In April of this year the Leeds collective The Imaginarium got together with The Doghouse for a simple idea – engage their community of creatives in hosting an art auction and DJs at Leeds Corn Exchange to raise funds for two Ukrainian Charities: Help Ukraine Centre and Action Aid DEC Ukraine Appeal. In the process they showcased the exceptional talent and activity of the city and the response from Leeds was incredible. In September Upside Your Mind and The Imaginarium will be holding a York event at The Crescent Community Venue and inviting some friends from Leeds to play their finest records alongside our own York guest DJs. We will be holding a silent art auction both online leading up to the event and during, with bids permitted in advance.
