Not what I usually post on this account anymore but last session, my players had a very deep conversation about how to turn their sled into the ultimate crime stopping automobile, and I think that was important enough for me to illustrate it and post it on here.

Some of the improvements they wish to add to the sled?

A back water/ice canon

Front Eldritch Blast canon

Radio (if they can't have one made, they considered putting a small pixie man inside with a guitar and pay him minimum wage to play epic music during their car chases)

Small pixie bobble-head that plays a jingle

Cupholders for whenever they stop at the Firejolt to get more of their gamer fuel

Elk armor (A Celestial Elk is at the front of the sled but it needs protection or it will despawn! Maybe Todd Howard could help us with that)

A bat signal so people can call them whenever something doesn't go right (they'll probably have tons of dragons get blinded when people point the signal in the sky but hey, one crisis at a time)

A SKOTOL flag (that's the name of their group and the correct spelling for our campaign's name SKOOL (Scholarly Knights Of (the) Oblivion Lights))

Grayson, part of the student council (and someone who enjoys accounting as a hobby) is helping them fund the project but they've been thinking of how they'd actually get all of this done. Maybe blackmailing the one engineer they have dirt on to do it for free or tax people on the campus... hmmm... so many possibilities!

In case this was not evident enough: I have lost control over the campaign. This is no longer the SKOOL campaign. No school. Just sled.

Astrid may have banged Grayson Wildemere of all NPCs after the school dance. She can't confirm or deny. She can rate her experience on a scale of 1 to 10, but she won't.

First session of Strixhaven done!!

It went so well, I have some trouble believing this! My players had an absolute blast and so did I. I was very nervous as we all had some very high expectations for this campaign but so far, everything is going just amazingly!

SUMMARY (slight Strixhaven Spoilers):

Our protagonists have arrived to Strixhaven University, more than excited to start the new school year! They donned their new uniform, purchased their books at the exception of Grace who could not afford it. In quest for the money necessary to buy them, the four heroes, next to their sidekick Allen Fallburry, participate in the scavenger hunt, Grace showing some remarkable and unexpected deduction skills (as well as her melee weapon skills when she attacked a bush in the book garden), Winston almost fell to his death multiple times (caught once by Grace and yeeted the next BY Grace), Baek arrived late and her muteness caused some funny shenanigans and finally Antares recited a wonderful monologue from the play "Rhapsody on a Hat", impressing a couple of the Drama Guild members. The group met more and more different students through their hunt such as the members of the Live-Action Roleplaying Guild and their overeager Rosie. They defeated an enchanted chest and were rewarded for their effort with a platinum piece they shared between them. A surprise awaited Grace as someone had already paid for her books: a Grayson Wildemere who was extremely flustered to have been found out... Especially when Grace decided to show up at his table at dinner. Meanwhile, Antares somehow started befriending, against all odds, Ronan her plant lover attrociously rude roomate as well as some of the drama club members. Grace has been graced with a terribly stoic roomate and his feathery friend. Baek encountered her friend Al and then got to know Klaus, her roomate, who she immediately requested alchemy lessons from. Finally, Winston met with his best friend Zohla, who introduced him to Zanther Bowen (bisexual poly panik ensues) who just happened to be his roomate as well! What luck! And thus end the first day of school in SKOOL, Scholarly Knight Of (the) Oblivion Lights! What will happen next? Who will they encounter? What shenanigans will they get caught up in? Only next session shall answer to these questions!
