In Rome, cars are prohibited from circulating during the day. They barely sleep. All the wealth is concentrated in a handful of patricians, and at their side, thousands of poor people who suffer.
I know that this is not just Rome, but the world, but Rome can change. And as emperor I will change the world. Neither Poppea, nor Sporo, nor even my mother understood it as you do, Acte. As a slave you can see things that they don't see, see the real world, and compare it with that other corrupt one. Your world against my own.
Emperor Nero (65 A. C.)
