aaaaa got the big info dump! The thing that I was spoiled on was that the Misa at the expo was a delusion, and that Noah 4 is a thing. Makes sense that the bigass tower is a delsuion too, lol. Noah 4 actually fits really well thematically with IRUO; props to Chiyomaru.

I was getting little inklings that mayyybe Kimijima was behind all this after Misa said “HiddenHand.” And even before that, with all the updates Geji-ne was giving about the spread of the reports, it really felt like an attempt at a mass delusion. I’m still not totally sure about the purpose of the reports. I guess to make everyone aware of the Committee and their dominance? And to spread the idea that a solar disturbance would occur in 2020?

The real shocker is that Kimijima’s still alive. And he somehow brainwashed Misa, wonder how that worked. I bet Kimijima’s the one who appeared in Airi’s hospital room!! There’s also still the mystery of why he made the cold storage thing.

Also Takumi and Daru are in an anti-Committee organization together, aaaaaa

澳洲中国问题专家汉密尔顿（Clive Hamilton）推出新书，讲述中国共产党如何借由向世界各地推动“一带一路”，达至“控制话语权”的目的，进而颠覆全球民主政治。

查尔斯特大学（Charles Sturt University）教授汉密尔顿和德国马歇尔基金会（German Marshall Fund）研究员欧尔伯（Mareike Ohlberg ）合着的新书“隐藏的操盘手：揭露中国共产党如何重整世界”（HiddenHand: Exposing How The Chinese Communist PartyIs Reshaping The World，暂译），即将在明天出版。

汉密尔顿今天接受澳洲广播公司（ABC）访问时说，在新书中提出的主要观点，是中国共产党如何藉着“一带一路” 投资计划，推动与各国达成媒体合作协议、建立文化机构连系、缔结姐妹市，以及人与人之间的交流，进而达致“控制话语权”（discourse control）的目的。

汉密尔顿提到，国际社会过��一直以为，只要和中国保持往来，中国政府终究会变成一个负责任的政权；不过，从近年中国到处引爆外交争议，并且动辄利用经济威胁其他国家的做法看来，只要中国共产党仍然掌握政权的话，中国政府是不会改变的。

汉密尔顿说：“很明显它（中国共产党）相信自己够强大了，足以主导大局了，所以毋须再奉行对各国友善的外交路线了；而在我们合写的书里面，详述中国共产党是如何为了自身的利益，不断在世界各地破坏民主政治和侵蚀民众权利。” 他指出，中国共产党的具体做法，是藉着推动“一带一路” 投资计划，进而达至“控制话语权”的目的。

汉密尔顿强调，“一带一路” 绝对不只是一项扩展贸易的投资计划而已，它更是涉及一套利用民主政治来进行破坏民主政治的战略。

汉密尔顿解释，“一带一路”着重推动中国与世界各国的媒体合作协议、文化机构之间的连系、缔结姐妹市，以及人与人之间的交流，旨在控制全世界的论述方式，进而达到中国所需要的“言论设定”目的。

汉密尔顿举例说明，指澳洲维多利亚州州政府自从与中国签订加入“一带一路”备忘录之后，从州长安德鲁斯（Daniel Andrews）到州政府高层，都开始采用了一些中国共产党的术语，甚至有时还会向中国国家主席习近平“学舌”，拾其牙慧。

汉密尔顿说，在新书也提及，中国共产党如何针对世界卫生组织（WHO），甚至联合国等国际组织进行同样的“控制话语权”。

汉密尔顿发现，不少受到中国影响的国际组织，在它们的文件中也经常采用中国共产党的术语。他又警告，指美国总统川普采取孤立主义以及离弃WHO等国际组织的做法，恐怕会让中国有机可乘，得以长驱直入全面主导这些国际组织。

汉密尔顿近年研究中国在澳洲的渗透问题，并根据研究成果于2018年出版“无声的入侵：中国因素在澳洲”（Silent Invasion: China’s Influence inAustralia，暂译）。
