"-- It is today, isn't it?" Sigma asks, a sheepish smile playing across his features as he conceals something behind his back to glide into Sieb's room. "Your birthday...?" How embarrassing if he were too soon or too late! "-- I did make something for you! I hope you are better than Siebren at receiving gifts!" Primarily because it lacked any real functionality-- it was just meant to be something pleasant to look at. A small parcel accompanied by a clear plastic container is offered to his counterpart with a broader, more beaming smile-- the contents within the parcel consisting of an ornate sun catcher, adorned with a myriad of pearls, sea glass, and vibrant seashells from his time spent combing the beach, while the tupperware contains a cream cheese danish pastry painstakingly fetched all the way from the cafeteria. "You should... try to take things easy. Take the day off! Have some fun!"

"Ah! Thank you."

Siebren was caught by surprise, not hearing him float inside of his room. He was somewhat used to it by now, so it didn't startle him too bad.

Admittedly, he almost forgot it was his own birthday today. He was old enough, and birthday celebrations were something long done in the past for him. His birthdays now were just like any other day to him, except he was just a year older.

He took the parcel first, carefully unwrapping it to reveal his present. He was surprised at how ornately detailed the suncatcher was, immediately lifting it up and holding it against the light shining through his window. Small beams of light danced around on his floor, much like little fairies.

"Oh! This is beautiful…"

He turned it around, observing the vibrantly colored pearls and the intricate designs of the shells. He wondered why Sigma never did anything artistic, since he was impressed at the advanced craftsmanship of the suncatcher.

He placed it in front of his window, it gently turning against the wind blowing in. It was summer, though the weather was much more agreeable today than it usually was.

"How thoughtful of you…thank you…"

He took the small container of dessert last before embracing Sigma in a hug, his large arms wrapped around the other. He wasn't necessarily always good with words or expressing himself, but he was grateful nonetheless for his gift.

Once the two of you have finished up the birthday dinner you ordered for him, as well as the cake you settle into the couch with each other. He can practically feel you vibrating with excitement and he can’t keep the grin from twitching onto his lips as he looks over to you, the hand that was once resting along the back of the couch now smoothing over your hair.

“Alright lil love, go get that present you’ve been dyin to give me.” He puffed out a laugh when you squealed in response, prancing off to retrieve the gift you’ve been literally dying to give him all day. Draken wasn’t really into gifts, not for himself anyway. But seeing the excitement shine in your eyes as you so delicately held the pretty wrapped box in your hands, the way you bit your lip as you slid to straddle one of his thighs.

It was just too cute to handle.

“It’s nothin big, promise daddy!” You reassure him as he eyes up the bag, that usual sternness he holds in his gaze fading away to fondness as he takes a good look at the box. Of course you wrapped it up nice and pretty for him, even drew little hearts all over the wrapping, the biggest one sitting beside his name. Keeps one hand on your low back to rub gentle circles into it as he slowly tugs away at the ribbon.

“What is it then?” He muses playfully, a laugh threatening to bubble up past his lips when you pout at him. “You’re about to open it! See for yourself daddy!” When you hold the box closer to his face after the ribbons been removed he finally lets himself laugh, pressing a kiss to your forehead in hopes to calm you down. “Alright alright, m’goin…”

He lifts the lid, brows starting to furrow a bit from the brightly coloured tissue paper that covers the contents of the box. You’re rambling about how he needs to ‘hurry up please’ and ‘oh you’re gunna love it!’ as he moves the paper aside. His thick fingers are met with cold metal, and his initial thought is that maybe you’ve bought him a new chain, which certainly isn’t a small gift. “Baby, what did I tell you about—“

But once he’s pulled the gift completely free from the box he realizes his guess his completely wrong. Instead he’s met with the sight of two hello kitty charms dangling in front of him. They’re the same, it’s hello kitty herself and her boyfriend Daniel (yes, he knew that because of you, though he’d never admit that to a soul) riding together on a moped. When he looks close enough, he notices that you’ve done your best to paint the same twin dragon across the side that’s tattooed on his head, as well as painted on his motorcycle.

“They didn’t have one riding a motorcycle, so this was the closet thing!” You’re so excited you’re giggling through your words, quick to grab at your phone on the coffee table before holding it up with a large grin. “We can put them on our phones and match!! Happy birthday daddy~!”

Typically Ken would question your little gifts, sometimes even going as far as telling you as gently as possible that he didn’t need them. But right now, seeing how excited you were, how much effort you put into finding something that yea, was maybe much more your style, but reminded you of him? Plus, the way you were bouncing on his thigh so much that your skirt was bunching up? (This was an added bonus, of course.)

A smile curled on his lips, and before you could get another giddy word in he cupped the back of your neck, bringing you in for a kiss. You sighed into his mouth, fingers curling into the fabric of his shirt as the embrace deepened. He pulled away just enough to speak, lips pressing feather like kisses to your pretty glossed lips between each word. “They’re perfect baby, you’re so good t’me. Thank you..” He nuzzled his nose up against yours just to hear you giggle, before he brought the cute lil charms in front of your face again. “Can you put it on daddy’s phone f’me? Then we can take a picture with them on in the mirror, Kay?”

10) Shanti/Sandy in Om Shanti Om: A dream debut if there is something like that in the industry for an outside, bagging a role alongside he superstar himself in one of the biggest Bollywood hits ever, both in terms of entertainment and Bog office. She did pretty well for a first-timer in the dual role and rightly deserved the best debutant award ahead of Sonam Kapoor.

9) Tara in Tamasha: Tara was the perfect foil for Ranbir in the second half of the non-formulaic movie. She almost matched upto Ranbir’s wits in the first half and their chemistry was absolutely amazing onscreen. Working for the second time in an Imtiaz Ali movie itself is a big achievement, considering he would not like to re-cast usually.

8) Naina in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani: The biggest blockbuster of Ranbir Kapoor in his 10-year career which can also be considered as the biggest youth film in terms of business. Ranbir-Deepika pair started being compared to SRK-Kajol, Raj Kapoor-NArgiz and why not. The transformation of Naina from an introvert bookish gal to a free-flowing follow-my-heart one was absolutely natural.

7) Angie in Finding Fanny: A bold decision by Deepika to do a movie like Finding Fanny in that time of her career. She had back-to-back blockbusters in Cocktail, Race 2, YJHD, Chennai Express, Ram-Leela and was also part of Rajnikanth magnum-opus Kochadaiyan and OSO combo NY. She just got into the skin of Angie so very well despite her I-am-on-top status.

6) Meena in Chennai Express: It took sig years for her to pair back with SRK, thanks to Rohit Shetty and this was another outright masala entertainment movie. Deepika won so many award that year for Chennai Express despite being applauded more for Leela in Ram-Leela because of the effort she put in to get her Tamil diction and mannerisms right.

5) Meera  in Love Aaj Kal: This movie is one of those good ones for Deepika that showed that she is just not a model but can pull off author-backed roles. Imtiaz gave her role a perfect characterization and she was extremely natural as Meera. Was nominated at Filmfares for best actress.

4) Veronica in Cocktail: Apparently, Homi approached Deepsy with the script to offer her Diana Penty’s role. But she read the script and chose to be the free-flowing Veronica and the rest as they say is history. Her performance was much appreciated even by critics on this occasion. Homi, being a good friend, also brings out the best in her. Also, was nominated at Filmfares for Best actress.

3) Mastani in Bajirao Mastani: Just getting to act in one movie of Mr Bhansali is in itself considered a great opportunity. Doing a second movie and that too back-to-back says how good an actress Deepika has transformed into. Her Mastani was again one of those brave characters in those times and Deepika pulled it off quite very well. 

2) Piku in Piku: Deepika should be given a pat on her back for just picking up this role. This movie literally had no real story in it and it had to be the extreme confidence that the director would have to make the movie the way it was made. She, in fact, admitted that none of the team actually expected this movie to be such a big hit. Won best actress at filmfares.

1) Leela in Ram-Leela: A little bit of controversial choice here, but I personally liked Leela so much for the intensity Deepika gave to the character. She matched up quite well with the energy of Ram aka Ranveer and won accolades from critics for this performance.Won best actress at filmfares

Aldita Khoirun Nisa, siswa kelas XI bahasa ini menjelaskan bahwa pilihan konsep tentang Papua merupakan ide yang digagas bersama oleh anggota kelasnya. “Kami sangat tidak sepakat jika ada orang yang hanya memandang Papua sebelah mata.” “Padahal Papua memiliki kekayaan alam yang dapat ditonjolkan. Mereka adalah saudara kita. Sehingga kita sepakat mengangkat konsep ini,” ujarnya kepada Tribunjateng.com. Di dalam stan ini, terdapat berbagai atribut terkait Papua, laiknya gambar honai, semacam alat pertahanan diri dan beberapa dokumentasi terkait nilai jual Papua lainnya. Kelas ini juga menjual makanan yang diberi nama ulat sagu, mak oye dan es sigar. Namun makanan ini bukanlah terbuat dari ulat sagu sungguhan. Makanan ini terbuat dari sosis yang digulung mie dan digoreng dengan balutan tepung. Pemilihan nama ulat sagu, lebih karena ulat sagu menjadi makanan yang populer di Papua dan miliki bentuk yang sama. Kala ditanya terntang adakah anak Papua, Dita hanya tertawa dan menggelengkan kepala. “Tidak ada anak Papua di sini, kita hanya peduli saja dengan kebudayaan mereka,” tambahnya. Sylly WEEkkk!!!! YAAA BITCHEZZZ monday: sofie (after much drinking) pukes n rallies outside of Kam’s and begs natalie and katie to take her to joes to see her guy friends from high school. When they get there, katie dances with phi psi boy and kissed him just a lil bit n when she won't go home with him, he goes to sammi and her whore-y ass sleeps with him in 2 seconds flat. This is Nat’s first Joe’s experience going in with no cover!!!!! THX TO EDDY bc we were making a scene. sofie said she'd only be ten minutes to talk to some randos. when natalie and katie finally get in Eddy is no where to be found and sofie’s downing drinks. nat discovers the back room in Joe’s ( the dance floor) natalie meets eric from phi psi. Around 2am after everyone is done getting dick, we are suddenly all dancing out the door of Joe’s, meanwhile nat thinks we're getting kicked out when it was just closing time. tuesday: sig ep- puppy dog will follows natalie katie's cries bc she wants a country boy like will. *insert photo of will and us. sat on wet quad at 3 am to talk about our feelings. connor and tucker bought us too many drinks all night. "what can i get with two dollars?!" (finds $2 under some kid's shoe katie bends down taps legs tells him to move) bought tequila shots (why?) and nat spills it all over her face. claimed first barstool dalila yells at nat for calling her pledge dad "daddy". natalie storms around kams for an hour pissed af. nat sends d a snap saying "ima b me" sofie pukes again in ISR bathroom at 3:30am and lay on floor for a half hour wednesday: alpha sigs- katie finds jake from rhetoric class. natalie tells jake that this was her first college party trying to say that the party she went to was alpha sigs he thought this was her first time out. natalie proceeded to tell him she doesn't drink with beer in hand and he buys it. katie crushes on him all night and won't let us leave her alone to talk to him. sofie tells jake she has same bday as jake, katie feels inferior and tells everyone sofie loves tucker. sofie runs away bc she thinks natalie's mad at her when really natalie's just sober. we find her slumped over in front of acacia. stop at wingin out and sofie applies for a job at 1 am and gets an interview same day (she puts natalie and i as references) nat calls cashier out as manager (turns out he was lol) thursday: aggers- katie and nat beat sod and TUCKER at beer pong, sofie cries. supposed to go to cly's did cries bc she wants to see tucker. goes all the way to pikapps to find party is at senior house. katie and sof go to lion it was boring (can't get a drink a fucking a bar tender during syllabus week) friday: goes to happy hour basically friday sucked. sammi calls sod with a "mouse" complaint. sofie sleeps at agd we have good talks with elisa and emily. nat was at home and we were sad she left. saturday: block in the morning. couldn't get a drink for like HOURS because of stupid aggers bartender. pregamed at natalie's and started bed pong again with weak mikes hard lemonade and hella deep dish pizza. goes to phi delt first gets WAY to drunk then fiji looks for jay forever nat steals pretzels and beer bong from fiji. runs back to phi delt nat tries to feed guys pretzels through beer bong phi delt man yells at nat to give back beer bong when it's fijis meanwhile sofie is hoooking up with a taken man. katie dances with dean from phi delt and asks "have u seen bromely?" "no" "have u seen the chapter house?" "no" "then which one do u want to see tonight" "neither" hahha then she lies and says she has a meeting in the morning and he goes "how am i gunna contact u?" so she gives him her number and he snapchat s her next day and katie is insecure because she looks ugly so he gives up snapchattig her and that's the end of that. then she cries after we run back to fiji in bathroom while calling her mom emily. then she's cries and rally we stay at fiji find jay covered in champaign. dance with jay. by this time natalie doesn't even know her first name(fuck beer bongs). we run into a shit ton of girls we knew and sofie finds paige bc evil sammi ditched and is moving in with her and sofie and katie take nat home and forcibly pull off her pants and put on pjs and carry her into bed (katie takes legs, sofie takes body) then sofie take paige back and tells her she is informal rushing our house when we can't and we eat drunk burritos with emily. dalila tells us about sue ellen. successful syllabus week
