Not me just now remembering that i recently bought and read a manga volume just because James somerton recommended the series in a video
#it’s ‘the summer hikaru died’ btw#hated it#thought it was just down to a difference in taste#but now I’m starting to realize that it was so much different than how James portrayed it#not necessarily the plot or main events but more like the pacing and style#he made it seem more like Heartstopper but horror and with a weird conspiracy side plot#if he had portrayed it right I would not have even thought of buying it#I guess that was what $12 down the drain cuz I chose to trust a guy who turned out to be a plagiarist misogynist hack#welp#hbomberguy#todd in the shadows#james somerton#why are you booing me i’m right
