im leaning towards this for their first outfits.. i want them to go through multiple outfit changes throughout the comic
#i want their outfits (mostly gihr's..) to reflect their character growth more#so here at the start hes all covered up and in working clothes#hopefully implying just from his outfit that hes kind of a loner workaholic to start off#then as it goes on he'll get more fun clothes :)#nyt will get outfit changes but i dunno yet how they would reflect their growth.. considering theyre always covered LOL#well hoodies and baggy pants are usually also kinda outcast clothes (in american culture anyway)#(im not good at drawing baggy pants yet dont @ me i know they just look like normal pants im working on it)#i dunno yet#also in the comic itself everything will be rendered in black and white so the mask eyes and nyts face wont be nearly as jarring LOL#i wanted to not have shadows for this tho cuz this is basically a ref sheet for their first outfits LMAO#i hate when people put shadows on ref sheets. just flat colors is fine! i hate tryna figure out which is the ~real~ color#when im color picking from the ref#also damn whens the last time i posted these two assholes#i was brainstormin comic schtuff today so ive been thinkin about em#people who remember litcherally any other drawing with gihr will notice he has a LOT of changez.. especially for his mask#i dont fink i expect anyone to actually remember what he looked like tho. ive been very inconsistent posting either of them LMAOO#u can see his ears now!#also tip to myself i think overalls should go a little bit higher on the chest.. idk looks a bit empty there!
