god. I’m so normal about Turo and his AI and how the Turo could do anything and go anywhere and he chose to focus on the one place he could never go and his AI could study everything Turo loved but instead wanted to go out into the world his creator abandoned. He tried to call Arven and could never get in contact. He was stuck in that cave where no one would ever visit him; a paradise for the human, a hell for the AI.

I'm the only one that actually prefers the AI professors rather than the actual ones?

Like, not just in terms "well the AIs said sorry to Arven and didn't want to make an ecological disaster" but like, character wise.

I am not a sci-fi person and robots or AI has never interested me narratively speaking; but I swear these goddamn robots (mostly AI Sada, because I played Scarlet and first and I like her animations more.) Spend time in my mind way too often.

Like I feel much more interested in a AI who despite their programming starting to have their own thoughts, and go against the wishes of their creator and fight for it is possible.

(Example below because I LOVE this detail.)

How they vocabulary is so different yet tries to convey with their limitations how pressing are these matters. The way despite being robots they had somehow slowly develop certain emotions.

I found it more engaging than someone obsessed with a dream that would bring destruction (Which is a good chunk of villains in pokemon already.)

Entering the Great Crater was no problem for AI Turo. The Turo of this universe was still registered as authorized to enter Area Zero, and while the warp pad was disabled, he was able to glide down on Miraidon without any issue.

The problems arose as he entered Zero Lab. On his way down, he passed by several ancient looking Pokemon, Pokemon he had only ever seen in Sada's book. He didn't understand why there were no future Pokemon, but then remembered that Director Sada had mentioned her Turo leaving. He didn't deserve to see the robots!

Zero Lab was eerily silent, the sealed doors opening to allow him inside, stating that the emergency locks were deactivated now that 'Professor Andres Turo' had arrived. Apparently the systems hadn't picked up on him being a robot! Yay!

When he stepped into the main lab area, he spotted a familiar form sitting in a chair. Turo almost jumped in shock at seeing Clavell before realizing two things- this was Director's version of Clavell, and that there was no signs of life coming from him. That is, until a robotic voice stated that "Life form detected. Deactivating Sleep Mode."

Clavell's head shot up, and he blinked in surprise upon seeing the AI. Before delivering a swift punch to the face.

Turo flew back, tears welling up as he held the new dent in his cheek. Why'd he hit him?! What'd he do?!

"Ah. Apologies. My predecessor requested I give Professor Turo that should I ever see him. I see now that you are a fellow AI, although not one created by Sada or Clavell. Why have you come here to Zero Lab? Professor Sada is far too stubborn and prideful to ask her husband for help, and she'd come down here herself before sending a robot husband down."
