Unfortunately the arrangement was set up, the only thing really stopping him was being seen as rude. Waver sighed getting to the destination. he sat there alone in the cafe, all too lost in his thoughts to truly pay attention to the world passing him by. BILLY KNEW THE TRUTH NOW, finally remembering that this wasn’t really his world but it seemed to be something he couldn’t shake. for the last six years in this world anyway, he had been alone and forced to do things just to survive. it had left him harsh and somewhat cruel. it wasn’t the billy he knew in any world he might’ve occupied. his mother, father and uncle were here. not just that but so was tommy and america, though those connections seemed to be crumbling in some ways. it made his head hurt. being lost in his thoughts was easier than looking up at the voice who had asked him something. what was it? oh, was this seat taken? “i doubt you wanna sit by me.” / @hiddenangcls

it took donna a few moments, staring at the woman in a rare moment of silence before her eyes widened. “jenny, yes i remember!” there was a bright grin on her face for the moment. it was a relief, in a way donna couldn’t describe, being able to remember all of her adventures when surely that wasn’t how things should have been. “but i- you died. i definitely remember you dying. oh, not not tell me we’re both dead and the afterlife is some mock-up version of washington d.c.” she said, already ready to start a fit.

After the absolute disaster that was the Halloween party at the white house, Siddiq immediately went to the hospital and began tending to patients. In fact, he was still wearing the tux he’d wore to the party -- he had no time to go back to his apartment to get his scrubs or his doctor’s coat.
When a young woman walked into his patient’s room, he gestured for her to sit. “I assume you’re coming from the masquerade party?” He asks, looking at the notes on his clipboard. “Were you injured there?”

the walk from his job to the bus stop was long, but undeniably cheaper, and the benefit of a city meant there was almost always someone else walking in the area nearby, with tonight being no exception. it took him a minute, considering he had been walking with his head buried in his phone, but when qinghua glanced up he noticed the guy who had been walking near him wasn’t there anymore. “hey, boy, where did you go?” qinghua quickly glanced around as he called out. “seriously dude, it’s too fucking dark. i swear if this is some joke to jump out and scare me in a minute i will scream so loud and it will be so embarrassing for both of us.”
