Terravenger - Season 5: Part Two - Episode 437 (Do Not Copy)
In the Training Room at the Midas Academy, the two competitors faced one another as each stood at one side of the battlefield. Meanwhile, the proctor Victoria Sidney remained near the entrance at the left side.
One of the fighters -- Tori Sanderson -- spread her arms apart as she told her young opponent "Now I'm taking my kid gloves off. So prepare yourself. I won't go easy on you."
The other competitor -- Keira Fakinos -- gave a confident smile as she went into her battle stance.
And the teacher Tori replied "I'm going to show you my true talent. This is what made me one of Midas' greatest soldiers. Like I told you before, prepare yourself!"
During that time, the older student -- Jonny Griffin -- walked into the small old cabin which was further away from the Griffin Courtyard.
Jonny had the bottom of each ear pierced with a small black ring. He wore a dark-gray shirt that had long sleeves. He also had on tight black jeans with a thick black belt that had a silver buckle. And he wore a pair of short black boots.
The gloomy youth soon spotted someone standing before him. It was a slender older girl with light-brown eyes, cocoa skin, and a slender body. She had on black eyeliner and peach lipstick. She wore a long dark-purple skirt with short black boots. She also had on two necklaces with each of them carrying a silver pendant resembling a crescent-moon.
The newcomer gave a soft smile to him as Jonny stared at her with no emotion.
"You're..." said Jonny.
Then he shook his head and replied "You came for help."
The girl walked a few steps closer and answered in an English accent "Yes I have. My magus -- former magus -- was correct about you. You possess hidden but a high ability. You would have been a greater magus than him."
Jonny soon closed his eyes and read the mind of the newcomer using his Telepathy.
After that, he opened his eyes and faced the girl once again. But he now had fear in his eyes.
"You have betrayed them," implied Jonny. "Now they're tracking you. Leo too?"
"Why they are hunting for him I may know," She replied. "I discovered the truth behind the Magus' scheme. He wanted to resurrect his master only for his great power."
Jonny shook his head and responded "Fred Lloyd plans to sacrifice you for the Light-Bringer's favor. You're a key to bring him back from his prison."
The girl lowered her head and told him "And that... If I was given to him, the Bringer would indeed return. He would then bring Chaos to not only this, but to every planet as well."
Jonny replied "You're safe here. My dad's charms always place every ki invisible. No one is gonna find you."
Then he lowered his head and informed the girl "And I'll do anything to make sure you stay safe, Morgan."
Morgan Taylor wrapped her hands around Jonny's right hand as she gave a surprised smile.
"You would protect someone like me?" She asked.
"Laura will be glad to see you," Jonny told her. "She's the only one that knew you were innocent the whole time. You were just that bastard's slave. That Fred Lloyd."
Terravenger -- Season 5: Part Two -- Episode 437: Tori Sanderson, the Puppet Master
In the Training Room at the Midas Academy, a pale-violet light had shined from both hands of the witch Tori Sanderson as Keira Fakinos watched from across the battlefield.
"Summoning!" Tori called out.
A large puff of smoke quickly formed before the teacher as the proctor Victoria Sidney thought to herself "Tori Sanderson... Not only she is the Head of the Language Arts and Reading Department. She may also be a free spirit at times. But these mask her true instincts. She is actually more than what she claims to be. She is one of the most deadly warriors that have ever been placed in this city."
Once the smoke cleared, Keira finally discovered what stood in front of her opponent. It was a human-like being that was craved from the oldest but strongest wood. The being had short dark hair that scattered to the right side. It also had a pair of wondering black eyes. It wore a white shirt that had long sleeves and a V-neck collar. It also had on a pair of black dress-pants, maroon socks, and black dress-shoes. And the being had on an opened coat that was colored brown.
"By the gods!" cried Keira. "Just what is that?"
Tori gave out a great smile and announced "Let's have ourselves a puppet show!"
Keira soon noticed the many strings from each part of the wooden being had all come from the fingers on Tori's left hand.
"The strings coming from her," thought Keira. "They were made from her own ki which means she has complete control of this matter -- a combat puppet."
Victoria continued watching as she thought to herself "I wonder how Young Keira will fare against a force such as this."
And the thoughtless puppet began to charge for the opponent.
First, Keira launched herself in order for her to dodge the assault from the puppet. The puppet who was directed by Tori jumped up and flew toward Keira as it threw out a barrage of quick punches.
Keira continued to face the advancing being as she flew away.
And she thought to herself "I can understand why Lady Sanderson is held as one of the Midas' most deadly soldiers. She can use attacks from any range. Her attacks from long-range apparently comes from her creations -- her combat puppet."
The youth began firing a stream of short needles which made of blue ice.
And she yelled out "Ice Release... Simeio Pagetona!"
The right palm of the puppet blew forward. And a large circular plate formed around its hand which blocked all of Keira's projectiles.
Then Keira flew to the right side as she responded "The puppet is able to create a barrier to protect itself as well."
She finally placed her feet on the wall behind her and watched as the puppet flew toward her.
"Not only she has an incredible defense," claimed Keira. "But her offense is impressive."
Next, she positioned her arms in an X pattern. Meanwhile, the arms of the puppet extended while it remained floating at the other side. Each of its hands quickly grabbed Keira's wrists. And the puppet's hands held the helpless opponent to the wall.
The puppeteer Tori gave out a short and loud laugh.
Then she yelled "How will you get out of this one I wonder!"
Suddenly, the wrists of the puppet had frozen into branches of ice. After she broke out of her imprisonment, Keira flew directly for the defenseless puppet.
"I shall end the puppet beforehand," She thought to herself. "And I will head for Lady Sanderson."
The puppet quickly opened its mouth and shot out a barrage of short metallic needles. The swift Keira had dodged every needle by vanishing from one place to another until she finally appeared before the puppet.
After that, Keira performed a side roll above. Then she struck its head with both heels which made the puppet duck. Keira soon bashed its chest with a front Left Palm attack which pushed the puppet away. And the arms of the puppet popped out from the sockets. Both its head and chest began to crack as well.
Once the puppet fell face down on the ground, the puppeteer Tori released the ki strings from the puppet's body. And the proud teacher lowered her head.
"You pass!" She told her opponent.
Keira landed at the other side of the battlefield.
And the proctor Victoria announced "Congratulations Keira Fakinos. You have defeated Ms. Sanderson. You are from this moment on enrolled into our fine school."
A tired Keira fell to her knees and gave a relieved smile.
"You knew to go directly for Wisteria the Puppet first" Tori informed her. "That was the only way you would be able to get to me. You are more like your cousin than you think. You weren't bad at all."
"Did I really pass the test?" asked Keira.
"With high honors!" replied Tori. "During all my encounters, you thought carefully on how you would escape. That's what a soldier would do if they were in a tight spot."
Keira rose up and was told by the fair lieutenant Victoria "It appears that you did not only master Nature Energy. But part of your test was to survive the lady Sanderson's assaults using your fighting skills, your agility, and your knowledge. And you did admirable on all counts."
And Keira faced her as Tori replied "I said before that you were a bright girl. And that you would fit in well at our academy. We need more people like you. You are quick, but very perceptive."
A happy Keira shook her head and said "I thank the both of you for this opportunity. I, Keira Fakinos, will not let you down."
