Oooh this is an interesting question bc when I first read this I thought “fuck… idk” but the more I think about it, I actually see a lot of potential!

In terms of casual things they can do late at night in the comfort of their own homes: they definitely enjoy knitting together, like you said, I can also see them cuddled up reading together, different books probably! I see board games as well actually, (and actually… Norway maybe doesn’t cheat when he plays against Scotland? 👀) this done I don’t see being as common as reading or knitting, maybe like a once a month thing? But I think they both enjoy it. Ofc there’s watching tv shows and such together, and crime dramas I will scream til my lungs give out! British crime dramas are super popular in Norway actually, and since I only know British crime dramas, it makes it very easy for me to see it 😅 though I imagine Scotland has a nasty habit of talking all the way through and Norway in those moments questions if his love is strong enough to continue putting up with it?? (It is). But also you can’t tell me scotland doesn’t love watching bad films on purpose??? Norway not so much, but Scotland loves the “so bad it’s good” thing, Norway always watches them with him though bc he thinks it’s kinda funny and cute how into the films Scotland always ends up accidentally getting!

In terms of sports, I see them both being into different sports. Norway likes skiing and figure skating, whereas Scotland I see more as a gold and curling type of person? They both have hiking in common though, they’re both big hiking nerds. But I think they’re both just super active people in general and happy to partake in one another’s sports (even if they suck). I can also see them sometimes trying other sports out just for the sake of it, one of those being speed skating- which is another sport I think they’d both end up really enjoying, and I can definitely see them racing against one another a lot.

And two other things I want to mention are baking and crafting. Baking I’m not too sure on, so I just see it like of there’s an event coming or smth so far. But I like imagining them baking and probably doing awful bc neither of them are good in the kitchen, with a playlist on in the background. The bakes usually turn out awful and they end up running to the store to buy something premade. In terms of crafting I think it’s more Scotland’s hobby that Norway is happy to help with? Scotland is super inventive and I can imagine him always coming up with new potential machines that probably won’t take off, and Norway actually enjoys working a bit with wood- he is scandinavian after all- but it’s not something norway really does anymore bc he’s no need to? So it’s just a case of sometimes he’ll help scotland out and they’ll make silly wooden machinery that lays around Scotland’s house- some of it works, some of it doesn’t, some of them he uses, some he doesn’t.

Tbh I think they both just enjoy being in one another’s company so much that they can find entertainment in anything so long as they do it together ❤️
