I've been tossing this thought around for s bit but I genuinely think if I don't focus and get the proper help I need ... I will be no more. My body & mind are absolutely beyond exhaustion. I'm thin, frail, and losing color in my face, I don't eat, drink, sleep or bathe. I'm on edge 24/7, constantly being subjected to the unpredictable nature of others, I've asked for help in every way I can, and I've made it so clear to family and friends that I cannot do this on my own or with a program or apartment link. I keep trying to rationalize what's happening but it's getting to a point where I can't keep sugar-coating it. No one else will help me but me. So this week I've checked into an IOP for some mental and lifestyle help, I'm also going focus on work so I can hopefully find pet-friendly housing. I cant risk another day not doing at least SOMETHING to get me/us tf outta here.
