrs speed up healing, or that rats can feel regret, and enjoy driving cars.
- soft blankets.
- feeling clean and soft and comfortable after a well needed shower.
- when you’re a little cold and you get into a warm bath.
- finding a meme that makes you laugh so hard you think this is the funniest thing you’ve seen in your life.
- doing things for the sake of kindness to a stranger and seeing their face light up, gently reminded that kind people exist.
- realizing how much you mean to the people around you and how much they really care.
- finally a song is released by your favorite artist and it’s better than you could have even imagined.
- finally seeing a movie you’ve been wanting to see with the friends who also wanted to see it. Bonus if you like movie theaters or have a movie watching ritual at home.
- those little (harmless) rituals that set the world in place. Like a block that fits perfectly in a structure. Things are set right again.
- hearing someone talk about an experience you never thought was a shared experience, realizing you’re not alone as you thought.
- you and your friends all come together for something fun.
- being surrounded by a community that you love and feel loved in.
- fully expressing how much someone means to you and just talking about it makes you a little weepy in a good way.
- jokes with friends that only u guys seem to find that hilarious.
- being held. Not just hugged, held.
- laying your head on someone you love, platonically or romantically as
- That hug or physical touch that makes you realize just how much you needed it.
- listening to your favorite song
- seeing someone who was really excited to see you.
- sitting in the sunlight and feeling it warm your soul.
- drinking that cool refreshing 3 am water.
- the smell of bakeries.
- your favorite dessert.
- your favorite place.
- seeing a concert you’ve been excited to go to for months.
- fulfilling a creative idea and seeing it come to fruition at your hands.
- visually stimulation videos. Like mushroom growing time lapses and videos of fish in beautiful ocean ecosystems
- seeing a beautiful sunny day and feeling a general sense that things will be ok and life isn’t that bad.
- seeing a storm roll in and feeling that instinctual pit in your stomach that a storm is coming but feeling calm and safe indoors so it’s just excitement.
- roller coasters, sleddding, sticking your head out the car window, anything with that feeling that your going fast and have the wind on your face.
- wanting to explore! This could be anything from travel to visiting that weird abandoned building everyone ignores but looks beautiful to you, or going into the woods with a list of species to look for.
- cat laying on your chest and feeling the purr resonate in your chest
- hearing a cool bird call, what bird was that? I haven’t heard that in a while!
- soft things. Plushies. Blankets. Pillows. Jusr being surrounded by COMFY.
- when an animal who normally doesn’t like people, takes a fondness of you.
- that special interest or hyperfixation!!! When friend is happy to hear you talk about that topic!!! Either because they like it too or are just happy because you are, the vibes are immaculate and idk how neurotypicals do friendship but clearly it’s not as good as this.
- I will periodically add to this list because!! Life always has new beautiful things waiting on the horizon.
