HELLO EVERY ONE :D ...my sona :3 .....whenever you reblog from me or like my posts this^ is who you make smile. if you even care.

This is the Iron-beest. It's a chimera-like creature that lives in a magical comfort world in my head where everyone is a wild creature that roams and forages all day. I hate absolutely fixed character design and the whole point of this animal is to be fun for me personally, so its physical traits can shift around a bit. It can have hooves, paws, or talons, but never hands or anything with prehensile thumbs. Its tail can take on a variety of forms, and sometimes I'll just draw it short. I switch between giving it a catlike head, a hoglike head, and a tapir head. Its ears tend to be small and gently rounded. It is always stocky and big, with lots of fat and muscle. I haven't colored any of these yet, but its fur changes color year round and never grows the same color pattern twice :)

#talkys #the jork being that so much more has happened and is still in the process of happening as we speak but good lird ! my hair is wavy #also mfw i stopped cutting my hair short bc i was tired of getting yelled at for 7 years then i kept getting yelled at for it being messy #and then i finally realized 1. my hair is wavy 2. the reason my mom hates my hair is because its wavy and thick and not #straw thin like my eldest sisters and i have 0 desire to straighten it like my good sister like oh okay <3 yaaaay <3 #further lore is before i cut my hair short my mom wldnt let me leave the house without beating my head in with a brush to brush it out #which nobody told me was Bad for hair that is wavy and i guess no one told her either #so this is the first time ive been allowed to just have it like dis #i cant stop staring now whenever it dries like holy shit. waves

oh no- 😭 i saw a tiny hedgehog-like dried purple flowers on the window sill and also i was looking for a weird sentense to say, so i weaved the phrase with that

Just a couple days ago the button maker I got went on sale for $68.99 on their website with 500 pieces. And boy was it tempting. Idk if it's still there but treat yaself if it is hehoo!

#my family is here and we be making pins like mad hehoo its fun #rn we making things with airdry clay. its hard...it dries fast. and so soft. so i guess i prefer polymer clay #doesnt harden and ya gotta cook it to harden it.#i was trying to peer pressure my other sister in law to buy it but shes got her own thing going on #shes been crocheting me stuff. made three omanytes so far trying toget it right #i asked if she could try to mane a cammypus hehe

ahhhhhh i remember why i dont read comics & books and watch movies as much as I should. Because they make me lose it

#i get suddenly hit with a tsunami of inspiration and an urgency to Make Something #but the urgency isn't about the process of making it's about I Have Stories To Present Too. I have to See Them Realized.#and that hit of urgency is obviously far too short lived to make anything. esp since it comes in a set with a feeling of 'wow this-#-thing was so great' that transforms into intensified perfectionism of No No What Im Doing Here Isnt Good. What Is This. Disgrace-#-to my idea AND to what inspired it AND to my self proclaimed status as an amateur storyteller #which turns into artblock. so like low chances that ill even get a singular good drawing made during this #and the multiple comic or script or whatever ideas that appear in my head during this are out of the question entirely #oh and all of this appears next to the normal feelings caused by a good story like attachment to the characters and having to process it-#-for a while and if its very good then even sometimes rarely i get the need to make fanart #so all of this combined just leads to me not being able to do anything for a while and feeling awful about it.#fun./sar #i wish i was a normal artist people here are so resilient and do stuff even though they dont want to or they DO want to #because idk they enjoy being pissed bcs of a thing not turning out right and they dont mind how tedious it can get-#-and they enjoy sacrificing hours&days&months of their lives without a guarantee that anyone will appreciate it accordingly and itll pay of #its probably the resilience though #im weak like a dried twig both mentally and physically #this sounds like i never enjoyed drawing&writing ever. and to clarify thats far from true. i frequently enjoy it #just never frequently enough and consistently enough to actually make something more 'worthwhile' or linear #it's like a wind that comes & goes that i have no control over.#i try to keep telling myself that in the past i struggled to make anything 'bigger'....& know i even made animatic shitposts #this sounds so stupid god. an animatic shitpost being an achievement.#its not an art skill achievement its a fighting tooth and nail with my own self to actually finish it because its a struggle almost every-#-time achievement #what im saying is im trying to tell myself that i already improved. im doing more than i could have done in the past.#even if the process is so slow and i dont know when ill advance again #if ill advance again. i just gotta believe i guess? thank u parappa

ok ye . ava walks around and looks for owl pellets n stuff. p good because she can walk up the hillside or down to the water and theres all these rocky outcroppings that owls and birds of prey have dropped bones on. also she likes walking to th main road (its not vry busy) and looking if theres anything lying around there also because the eagles and crows n stuff hang around there wanting to eat any roadkill that ends up there. she makes noises to the birds and talks to them (asks: is that flat rabbit tasty?) things like that

#ask #bakuspeech #tbh I do think this question is like. somewhat redundant in art. or idk unnecessary?#all of art is inspiration man. very frequently from art by artists you're never gonna have the chance to reach out to #large cause bc they've been dead for decades to a few centuries #and like. idk as an artist you kinda have to accept that people will actually look at ur art and interact with it in their own space?#so like. yeah there are things that if I see you do with my art I will block you for. but on principle I cannot bodily stop you #this is all to say that like. if the question is about my personal boundaries it's gonna be more complicated. like if you make something #with ill intention and then cite me as an inspiration source. of course I'd not like that #but also that will be on me to reflect on that and like. do what I need to do #but outside of that. saying 'don't take inspiration from my art' is 1/genuinely patently unenforceable and 2/antithetical to #the way that I do art at all #like! I thrive on remixing! it's what transformative fanstuff is. how would I ever get on someone else's case for doing the exact same thin #anyways yeah don't worry about it I guess all of the above is more like. somewhat of a blanket permission #do whatever you want with my art! if it's cool and u want me to see it feel free to tell me. if u know I wont like it dont get caught by me #I am aware that I have before mentioned things you can't do with my art. those are personal boundaries. I think chronic ear infections that explode overnight is gonna be Bosun’s New Enduring Thing…

Her ears looked so pristine with the first week of meds, but halfway through the second week of (different) meds her right ear looks awful outta nowhere in the way that her left ear looked a few months ago (and the left ear is starting to look less pristine too). To say nothing of her awful chin acne that is stubbornly refusing to heal. She loves her allergy food though so hopefully it’ll help everything clear up over the next few months. My poor baby and everything goin on with her head!

#bosun blogging #I haven’t been the best at upholding the allergy food tho cos I need to give her treats to handle her ears #i was planning to go off them entirely once the ear meds ran their course but since they don’t seem to be working well….#just bought her Bougie freeze dried duck treats that are just the meat so hopefully she eats those #tuesday is when her round of meds finish and if her ears and chin look no better I guess it’s back 2 the vet #at least the insurance covered her whole surgery!#I wonder if it’ll stop covering the ear infections once its clear they’re chronic…
