Imagine Guan Shan waiting for He Tian to initiate their first kiss (yes first kiss because he doesn’t count that disaster as their first). His ego doesn’t let himself be the one to initiate and of course He Tian is very hesitant because the last time it ended with Guan Shan in tears.
Guan Shan tries to give obvious hints but He Tian doesn’t read into any of them. One day they are standing outside in the cold for a taxi to take them to He Tian’s place. Guan Shan tells He Tian that his lips are cold with a slight pout to his mouth - thinking surely He Tian can read into that. But He Tian just takes off the scarf he’s wearing and puts it on Guan Shan.
Something in Guan Shan just snaps right then because he’s being so obvious and He Tian is being so stupid so he decides to fuck his pride and goes unto his tip toes to chastely press his lips unto He Tian’s.
He Tian’s brain completely combusts and then he crashes with the realization - oh Guan Shan had wanted this for a while.
So he decides to make up for it by pressing chaste kisses unto Guan Shan’s lips the whole night - outside, in the taxi and even at home. Guan Shan protests half-heartedly that his lips are warm already but his mouth is lifted into a smile as He Tian presses sweet kisses on his lips again and again.

A Garden for Death [A TianShan fic]
Tumblr media
Guan Shan was doomed the moment he was born. Forced to be raised in isolation by his mother, the goddess of nature, Guan Shan grew up to hate everything about himself that made him unique. His hair. His powers.
Wanting to escape the loneliness of always being kept away and be rid of the boredom that comes with being alone, Guan Shan strikes a deal with the last god that he had ever expected to encounter. The god of death - the renowned and powerful He Tian.
A tianshan twist to the infamous myth of Hades and Persephone.
Read the first chapter here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/42473580
[The fic is only inspired by the greek myth, it does not follow greek mythology to the tea]
