#lately even thinking about talking to people has me shaking :(#i start feeling bad if i have to get out of the house for too long #everything is just a little too much rn. i have just enough energy to run from whatever is making me anxious back home #or trying to act normal on the classes i have no choice but to go anyways #its hard keeping track of things and i keep forgetting to do stuff #its a little tiring #haunted.txt #doing normal stuff also takes much more time than normal. either i get distracted. or tired. or i just dont care #or i care too much actually so i freeze from fear #i hope it goes away soon

wondering how long into the school year it takes for me to stop being so fucking exhausted. i just finished week 2 and im wiped out. like immediately sleeping for 12 hours straight on the weekends, can’t even move my body at all after i get home. like it literally takes me a solid 3 hours of laying down with my feet up after i get home before i can even tolerate walking again every day. im also still getting used to my new antidepressants and my thyroid is still trash but rn i just feel so lethargic. and gross. like in my brain i want to work out and eat better just bc i don’t feel right but i dont even have the energy to even think about doing anything. bleh.

#Just heard back from my therapist and like we'd hoped we're all done with the evaluation stuff #so now I should be one physical with my GP away from a referral to the big boys in Oslo #no clue how long the wait time is to get in there #but as soon as i do i'll finally get to start the proper process that'll maybe hopefully get me on HRT #meaning that starting T is just a little over a year off if everything goes to plan and i actually get approved to start hormones #terrifying and exciting
