HI OKAY SO IT WAS INCREDIBLE I CANT BELIEVE I GOT TO SEE SOME OF THE THINGS I SAW TONIGHT.

1. the opening acts were GREAT like i need to listen to Royal and the Serpent and more Bring Me the Horizon the openers were REALLY REALLY GOOD

2. they played DISLOYAL ORDER OF WATER BUFFALOES AND I LITERALLY CLAPPED MY HANDS OVER MY MOUTH. STARTED CRYING. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WE DID IT THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WAS MANIFESTING DISLOYAL ORDER FOR ME ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ (AND!!! AND ATAVAN HALEN. I WON TONIGHT. THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO MANIFESTED THESE FOR ME I LOVE YOUUUUUU)

3. TRAVIE. MCCOY. the medley was BEAUTIFUL and had what a catch and just one yesterday but then PATRICK STARTED PLAYING STEREO HEARTS AND EVERYONE GOT REALLY EXCITED AND CHEERED BUT THEN. TRAVIE CAME OUT ONSTAGE AND DID THE FIRST RAP VERSE OF STEREO HEARTS. WHICH THEN TRANSITIONED INTO CUPID’S CHOKEHOLD!!! AND THE REST OF FOB CAME OUT ON STAGE AND PLAYED ALONG WITH CUPID’S CHOKEHOLD AND I KNOW THIS SOUNDS MADE UP. I KNOW IT LITERALLY SOUNDS LIKE THAT “AND THEN DAN AND PHIL CAME OUT HOLDING THE GAY FLAG” POST BUT IT WAS REAL. I HARDLY BELIEVE IT MYSELF.

*AND THEN HE ANNOUNCED GCH WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FALL.*

and YOU KNOW WHAT. they were PLAYING cupid’s chokehold over the sound system between bring me the horizon’s set and fall out boy coming on and i ACTUALLY THOUGHT TO MYSELF “haha what if this is their way of teasing the fact that travie is going to perform with them tonight” as a JOKE. and then i was RIGHT.

4. patrick made the dog puppet sing along to this ain’t a scene which was CUTE AND FUNNY and pete stuck his head inside the puppet again

5. magic 8 ball was a DOUBLE tonight AGAIN and it was the live debut of i am my own muse and then 27 AGAIN. BRUTAL. when pete said “should we play something really really new that we’ve never played for anyone before?” everyone started screaming

6. THEY PLAYED??? THE FIRST VERSE AND CHORUS OF ENTER SANDMAN BY METALLICA??? INSANE. PETE WAS UP IN THE OWL SETPIECE FOR THAT WHOLE MINI-SONG. IT RULED. I WAS SCREAMING A LOT.

7. SPEAKING OF WHICH. pete did this little “magic trick” where he disappeared behind a curtain he held up on stage and then reappeared at the BACK of the stadium towards the seats where we all were! it was fun and also pretty cool!! he stayed there for a whole song too :)

8. pete had like three wardrobe changes and by that i mean he had 3-4 tops which were a giant snuggie-style oversized hoodie, which he took off at some point to reveal a t-shirt underneath? and then when he was up at the back of the stadium he was in a normal-sized hoodie and THEN at the end of the show he was wearing the iconic mesh-and-roses top. fashionista

9. the PYROTECHNICS. i’ve never been to a show with pyrotechnics but the way they were integrated at this show were SO COOL. FLAME JETS AND FIREWORKS. and of course pete’s flamethrower bass. i yelled a lot during this show and a lot of the yelling was about the flamethrower bass

10. the location was really interesting!! the weather was FANTASTIC and besides that it was a really cool little (“little”) tennis stadium that was in the suburbs of queens NY like LITERALLY tucked in between a bunch of rows of houses :> there were people playing tennis at the tennis club right next door that we could see from our seats! it just REALLY fit the vibe fob seem to have been going for the whole tour + pete talked about how his mom was from queens and his grandmother had graduated from the high school in the neighborhood (forest hills) the stadium was in 🤗 ALSO there was this on one of the pillars which i think illustrates how very fitting to the whole vibe of the album/tour/fall out boy in general the place was:

11. even the parts of the set that were more “standard” like the pink seashell opening the concert and love from the other side and the big classics like sugar we’re going down and thnks fr th mmrs and saturday (SATURDAY. TO END THE SHOW) were just. so incredible. i’ve never been able to see fall out boy live before so it was just such an incredible privilege especially since @movingdayy was so kind as to invite me and erie and gifted me a ticket so that i would be able to see the tour even though i thought all year that i wouldn’t be able to :’) the sets were super incredible and the band interacted with all the setpieces a lot too which made it really unique

12. i handed out a LOT of bracelets and i STILL have a crazy amount. mutuals if you want a fababoi bracelet and are willing to give me your address i will mail you one ❤️

so YEAH that’s my quick overview of the concert it was just insane, incredible, life-changing, etc etc etc etc 🧡 i probably forgot some stuff that i will inevitably kick myself for but those were like. THEE standout moments. i sang along to every song they played and my throat hurts and it’s 2 am and erie and i just swapped drivers for the rest of the way home so i MAY be missing some important things due to being overtired 👍

EDIT: FUCK I CANT BELIEVE I FORGOT. ROB FROM MIDTOWN WAS APPARENTLY IN THE FLOOR SEATS AND PETE SPOTTED HIM WHEN HE WAS COMING BACK TO THE STAGE FROM THE BACK OF THE STADIUM AND WAS TALKING ABOUT HOW HE WISHED ROB COULD COME UP ON STAGE AND THEY COULD PLAY SOME MIDTOWN SONGS. and THEN patrick joked about how he “doesn’t even remember the words to their own songs” (<- paraphrasing) and pete went “not this time…maybe another :)”. jersey shows coming up I Am So Scared

I went back to read our old posts and you were really close in some of the parts like his ability being to "punish" someone "he" thought committed a "sin" (basically killing him lol). Please let me hear all your thoughts!! I'm also so happy for you!! I'm really glad they didn't finish off his character with the awful mersault death plot 😭😭

I've been thinking about all my old theories, and maaaan, I would have never imagined something quite like this. It's true that we were right about Fyodor's Ability "punishing" someone who has committed a "crime," though I wouldn't have thought that "crime" or "sin" was literally killing Fyodor himself, lol. And I WAS right that he is immortal (kind of?)!! Or at least that he's been around for hundreds of years!! I also seem to be right that he doesn't age, though I guess we'll have to wait and see if it's explained why his appearance hasn't changed in centuries.

It still hasn't been explained how he's able to kill with a touch, however. This hasn't been explained:

There are definitely more secrets to be uncovered when it comes to Fyodor, so it remains to be seen if there's more to his Ability or if this will end up being an inconsistency.

I think the true nature of Fyodor's Ability is really interesting in terms of Dostoevsky's novels, too. "Possession" (though not in the literal sense) is a motif that occurs in a couple of his novels, most notably Demons, but also, to an extent, The Brothers Karamazov and Crime and Punishment. In Demons the "possession" is specifically "demonic possession" in the biblical sense, though again, it isn't literally in the biblical sense, just the overarching symbolism. I actually started to write a meta about this several chapters back, so maybe I'll finish it, haha.

I definitely did not imagine that Fyodor would take over Bram. Poor Bram :( But damn does he look good in Bram's clothes and wielding the holy sword and Fukuchi's time bullshit sword 🥵

This doesn't really fix the issues with the Meursault arc, but if Fyodor really sent himself to prison in order to trick Dazai into sending himself to prison, too, that does actually explain the bizarre decision to get himself arrested in the first place, which was one of my biggest gripes. There are still plenty of other problems, but whatever, I guess sdfghjhfghjk.

I was becoming less invested in the series since the Infamous Helicopter Crash and the Dazai Friendship Speech of Doom, but I'm finally excited again!!! I'm really curious to see where this is gonna go. I know Fyodor is going to be defeated somehow, but I hope he causes all sorts of chaos first, he deserves to ଘ(੭ˊᵕˋ)੭* ੈ✩‧˚ ♡♡

Also Fyodor and Ranpo interaction maybe??? It better happen or I'm gonna be like (╮°-°)╮┳━━┳ ( ╯°□°)╯ ┻━━┻

Get To Know You

I thought, in the meantime, I’d answer the questions you have left me so far, so you can get to know me a little bit better too!🤗 I’m not going to publish the questions directly but I’m just going to introduce myself by answering them in a text, I hope that’s okay!♥️

I’m Maddie, I’m 20 and live in Austria :) I’m currently studying English and Literature at university because I absolutely love the English language and I read A LOT😅 it’s not my dream course but it will do for now. I’m going to apply for a film university in January/February to study either Screenwriting or Production (depending on which one I get into) because it has always been a dream of mine to write my own film or tv show one day… big dream, I know… we’ll see where that goes

I got into Kpop through a friend who showed me an NCT and GOT7 music video (NCT’s Make A Wish, literally the day it came out, and GOT7 Not By The Moon, I think it was). I immediately fell in love with the visual of the music video itself and the flow of the music. Obviously I found the guys extremely attractive too😅 and I fell in love with Jaebeom’s voice right away🥰. So yeah, I haven’t been a Kpop stan for too long but I’m very passionate about it.

Fun Fact: when I found Exo and iKon, I realised that I had been listening to their songs without realising it was Kpop, haha. I used to listen to iKon kinda a lot I guess because I already knew most of their songs without knowing about them.

The first group that I really really got into was GOT7. I still think they are one of the funniest groups that has ever existed and it’s the saddest thing ever that they could have become so much bigger if it weren’t for jay why pee. I also got into EXO pretty quickly and I still really like them but with there not being much content, it’s hard to keep with them regularly, but I listen to their music all the time and at least three songs are always in my monthly playlists. After GOT7 got free in January, I’ve started focusing more on their solo stuff (ESPECIALLY JAYB AND YUGYEOM BC I LOVE THE KRNB AND KHH SCENE) and I love it!!! I found Seventeen very quickly after getting into Kpop, thanks to the Tag episode and Minghao😂 Again: once I heard some of their songs, I really felt like I’ve heard them before, especially Left & Right and Home… maybe I have, maybe it’s just my brain playing tricks on me, but the seemed so familiar and that’s actually also what drew me so much into them. The feeling of familiarity and comfort these 13 men radiate is like nothing I’ve ever seen or experienced. I went through a very tough time throughout my teenage life and honestly, I’m not sure where I would be now if it wasn’t for these guys (as well as Exo, GOT7, iKon, and many more!) being able to distract me and make me laugh and be happy… sounds cliché but it’s crazy how much music can effect and help people!

Biases? Oh god… I know I asked you to tell me about yours but choosing my own is SO HARD😅 so, first of all: definitely Wonwoo. I admired him from the start because I relate to him in a lot of ways. Minghao is definitely also one of them, as well as Jeonghan and Hoshi has been testing me a lot in the past few weeks… Mingyu too… that’s the life of a Carat I guess :) from other groups: Chanyeol, Hanbin, Bobby, Jaebeom, Yeji, Jennie, Rosé, Jin (only based on Run BTS), Soobin, Yeonjun, Sunwoo, Sangyeon, Chanhee, Sejun

There’s so many more probably😂

Talking about biases, talking about Hanbin: Minnie and the (ex) love of her life… well, unless you’re following the Alternative Ending, then it is the love of her life🤗 I based Minnie kinda off of me in some aspects because I knew that if I do that, I’ll be able to write her the best way I can because I’m just writing about what I’d do and think and stuff :) now why B.I? For one: he deserves the world and if I can give him happiness in the story, then I will. Also, Jennie and Hanbin got shipped kinda a lot I guess, so there are a lot of pictures I was and will be able to use. And yes, I’m an iKonic too! :)

About updating: I really don’t have a routine, although I wished that I’d do. I update whenever I feel like it but since I love writing a lot, I tend to get inspiration very quickly and just like to upload stuff, whether that’s Minnie chapters, Jealousy Looks Good On You, or something from my inbox 🤗 I hope that once I’ve caught up with uni stuff, I get into a routine that I can let you know about!

Oh, and, I’m doing very well at the moment because I’m so so sooooo insanely grateful for all of you and all of the sweet messages you guys sent me in the form, they actually made me tear up🥺 so yeah… I’m actually happier than I ever could be and it’s really helping me a lot, especially during this time of year♥️♥️♥️

This was so insanely long, but I really want you guys to know how much you mean to me and I want to you to feel like you know me, like we’re friends. This is a safe place, I want my blog to be safe for you to come on here and read to escape a hectic life for a bit or just to sit down and relax, or whatever else you’re doing with my writing🤭🤫

Ohh, yess😍 Kai was awesome, there's even a scene where he says "Liking yourself is the most important thing...And I like myself" after he tells Elena one of his favourite memories is bashing his little brother's head 😂😂 It's just awe and some and SO much fun to watch him😂 You should watch the scene where he describes crying after having gained emotions, he literally calls it "strange alien fluid in my eyes"😂 Tho he really was wasted, he could have been a very awesome antihero🤷🏻‍♀️ and regarding not deserving redemption...Well, I still think the things he did was one of the lesser things compared to what the Main Characters continuously did and what was repeatedly excused, like, the dude only had a problem with his own family and even only started hurting the Main Characters after they repeatedly tried to kill him or trick him to keep him in a prison world he's been alone in for 28 years, so, selfpreservation, I like him being an unapologetic asshole and the main characters don't really have any moral high ground, but oh well, just my opinion (Not that I'm excusing what he did, he's definitely not nice, but the main characters are just as shitty if not even worse, soo) 😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Soo, I'll probably try to put down at least a bit😂🙈

Ohh, btw, since you wanted to hear about headcannons(Well, this is technically more than one, but I'll be nice and just give you all of them at once): So, remember how when he was still sleeping Mon absorbed electricity? I have this headcannon that that is actually a power of his, but it's much more than it seems, because it isn't just the ability to absorb electricity but manipulate energy itself, which would also put him back on AT LEAST par with Kara because while he doesn't have her freeze breath or heat vision or flight, he CAN with training do similar things, because by manipulating/aborbing and releasing energy he can send of energy ball-y things and by manipulating the gravitational energy or just his own kinetic/potential energy he could fly easily and this ability would even allow him to strengthen or speed himself up😍🤷🏻‍♀️ Plus, a friend pointed out to me, that someone who can manipulate energy technically would also be able to manipulate mass cause E=m×c^2😏 Oh, and of course heat/cold is technically just energy either🤷🏻‍♀️ (This headcannon is also were my idea with evil!Mon being able to manipulate time stemmed from cause time energy, right? Tho that would be a VERY VERY VERY VERY advanced form of his power😅)

[Funny how this elaborate headcannon (and what I just described is the VERY short version without all my theoretical and science-y thoughts included) is rooted in the mere fact that I was bitter about them never mentioning that absorbing thing again and taking away so many of his comic powers😂😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️😅🙈🙈]

Oh, and I like to believe that in their normal states (aka, no extra-powered for Kara or self-energizing for Mon) Kara is the stronger one but Mon is the faster one, tho this last bit is just something random, I don't even know where this came from🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyway, Yeah...Now you can't complain I never share headcannons😂 This was a bunch of them all at once

Yeah, i have heard what the Damon did and how it was naaah, not a big deal. But it is refreshing to have Kai being such an asshole and be ok with it and fully accepting it.

That's why I thnk Lena's character was wasted. She is a person who is fully aware of herself and her wantings and they made her, dunno, hormonal teenager, blinded by feelings, mopping in a dark place and blah. Instead she should have been a real grey character, who would not give A SHIT about other people opinion and just living and doing what she wanted. Shitting about fixing the world becasue of her butthurt? Trying to make herself looking like a good guy? Please. Lena drinking whiskey, doing what she wanted, being PERFECTLY aware of the shit she does and not giving a shit and constantly questoning Kara's decisions and morals - yep, that could be Lena as 3 dimension character. Instead we got a potato chip without any flavour.

Like, exactly, we talk about Mon Freaking El *rolls eyes*

Well... I think he didn't think about it. It was more about him knowing he was balancing on the edge and fighting with horrible, cunning enemies and knowing they could go after her too if they known. So he cut her form his life, to protect her.
