OMG!! HI! I love your writings I hope you're having/had a great day it would be amazing to see the girls visiting chan during the wait mv please
Tumblr media
Haerim was one of the first to arrive. She quietly came onto set while Dino was filming. When he was watching the scene he had just filmed she snuck up behind him to watch over his shoulder. The staff who saw this laughed at how Dino hadn't noticed Haerim's presence. After watching the scene Dino told the director he would like to do it again. "I think I can do better." he said. "I think you were really cool." Haerim spoke behind him.
Dino turned around so fast with a hilariously cute look of surprise that Haerim couldn't help bursting into laughter. "Noona!" Dino said, almost breathless from shock. After calming down she gave him an encouraging pat on the back. "How are you feeling?" she asked him.
"Good," he relied." I'm feeling good."
"You're doing really well." Haerim complimented him. Looking at the camara shooting behind the scenes, she gave a thumbs up.
"Our Maknae is working really hard. I'm impressed."
"Thank you Noona." Dino smiled, slinging an arm around her shoulder to give her a side hug. "Haerim Noona was most excited when I told her. She said 'whoa really, that's awesome."
She laughed at the way Dino imitated her reaction. "It is though. Chanie's been talking about it for a long time. Seeing him reaching one of his goals make's me so proud." she put her hand on her chest to emphasize her feelings. "I'm so happy, really."
Dino had to get back to filming so Haerim gave him one last encouraging pat on he back before slipping away. "I'll be watching and if you need anything call me."
Next to arrive was Sage and Sunnie. They walked onto set together, arm in arm as if they'd just came from a leisurely stroll. "Where is he!?" Sunnie said, a bit too loudly. Sage could only laugh at the overly excited girl. "Where's that Lee Chan!?" Dino, who was having a short brake and was talking to Hoshi, heard them coming.
"Oh no." he said, with a look of (pretend) fear. Hoshi laughed at his reaction before getting up to make his exit to see what food catering had in the waiting room. "Yah don't leave me!"
"There he is!" Sunnie spotted him and dragged Sage along towards him.
Getting up to greet the older members, he smiled at them as they reached him. "Hello."
It only took two seconds before the two girls were all over him. "Wow Dino, you look so cool!" Said Sunnie, looking him up and down.
"Are you feeling well? Are you tried?" Sage asked him, seeing the tiredness on Dino's face.
"Yes!" Dino said firmly, making the older girls laugh. "Yes to both of those questions. I'm tired but I feel great."
Sunnie gave the camara a thumbs up. "Our Dino will push through to the end!"
"I was worried after knowing the shoot will be done in one day." Sage confessed, turning to Dino. "He's working so hard, I'm proud of him."
"Carat, listen to Wait a lot! It's so good!" Said Sunnie to the camara. Sage nodded in agreement while Dino thanked them for their support.
The staff signalled them that it was time to get back to work. "Fighting!!" The two girls gave Dino some more encouragement before he continued on with the music video shoot.
Zora arrived with Wonwoo and Dokyeom. She sat with them at a table on set.
"I'm here to support our Dino's first mixtape." DK said with a proud smile. Zora clapped her hands in the background, nodding her head.
"So cool!" Wonwoo said, watching the maknae in the distance, making DK and Zora laugh.
"Don't do that!" Said Zora, giving the older man a small hit on the arm.
"He hasn't even started. Don't 'so cool' him yet." Laughed DK.
Sunnie was also seen standing with Mingyu when Seungkwan was talking into the directors microphone. She laughed at what Seungkwan was saying. She then did a peace pose with Mingyu towards the camaras.
Haerim was seen standing with S.Coups when he arrived at the site.
Being in proud big sister mode, Zora was seen taking photos of Dino as he filmed the last dance scene. She would later upload them to Weverse after the music videos release.

Moment: Lean on me
Tumblr media
The end of the concert is always the most fun but it is also the hardest for Zora. She quickly runs out of energy especially when hearing the chorus of Aju Nice over and over again.
She swears she only laid down for a moment but the second her head hit the ground her eyes closed and she was drafting off. The sounds of the concert swirled around her and faded into the background. It was peaceful, it was until Mingyu noticed her on the ground. He went to her and crouched beside her, tapping her arm gently.
"Kyungie, you okay?" He called to her. She hummed in response. "Yah! Are you sleeping?!"
"No." Her eyes opened immediately. I was like she forgot she was in the middle of the stage. Mingyu laughed, finding the situation hilarious.
"Come here." He took one of her arms to help her up but in the process Mingyu turned around and pulled her arm over his shoulder, bending down slightly to grab one of her legs.
"Yah! Kim Mingyu!" Zora yelled as he took off with her on his back, running around the stage and bouncing along with the music. Mingyu laughed, finding her reactions funny and although she was holding on for dear life, she was smiling and giggling too.
After a while he slowed down, walking around the stage with Zora still clinging to his back. Adjusting his grip on her legs he didn't show any signs of letting her down, so she got comfortable. Hugging her arms around him she rested her chin on he's shoulder.
"Are you tired?" Mingyu whispered to her but still loud enough that she could hear him over the noise. She again only hummed in response. Mingyu chuckled, "Just a little longer. I got you Kyungmin."
Snuggling more into Mingyu's shoulder she could easily fall asleep there but she knew she couldn't yet. So she waved to the Carats that cheered for her as they passed them. Some of them called to her, "Wake up Zora!" They found it adorable that she was practically falling asleep on Mingyu in the middle of the encore, video's of this are sure to go viral.
From her place on Mingyu's back, she felt content. His strong shoulders always made her feel comfortable. Kyungmin always feels safe with Kim Mingyu.

Being Kidnapped for NANA TOUR
Haerim was relaxing in her bed when a bunch of people with camaras barged into the room. Imagine the shock on her face and the confusion going through her mind. She was ready to fight whoever disturbs her down time then some members came in telling her to get up and come with them and she's just like 'what the heck is going on.' Despite her confusion she still made sure the rest of the members were gathered together before questioning Pd Na.
Zora, who was peacefully sleeping had to be dragged out of bed by the members. Poor Kyungmin was walking around half asleep and the members couldn't help but coo over how cute she is when she's sleepy. She pays the camara no mind and just curlded up into Minghao, who had to keep telling her not to full asleep again.
Sunnie just rolled with it. She was surprised when people with camaras entered the room but she was up within seconds seeing if the same thing was happening to the other members, laughing at their reactions. She could tell something was about to happen and she couldn't help her excitement. What ever it is, it was sure to be fun.
Sage was surprised. "What! What! What!" She kept saying as more and more people entered the room. She covered herself with the blanket, conscious of her bare face and messy hair. Sunnie had to convince her to come out. "You look fine Yejin." Nodding to the camara as she passed she said a small 'hello'. Halfway down the hallway she stopped and said. "Wait, what is happening?"
Learning that they had to leave in a hurry and only had three minutes to pack, Sunnie sprinted to her room. She jumped around like a mainac for a few seconds. "Oh my gosh. What do I do? What do I take? My rooms a mess. This is insane!" She gathered her things as quickly as possible all the while blabbering on about her excitement.
Sage was slightly panicking. Arriving back to her room it was like she didn't know what to do. "Wait, where's my suitcase?" She forgot where everything was in her panicked state. "Where are my shoes?" In her hast she probably forgot a few things, like her toothbrush and her slippers (but at least she didn't forget her passport).
Zora, a bit more awake then before was as clam as could be. Reaching her room she went straight to her suitcase and began packing her things quickly and efficiently. She changed clothes quickly too and even packed her backpack which had her books and sketch book inside (things she won't go anywhere without). When she had finished she made her way outside giving the camara a thumbs up and a cute nod. "Done."
Haerim, unlike the other members, wasn't rushing to pack, rather she stayed in the room with Seungcheol for two minuets. When Na told them they were going abroad she was shocked, excited, then her eyes met with Seungcheol's. He gave her a sad smile, a smile that broke her heart when she realised he wont be going with them. As everyone was rushing out the room she stayed behind watching them all leave in excitement. Approaching Seungcheol, she immediately hugged him. "I'm sorry." she said. "It's okay Haerim." he replied, hugging her back with one arm. She felt terrible knowing how excited he was when they won this trip, it was just a shame it had to happen now. Letting go, Seungcheol gave her a comforting smile. "Have fun and look after the other's like you always do." "I will." "And don't worry about me." "You know I will." Taking one of her hands in his he gave it a gentle squeeze. "I know." After a few moments Seungcheol gave her a nudge towards the door. "Now go pack or you'll leave with nothing." But before she left the room, he called to her again. "Haerim." She turned to him, humming in question. "See you soon." He gave her a wink. Shaking her head at her friend as she left the room, she walked to her room quickly. Being the organised person she is her things were already in order she just had to put some things in her bag. She changed her jacket and shoes before joining the rest of the members, ready for a new adventure with them.

HAERIM x 95 line
Tumblr media
Haerim x Seungcheol
Best friends isn't enough to describe the relationship between the two leaders of Seventeen.
They've stuck together since their trainee days when they were told they would both be leaders and lead Seventeen together.
It hasn't always been easy but one things for sure, Haerim and Seungcheol will always have each other as a source of strangth and comfort no matter what happens.
Arguments aren't uncommon, in fact they used to fight a lot in trainee days. Pledis even made them take couples therapy to help them find the best way to work together. Now days they never really argue because they're used to each other. They know how the other thinks, they can probably read each other's minds by now.
Can't go a day without seeing or hearing from each other. They're each others support system. When Seungcheol's struggling she's there to help his though it and tell him he's going well. They're so comfortable and share everything with each other, there's no secrets between Haerim and Seungcheol.
They've seen each other at their worst. Their friendship is built on complete trust and loyalty. They promised they would never give up on each other or their team.
Tumblr media
Haerim x Jeonghan
One of Haerim's favorite people in the whole world but also the person who annoys her the most.
Both Haerim and Jeonghan are really competitive so they are always trying to beat the other a something. His clever, cheating ways only annoy her more and fuel her desire to best him at whatever they're doing.
Despite constantly being at each other's throats, Haerim and Jeonghan are the best of friends who are always there for each other.
In trainee days when Jeonghan wanted to quit she wouldn't let him. She talked it through with him, comforted him and helped him with anything he needed. She never gave up on him for a moment.
Someone she can fall back on. She doesn't let the younger members know when she's stressed or tired but Jeonghan just knows when she's feeling down. She can easily talk to him about anything worrying her, he listens to her and comforts her.
He always gives her back hugs. She would just be standing there, minding her own business when suddenly he comes out of nowhere, wraps his arms around her and places his chin on her shoulder. He just likes to hold his best friend.
Tumblr media
Haerim x Joshua
Girl can't live without Joshua and that's a fact. If ever there were two people who were meant to be best friends, it's these two.
The moment they met they knew they would be good friends for a long time. They just clicked instantly.
Haerim has always supported Joshua. In trainee days she would cry with him when he missed his family. It was hard for him and she knew that, so she always gave him her shoulder to lean on. Joshua has said that although they're the same age, Haerim cared for him like a mother back then and he's very thankful for that.
They go out together a lot and enjoy each others company. If they eat they always argue over who pays for their meal, Joshua says he should pay because he's a gentlemen and Haerim says she should because she's older. So now they take turns paying.
He's someone she relies on a lot, his presence always makes her feel more relaxed and calm. She's very happy to spend her time with him without really doing much, she just loves being with Joshua.
She's so grateful to have a best friend like him in her life. He repays her for taking care of him in trainee days by taking care of her now. She takes such good care of all the members but who's taking care of Haerim? Joshua, that's who.
Seungcheol, Jeonghan and Joshua are Haerim's closest and most trusted friends. She can overcome anything as long as she has them by her side. They are her strength and the reason she can go forward knowing everything will be fine.

HAERIM x 96 line
Tumblr media
Haerim x Junhui
Haerim has the biggest soft spot for Jun. Since trainee days when they first met, she took him under her wing and cared for him knowing it was hard to be in a new country far away from his family. She wanted to make him feel as comfortable as possible.
In trainee days these two were always the first up in the morning. They would make breakfast for the other members together. This was a bonding moment for them, they would talk quietly to each other about light things or sometimes serious things. Haerim still holds those moments with Jun close to her heart as the feels she really got to know him well back then.
Jun can be very talkative and Haerim just loves listening to him talk. She just smiles and listens because she’s happy he’s comfortable enough to talk to her about anything.
His happiness is her happiness. When he’s all energetic and excited she gets energized too. She just finds him so cute, all she wants is to see him happy.
She’s his biggest fan. She’s so proud of him and her love for his solo work is on another level. She’s always there supporting him at his music video shoots, even if she’s busy that day she still finds a way to get there and support him.
Jun was very attached to Haerim in trainee days, she really feels like a big sister to him and he’s grateful to her for always looking out for him. Now days he still goes to her for comfort and support, knowing that she’s going to be there no matter what.
Tumblr media
Haerim x Soonyoung
These two have a lot of chemistry both on stage and off. Both are known for their incredible stage presence, these two are quite a powerful dance duo.
When they first met Hoshi was a bit shy around her. He thought she was really cool and an amazing dancer. However it didn’t take long for them to get to know each other and become friends.
Haerim has always admired his skills and passion for dance. Their number one bonding time was in the practice rooms where they would dance together and talk about anything in their break times.
In trainee days Haerim was the original Performance leader. While she did enjoy it she couldn’t help but notice Soonyoung’s fast learning or the way he would help the others when they were stuck. Sometimes she would let him take over to see how he would do and he really thrived in the leader position. Being the kind of person who pushes people to be their best, she convinced him to consider taking her place as Performance leader. While Soonyoung was unsure at first and he didn’t want to steal her role from her she said it was fine. She’s already Seventeen’s general leader and as leader she wants to help the members become the absolute best they can be. So she convinced the company to allow Hoshi to be Performance leader.
Even though Hoshi is the Performance team leader he still looks towards Haerim for leadership. He always shows her new choreography he’s come up with first because her opinion and approval is important to him.
Soonyoung has a way of bringing out Haerim’s playful side and she loves being around him. He can be very clingy to her and loves her attention and she just becomes to soft for him. Very lovey dovey in a sibling/best friend kind of why. Hoshi is a Noona’s boy (don’t change my mind.)
Tumblr media
Haerim x Wonwoo
Another person Haerim has a massive soft spot for. Wonwoo’s always been quiet and reserved, Haerim played a big part in him coming out of his shell.
It took a little while for them to become close friends because he was always very shy around her. They only talked briefly about casual things like school and how the days going, she never pushed him to talk more if he was uncomfortable. But Wonwoo did want to talk to her more. He really liked her from the beginning, he just didn’t know how to approach her because she was older. He’d never made friends with an older girl before.
To Haerim, Wonwoo was hard to read because he always wore a straight face. She decided to let him warm up to her in his own time, happy with with the little conversations they had. Over time they slowly got closer and he started opening up to her more. The first time he called her Noona she had to hold herself back from grabbing him and hugging him. She became one for his favorite people to talk to because she always listened to him and genuinely cared about what he had to say.
He always shows her his lyrics because he trusts her opinion. She’s always encouraged and supported him throughout his career.
Haerim likes spending time with Wonwoo because he’s very laid back and easy to get along with. They have deep conversations and talk about personal matters. Even though she isn’t good at video games she still plays with him because it’s something he likes to do.
Over the years they’ve become very close and Wonwoo considers her to be his older sister who is always by his side.
Tumblr media
Haerim x Jihoon
Other then Seungcheol, Woozi is one of the members she’s been friends with the longest. It might surprise you to know it didn’t take long for them to become close, they seem to have very opposite personalities.
In the very beginning Haerim and Jihoon were kind of attached to each other. Not physically but they were just always together. They went to the same school so they would take the bus together and get snacks on the way back. Even though Jihoon isn’t the most talkative person this was one of the times he could really talk to her, so their trips too and from school were their favorite bonding moments.
Jihoon isn’t very vocal about his feelings. Haerim understands that and never pushes him to talk about things he doesn’t want too. Which is why she loves his music so much, it’s his why of expressing himself. Every once and a while when he feels the need to talk to someone to get his feelings out, she’s one of the first he goes too. It’s just easy to talk to her and he’s grateful to her for being a constant in his life.
There’s no one in this world more proud of him then she is. She’s watched him grow and improve and she’s so damn proud to be in the same group as a genius like him. She just knows she’s gonna love anything he does and trusts him completely with the groups music.
She’s one of the people who can actually get him out of his studio. She drags him out to go for walks with her and he actually doesn’t mind that much because walking with Haerim reminds him of high school days so he’s happy to take a little brake with her.
After years of being friends he’s gotten used to her affection. He lets her hug him whenever she wants and acts like its nothing, but his little smile says that he secretly (not so secretly) loves it. She’s always been just a tiny bit taller then him so he’s the perfect height for her to cling onto at any opportunity. At time’s when Woozi’s feeling a little extra affectionate he won’t hesitate to give her a hug back. She is his best friend and sister after all.
All in all these boys are Haerim’s best friends and brothers who she loves so much and will do anything for. They are her comfort and safe place in times of need.

Tumblr media
June 2022
The cheers of Carats can still be heard as the members of Seventeen come off the stage. With the ending of the last show is Seoul they finally kicked of their Be The Sun world tour. The members buzzed with excitement as they made their way towards the green room. The staff cheered as they entered, congratulating them on a successful show. The members thanked them for their hard work before gathering together to say a few words for Inside Seventeen. After the staff cut the camaras the members finally relaxed, laying around the green room.
Sitting on the sofa, Sage lay her head back with her eyes closed, enjoying the fresh feeling of excitement after the show. Flopping down next to her, Dokyeom let out a sigh. "Too bad it's over. I think I have enough energy to do another concert right now."
"Speak for yourself!" came Zora's voice from a few feet away. "I thought I was gonna faint after the fifth round of Aju Nice." Surrounding members laughed at the girls statement, some agreeing with her.
A staff member approached them, clearing her throat to get their attention. "Yejin, your mothers on her way." Upon hearing the news Sage sat up quickly. She had almost forgot that her Mum was there to see the show.
"Oh thank you." she said to the staff.
"Did you forget?" Inquired Mingyu from his seat on the sofa opposite hers. Sage gave him an offended look.
"Of course not."
"Yah Yejin, how could you forget your own mother." Sunnie teased her causing Sage to get up from her seat and lunge forward to playfully slap her leg.
"Your lucky I love you." She shook her head at her, the members laughing at the banter between the two.
"Yejin!" At the sound of her mothers voice, Sage's face lit up, turning towards her with a smile. However her smile faded and she froze when her eyes landed on the figure standing beside her. Her hand flew to her mouth in shock as her eyes immediately began to fill with tears when she realized who it was. She almost didn't recognize him if it wasn't for the familiar glint in his eyes and the cheerful smile on his face. A face she hadn't seen in years.
"Hey Jinnie." the man spoke softly, giving her a reassuring smile.
At the sound of the name he used to call her Sage couldn't hold herself back any longer. As fast as her legs could carry her, she rushed to him, throwing her arms around his neck as tears fell down her cheeks. "Is it really you? Am I dreaming?" her voice only coming out a whisper.
The man let out a small laugh, his arms securely around her waist. "It's me Yejin. I promise you're not dreaming."
Letting go of the hug Sage looked towards her mother, who was smiling from ear to ear. "Why didn't you tell me you were bringing him?" she whined to her, whipping the tears from her face. "I wasn't ready for this."
"Sorry, we wanted to surprise you." Her mother laughed, pleased with her daughters reaction. "I think it worked."
"You're both so mean."
"Now now, stop that." The man took her hands away from her face, whipping away the remaining tears. "Introduce me to your members."
She turned towards the members, who had been watching the whole interaction with interest, wondering who the mystery man was. Linking her arm with his she brought him towards them.
"Everyone, I'd like you to meet Shin Jongin. My friend from Daegu."
The man, Jongin, bowed politely in greeting to the members of Seventeen. "It's nice to meet you."
The members greet him back in a chorus of "hello's" and "Nice to meet you too."
Jongin turned to Sage, giving her a sweet smile.
"Yejin, I was hoping you could join me for dinner tonight?" His words coming out as a question as he looked at her hopefully.
"I'd love too." she said, a wide smile spreading across her face. "We can go as soon as I'm ready."
The moment she left the green room she sprinted down the hallways towards the dressing rooms, excitement and nervousness filling her chest. It had been almost ten years since the last time she'd seen her best friend, the last time being before she started training and moved to Seoul. The two of them had once been inseparable, since the day they met in ballet class when they were only four years old. He had been the only boy in the class and was shy around the other students. Young Yejin didn't like seeing him being left out so she tried to befriend him. It wasn't hard as little Jongin was overjoyed that someone wanted to be his friend. They grew up together, going to the same elementary school, middle school, ballet class and even lived in the same neighborhood. They were always together, until Yejin decided she wanted to be a singer and left to follow her dream. Over the years they lost contact. Last she heard Jongin was studying in London at the Royal Ballet School.
Having finished getting changed, she made sure she had all her things before making her way back towards the green room. When arriving she looked around only to find Jongin was no where to be seen. Seeing her mother talking to some staff she approached her. "Omma, where did Jongin go?"
"He just went out to bring his car around the back." she explained. "He said it would be safer for you then going all the way to the main car park with all the fans still hanging around."
"Oh," She nodded in understanding. "That's sweet of him."
"So that's your childhood friend Jongin?" Sunnie nudged her, giving her a cheeky look. "He's cute." Her comment earned her a slap on the arm from Seungkwan, who told her not to say such things.
"Don't mind her." Seungkwan said. "I hope you have a good time."
"Thank you Kwannie." Sage smiled at Seungkwan.
"Ready to go Yejin?" Jongin's voice came from the doorway. She turned to him with a smile and nodded. Saying goodbye to the members and her mother, they made their way out the building together. Jongin had parked outside another entrance away from the fans and press waiting outside for the members to come out. Making it safely to the car they got in and buckled up.
"So where are we going?" Sage asked him, curious as to what Jongin had planed for the night.
"I hoped you would agree to eat dinner with me, so I already booked us a privet table at a restaurant."
"What if I refused?" she questioned him, narrowing her eyes at him, a teasing tone in her voice.
"Then I would have had to take your mother." The two of them laughed. It was nice hearing him laugh again. It was deeper then before but familiar. The sound caused a pang in her heart. She missed him. She missed him a lot.
On the way to the restaurant they talked about the concert. Jongin told her how impressed he was with the performances and how proud he was to watch her. "You look like you have so much fun up there." he told her.
"Yeah, I do." she smiled.
Inside the restaurant a waiter lead them to their table, a privet one in a quiet corner of the restaurant. Thanking the waiter they took their seats. "Are you hungry?" Jongin asked her as he opened a menu.
"Very." she replied, eagerly opening the menu to take a look.
"Order as much as you want. It's on me."
Looking up from her menu she gave him a surprised look.
"You don't have to do that." She protested.
"But I want to." He insisted, "Have whatever you want."
Sighing with defeat she went back to the menu to decide on her meal. There really wasn't any point in arguing and it wasn't something she wanted to do after meeting her best friend again. Telling him what she'd like to eat, Jongin waved over the waiter to place their orders. After the waiter left it was quiet for a few seconds, each waiting for the other to start talking first.
"So Jongin," Sage spoke first, "What was it like in London."
And so Jongin filled her in on his time in London. The things he did, the friends he made, what the ballet school was like, showing her pictures he had taken and much more. She listened closely, taking in every word he said. Then it hit her. He's changed. He had always been the shy one between them while she's always been more outgoing. He used to follow her around like a lost puppy and hide behind her when people he didn't know approached them. He was timid and bashful and there always seemed to be a reason to be scared of something. But now he was more confident. More self-assured. More expressive. Watching the way his eyes shone and his smile never seemed to fade, her heart skipped a beat. When did he become so attractive? His face had matured and he's completely lost the baby fat on his cheeks and instead displays a sharp jawline. Not only that but his frame had become much broader and muscular. He wasn't the little boy she knew in Daegu anymore...
He grew up.
And she missed it.
She missed seeing him grow into the man who's currently sitting across from her, talking about his adventures in a far away contrary. The Jongin she knew years ago would never think twice about leaving his family to go live and study in another country. It must have been a hard decision to make, one that she should have been there to support him through.
"Yejin?"
She didn't realize she had zoned out, lost in her thoughts until Jongin called her name.
"Our foods here."
"Oh, I'm sorry." she shook her head, bringing herself back to reality.
"It's okay." he chuckled, reassuring her. "You had a big day. You must be tired."
"No I..." she trailed off, not sure if it was too soon to say the next words. "I'm sorry we drifted apart."
The smile that had been stuck to Jongin's face all night suddenly faltered. "It's not your fault Jinnie, these things happen." A more serious tone in his voice now.
"But I feel terrible." she confessed. "I wasn't there to support you."
"You were."
His words confused her. What did he mean by that. Jongin only smiled seeing that she was baffled.
"I'm not the scared kid I used to be." he said, reaching to place his hand gently on hers. "A part of that, is thanks to you."
"What do you mean?" She asked quietly, as if she didn't want anyone else to hear her question.
"I watched you Yejin. I watched you take a chance and chase your dreams." He squeezed her hand softly. "I wanted to be like you."
Seeing that she wasn't going to say anything he continued. "Going to London, studying ballet, I did these things because you gave me the courage to. Seeing you debut, seeing you perform, you have so much confidents you shine. Your light encouraged me to try harder, to push myself to make my dreams come true too. You might not have been with me physically but I always had you with me. You inspire me Yejin."
She didn't know what to say. She had no idea that her debuting with Seventeen would motivate Jongin so much. While she lived her dreams he watched her from afar, supporting her, cheering her on while he sought to make his own dreams come true. It seems that even after all these years they were still connected to each other, even if she didn't know it until now. Their lives might have taken them in different directions but it had never taken them apart completely. A piece of her was always with Jongin and a piece of him was always with Yejin. She didn't notice the tears slipping down her face until Jongin reached forward with a napkin to wipe them away.
"Some things don't change," he chuckled lightly, trying to lighten the mood. "You're still a cry baby."
Sage laughed through her tears at his statement. "You're right." she sniffed, whipping away the tears. "I just... I miss you so much Jongin."
"I miss you too Jinnie."
Dinner continued with light chatter and laughter as they recalled childhood memories. Afterwards they left the restaurant arm in arm, smiles never leaving their faces. The drive to her apartment complex was quiet but comfortable as they enjoyed each other presence a little longer. They had made sure to exchange phone numbers, promising to keep in contact and that they would meet again as soon as Seventeen's tour is over. Pulling up outside the apartment building, Sage let out a small sigh. She didn't want to go home yet, she wanted to stay with him longer. It seemed Jongin read her mind as he reached over to unbuckle her seatbelt himself.
"You should go," he laughed at the little pout she sent him. "I don't want your members to think I kidnapped you."
Giggling at his words she turned her body to him in the passenger seat. "Jongin, thank you for tonight. I'm really happy to see you again."
"Me too." He showed her a genuine smile.
"I want you to know how proud of you I am." Sage continued, looking him in the eyes. "And that from now on I'll be there. I want you in my life again Jongin."
At her words she was pulled into a tight embrace. With her arms tightly around his waist and her chin resting on his shoulder. Jongin placed his hand on the back of her head, gently brushing his fingers through her hair. He sighed, content with finally holding her the way he'd been wanting to all night. "I too..." he whispered to her. "Want you in my life."
Neither one of them wanted to let go but they knew this moment couldn't last forever, no matter how much they secretly wanted it to. Separating slowly, they looked at each other and exchanged smiles.
"Good night Yejin"
"Good night Jongin"
And so they parted ways, this time knowing it wouldn't be the last and they would see each other very soon. Sage was filled with happiness after rekindling her friendship with Jongin after so long,
or could it possibly be more then that. Only time will tell.

Not without you (part 2)
Tumblr media
Summery: Seungcheol reveals the bad news to Haerim.
Warning: Crying :( (might be badly written, that’s a warning)
Year: 2014
Note: I got annoyed with this sitting in my drafts so I decided to just go ahead and finish it. It might be a bit messy towards the end but anyways here’s part 2 hehe. I hope you like it and don’t forget I always appreciate your comments and feedback:)
part 1
Tumblr media
Today was a good day for Haerim. She had woken up at her usual time, made breakfast with Jun, had vocal and dance lessons during the day, had lunch with Joshua and Jihoon, beat Soonyoung at arm wrestling and the group practice that evening went smoothly. The one thing that threw her off about today was the fact Seungcheol was invited to a meeting with the CEO without her. She tried not to let it bother her to much and continued with the day like nothing happened. It must not have been that important if Mr Han only wanted to see one of them and she knew Seungcheol would tell her if it was something important. When he returned to the practice room after the meeting he didn’t say anything to her so she assumed it was nothing major. There was nothing to worry about.
Only hours later when everyone was back at the dorm and settling down for the night did Seungcheol approach her.
“Hey,” he called to her, getting her attention immediately. “Would you like to go for a walk?”
Haerim was a little confused by his sudden request. “Now? It’s late, everyone’s going to bed and we should too.”
“Please Haerim.” There was a hint of urgency in his voice. Taking a closer look at her friend she could see the anxiousness in his eyes. She sighed and gave him a reassuring smile.
“Let me get my jacket.” She said before making her way to her room. She heard Seungcheol’s quiet ‘okay’ from behind her. Reaching her room she hastily grabbed her jacket and her cap getting the attention of the three girls in the room.
“Where are you going Unnie?” Yejin asked sleepily from her bed.
“I’m going for a walk with Seungcheol. We won’t be long.” she replied. Heading out the door again she turned back to the girls. “Good night.”
Seungcheol was waiting for her by the door. He seemed to be lost in thought, staring at his shoes and didn’t hear her approaching. She softly called his name to get his attention. He jumped slightly and looked up at her quickly before reaching for the door handle. “Let’s go.” he said, opening the door and ushering Haerim through the doorway.
“What’s up with you? Why are you so jumpy tonight?” Haerim questioned him, finding his behavior a little strange.
“It’s nothing.” he said. “I think I’m just tired, that’s all.”
That was a terrible excuse but she didn’t say anything. The way he refused to look her in the eyes worried her. He only does that when there’s something he has to tell her but is afraid to. What could it be? Could it be about the meeting earlier? Suddenly Haerim felt nervous. If Seungcheol felt the need to get her out of the dorm away from the other members, it must be bad news. Not able to bear the tension she grabbed Seungcheol’s arm, stopping him in his tracks.
“What is it Cheol? If there’s something you have to tell me just tell me!”
Seungcheol looked like a deer caught in headlights. He should have known Haerim would catch on. But he wasn’t ready. All evening he’d been stressing over how he should break the news to her, going over what he would say and cursing the CEO for being a coward and not telling her himself. Poor Seungcheol could feel Haerim’s eyes burning holes into him as he tried to regain his composer.
“Let’s find somewhere we can talk.” He said. Taking the hand that she grabbed his arm with in his, he lead her to a nearby park. Haerim followed behind still nervous and confused.
The park was empty on the late, cold night. Finding a bench in sit on, the two friends sat beside each other in silence. It was an unusual, uncomfortable silence as Seungcheol tried his best to figure out the right words to say while Haerim waited anxiously for him to say something, anything. Sighing he turned to her.
“I had a meeting with Mr Han today,” he started. “He wanted to talk about Project Seventeen.” Haerim nodded, so this was about the meeting today. She didn’t say anything and waited for him to continue. “I’m sure you’ve been wondering why you didn’t go too.”
“Yes.” she answered shortly.
“I’m sorry Haerim, believe me I wish you were there. I...” he trailed off, looking away from her. “I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
She almost couldn’t hear the last part that he whispered under his breath but she did. “What are you saying? Seungcheol, what did he say to you?”
He looked back and her and now she could see the tears that had started to fill his eyes. “He said that you and the girls might not be debuting with Seventeen.”
Haerim froze, her breath stuck in her throat. It felt like her heart had stopped in that moment. All she could do was stare at Seungcheol as she took his words in. With a shaky breath she asked “Are you serious?”
“I wish I wasn’t.” The slight crack in Seungcheol’s voice caused tears to well up in Haerim’s eyes as well. Looking away she run her fingers through her hair and tried not to break down in front of her friend.
Seungcheol felt bad. He had been dreading this the moment he heard the words from Mr Han himself. Dreading Haerim’s reaction. He knows how hard she’s worked for this and just how badly she wants it. Although her face was turned away he knew she was fighting back tears.
Haerim let out an exasperated breath. “What do we do Cheol?” Her voice coming out broken from the tears she been trying to keep at bay.
Placing a hand on her shoulder, he spoke softly. “Look at me.”
Slowly Haerim turned to look at her friend, meeting his equally teary eyes. With both his hands on her shoulders he spoke with all the confidents we could muster. “We’ll figurer it out okay, I promise.”
“How do you know?” Never had Haerim felt so powerless. She’s always been so confident, so sure that this was it. This is the group she belongs in, the people she belongs with. Hearing that all that might be taken away was just unbearable to her.
“Because you are one for the most talented, hard working, kindest, most affectionate people I know.” Seungcheol said to her, letting go of her shoulders to take both her hands instead. “And if anyone deserves to debut, it’s you.” He gave her a sad smile before he continued, “If they don’t want you in this group then I won’t debut either.”
His statement left Haerim is shock. “Seungcheol you can’t do that. The boy’s need you.”
“And I need you!” The raised tone in which he spoke clearly surprised Haerim. He was also taken aback by the sudden outburst. “Sorry, it’s just...” He tried to search of a way to explain himself. Haerim squeezed his hands, a silent sign that it was okay and that she understood. This was about much more then Haerim and the girls losing their dream and all they’ve worked so hard for, this was about losing the friendships they’d made along the way.
“I promised myself long ago that I won’t leave anyone behind.” Seungcheol said, looking into her eyes. “I’m keeping that promise and I promise you, Jeon Haerim, I will find a way. I won’t give up on you or the girls.”
His words held so much confidents and certainty it caused the walls to come down, finally letting her tears fall. Seungcheol immediately took his friend into his arms, holding her tightly and letting his own tears fall too.
After they both calmed down they returned to the dorms. Giving each other one last comforting hug they went their separate ways. Entering the room she shared with the three other girls, Haerim looked over their sleeping figures. They all looked so peaceful, so innocent and full of dreams. They’ve worked so hard to get where they are. She’d seen them improve and grow so much. She has so much pride in them for making it so far but now...
“I promise,” she whispered into the quiet room, knowing none of them could hear her. “I won’t let you down.”

Going Seventeen: Wonwoo's Diary
Tumblr media
Characters
Haerim as Mu Joe
Oldest member of Seventeen played the youngest resident in the village, seven year old Mu Joe. The name translates to innocence and her character is just like her name, sweet and innocent. Little Joe spends a lot of her time following Fi Turin and Fe Dback around. She looks up to them like grandfathers and they love her like a granddaughter.
Joe wears a pair of overalls with a white blouse. Her hair styled in two braids with flower hair ties at the ends. She also wears a cute straw hat with a blue ribbon around it. The make up artists had painted her upper cheeks with a rosey blush and also added some little freckles. Haerim moved around on her knees wearing knee pads that look like shoes. She also used a pinwheel as a prop, blowing it and watching it spin. When she isn't holding her pinwheel it's sticking out the front pocket of her overalls.
She first appears in the first episode. Fi Turin and Fe Dback encounter her standing alone on the road playing with her pinwheel. They excitedly greet her, commenting on how much she's grown. After some conversation she follows along with them to where they meet Yoon Nieun and Jo Giyeok.
Zora as Kyungmin
Kyungmin played herself. Wonwoo's classmate and friend who follows him, helping him with his documentary.
Wearing a simple school uniform, a white short-sleeve button up shirt (same as Wonwoo's) and black skirt, her hair styled in a ponytail. She also carries around a note book, taking down notes for Wonwoo's documentary.
Kyungmin is always standing with Wonwoo in every scene. The two of them often share amused (or unamused) looks while filming the towns people. Kyungmin, who often had a hard time staying in character, sometimes hides behind Wonwoo or her note book to hide her smile.
Sage as Park Hana
Sage played Hana, a city girl who came to spend the weekend with her family in the town. The name Hana meaning 'number one' or 'favorite,' her character is self centered and believes she is better then everyone else. She is popular at school in the city and hate's that she's forced to go to the countryside to visit family. When she'd much rather be spending her weekend shopping with friends, she's stuck hanging out with her younger cousin Mar Tion, who doesn't want to do anything but look for aliens.
Hana's outfit is simple but trendy. Wearing a cropped tank top with a pair of ripped jeans, her hair styled down with pretty waves. She wears a pair of sunglasses and always has her phone, often seen scrolling on it when bored.
First appearing in the second episode along with Mar Tion. She's seen standing next to him, while he's busy looking up at the sky she's staring down at her phone. When Fi Turin and Fe Dback show up she ignores them until they address her properly. They scold her for being rude to her elders but she only rolls her eyes (she does that a lot in this episode).
Sunnie as an Alien
Sunnie plays an alien alongside Woozi, Dk and Vernon. Her strange habit is speaking backwards when she's nervous, which doesn't happen until Mar Tion comes along and accuses them of being aliens.
She wears the same orange outfit as the others with pink round shades.
Appearing in the second episode, Sunnie sits with the other 'aliens' pealing garlic cloves. She reveals her habit is talking backwards when she's nervous and that she's trying her best to stay calm around humans. When Mar Tion arrives and says he suspects the four of them are aliens she says, "About talking are you what know don't I."
(I will write highlights from scenes in another post but here are the characters played by the girls in Wonwoo's Diary. I hope you like it and as always comment's and feedback are are always welcome.)

Going Seventeen Special (Bunny Bunny Update Update)
Tumblr media
Sage was seated between Minghao and Dokyeom. When it was time to give her update she hesitated for a moment thinking about what to say when Sunnie called out "hair cut." Laughing at her friends sudden shout she said, "Yes I cut my hair." as she ran a hand through her hair that now sits nicely on her shoulders. "Oh pretty." the members complemented her. Yejin smiled and thanked them. She then went on to say that her younger brothers had recently visited her, she went out with them and a close friend (take a guess who that friend is). She finished by jokingly complaining about how her brothers still made her pay for everything even when they had been the ones to invite her. The members only laughed at her complaints knowing that she can't say no to her brothers and will happily spoil them when she gets the chance.
Zora, seated next to Joshua on the right side of the bench, was quick to give her update. "Lately, I've taken up a new hobby." She reveled, "I'm learning crocheting." she went on to talk about her resent projects and outings with friends. "I caught up with Yubin after a long time. It was very nice."
It was Sunnie's turn after Dino. Excitedly she announced, "I also released a solo recently." She talked about the preparations for 'LIAR'. "I've been very busy. I have been spending all my free time with my sister who's having a baby soon." The members showed excited reactions, all happy for Sunnie and her sister and the new addition to their family. "How long now?" Seungkwan asked. "Just a few more months." she replied with a wide smile. Her update ended with the members pointing out how Sunnie's been so much more energetic lately (then usual) because of her excitement at becoming an Aunty.
Haerim's update came after Sunnie's. She said she'd been resting and spending time with her family over Seventeen's break. "My parents have recently moved house, so I've been helping them with that." she explained. Haerim didn't share much more and they moved onto Woozi's update.
just what the girls talked about for their updates. It's not much but it's something, I hope you like it.

Going Seventeen: Point of Omniscient Interfere Penalty
Tumblr media
Imagine Haerim on the opposite team to the rest of the 95line. Our girl felt so betrayed when she saw the Hide and Seek episode she didn't speak to them for a WHOLE day. In the court room episode Seungcheol tried to get her on their side with his puppy eyes but Haerim resisted with "look Seungcheol, I'm sorry but I can never trust you guys again!" Which left all the members in histerics.
And so she showed no mercy in this episode, refusing to give stickers to her fellow 95ers. Haerim's revenge. She did however cave slightly for Jeonghan (did you notice he looked really tired in this episode) and gave him stickers when she asked him to make her food.
You can bet Hoshi got most of his stickers from Haerim. Cue Cheol whining, "mediator-nim, she's playing favourites!" And Wonwoo's like 'what do you want me to do?'
Sage was having too much fun in this episode, handing out stickers generously. She's way to soft for her members and they knew how to take advantage of that. Waiting on her hand and foot, seeing to her very wish, Sage is Seventeen's princess and this episode only proved it further.
But of cause she can't go without teasing the girls on the penalty team. "Hey Zora, Sunnie. I'll give you 10 stickers if you perform for me." She dragged them both the to karaoke and picked New Jeans' Hype Boy for them to sing. "You have to do the dance too." Zora obviously didn't know the dance very well while Sunnie was way to enthusiastic, needless to say their performance was very entertaining for the members. Afterwards Sage proceeded to give them 5 stickers each, which was met with protests from the two girls. "You said 10 stickers each!" "No I said 10 stickers between the two of you, 5 each." Zora called for "Mediator Oppa" and Wonwoo came over laughing to break up the squabble between the three girls. (Sage ended up giving them 10 each)
Speaking of, let's see what Zora and Sunnie did this episode. Zora filled her grape shirt pretty quickly, finishing 3rd behind Hoshi and Joshua. Collecting stickers was an easy task for her, she isn't Seventeen's fake Maknae for nothing. Really, she just had to look at Woozi and he'd give her a sticker. He's like "Kyungie come here. You look cute today, have a sticker." Her fellow 97liners were also easy targets, it seems they gave her stickers for simply breathing. Dk and Mingyu being so soft for her like "Kyungminie, a heart for a sticker." She'd then shower them with aegyo and they'd shower her with stickers.
In reality the members felt bad for her. Out of her team mates Zora was the most innocent and wasn't keen on cheating in the Hide and Seek episode. She was like "shouldn't we play fair. This doesn't feel right." "Come on Zora, where's your sense of fun." So she had no choice but to follow the members evil plans. She pleaded that she was innocent in the court room saying "I was a victim of peer pressure." Evidence was found that she had been a part of the crime by sending pictures to the members during the game. "because they told me too!" Poor Zora, an angel in a team of devils.
Meanwhile, Sunnie had way to much fun collecting stickers. True to her entertainer image she put on quite a show. After being dragged to karaoke by Sage she stayed there for a while. She grabbed her cap and placed it in the floor near the stage, grabbing the mic she announced. "Hello everyone. I'm Sunnie from Seventeen. I'll be your entertainment this evening." She gestured to her hat on the floor. "Please leave a tip if you enjoy my performance, I would be very happy." "Are you busking?" Laughted Woozi, who was sitting closest to the stage. This girl is too extra and had many of the members laughing with her over the top performance of Antifragile. "I hope Le Sserafim members don't see this." Is what Haerim said as she put some stickers in Sunnie's hat.
After a few songs she got tired of karaoke and set out to gather stickers in other ways. She participated in whatever Dino suggested like writing poems, doing skits and taking photos. When Mingyu said he wanted some of Jun's coffee only for Jun to say he was out, Sunnie jumped to her feet. "I'll get you some for 5 stickers!" "I'll give you 5 more stickers if you get me some too." Said DK. Before long she gathered enough stickers to fill her shirt finishing 4th.
At the end Vernon came out in his judge outfit to announce that they had served their punishment (except Seungcheol hadn't filled in all the grapes and had to stay behind to clean up, much to Haerim's satisfaction.)
(I couldn't sleep so I watched the recent Going Seventeen episodes again and decided to write up what the girls did in these episodes. I hope you enjoyed and maybe learned a little more about the girls. If you have any thoughts of your own please sent them into my inbox, I would be very happy to hear from you.)

ZORA - Good Night
On January 30, Pledis uploaded a new original song to Seventeen's You Tube channel.
Sung, written and composed by Zora
Tumblr media
조라 (ZORA) - 잘 자 (Good Night)
Lyrics (english translation)
I'm fallin' in love with you
Can't take my eyes off you
It's a moment when time stopped
I can't control myself
Always my eyes on you
I can call you love
I'm such a lacking person, all I can do
I just want your night to be peaceful
Have a good night
Have a good dream
I don't want anything from you
Have a good night
In your dream
I hope a warm wind blows
I'll be there

Moment: Thinking about you
Tumblr media
Sitting in the corner of the dressing room Zora watched as the members got ready for their upcoming performance. They laughed as they chatted amongst themselves and even in the chaos and excitement Zora felt a sense of peace.
She’s grown used to the hustle and bustle over the years she’s been with Seventeen and watching the members now she couldn’t help but feel grate love and gratitude towards them. She couldn’t help the smile that spread on her face as she watched them happily converse with each other.
She didn’t realize she had zoned out until she felt two large hands gently holding the sides of her head then softly shaking it side to side. She giggled as she looked up to meet eyes with someone she was lucky enough to call a big brother.
“What are you thinking about Kyungie?” He asked as he took a seat beside her, wrapping an arm around her shoulder.
“You.”
This wasn’t a lie but her response caused a laugh to rise from the older man, who mumbled something about her cuteness under his breath.
The two of them sat in silence, enjoying each others company and the atmosphere before a performance.
“Thank you, Wonwoo Oppa.” She said as she rested her head on his shoulder.
He didn’t need to know what she was thanking him for, he just squeezed her shoulder affectionately and grinned at her.
“You’re welcome Kyungminie.”

Not without you (part 1)
Tumblr media
Summery: Seungcheol is called for a meeting where he learns some shocking news that could change everything.
Warnings: none
Year: 2014
Note: My first writing for my Seventeen oc's. The girls aren't in this chapter but they are mentioned and make a small appearance at the end. I know I'm not the best writer so please bear with me. I would really appreciate some feedback and comments. I hope you enjoy :)
Seventeen oc's Masterlist
Tumblr media
To say Choi Seungcheol was nervous was an understatement. Heck, he thought he might just faint as he made his way to Mr Han's office. The CEO of Pledis Entertainment, this must be important if he wanted to meet with him, but the thing that threw Seungcheol off was that he was called to this meeting alone, without Haerim.
They had shared confused looks when a staff member came to the training room and told Seungcheol that Mr Han wanted to see him. Haerim asked if they were sure the CEO didn't want to see her too, but the staff confirmed that he only asked for Seungcheol. This seemed unusual to them. Usually when they were called for meetings they went together, since they were both leaders of Seventeen. Seungcheol was bewildered as to why Haerim wasn't wanted for this meeting. What could they possibly say that they don't want her to know? This thought made another wave of nervousness wash over Seungcheol. He was trying hard not to overthink the situation but the closer he got to the office the more anxious he became.
So many 'what it's' were going trough his head as he knocked on the door. Hearing a voice telling him to come in, he took a deep breath to calm himself down before entering the room. He was met with the CEO of Pledis, who sent him a kind smile and motioned for him to take a seat in front of the desk.
"I'm sure you're wondering why I called you here." Mr Han said after Seungcheol had sat down in front of him.
"Yes sir." Seungcheol answered shortly, hoping the CEO won't take too long to get to the point.
"I won't keep you long, I just wanted to talk to you about Project Seventeen. You are aware that Seventeen is intended to be a co-ed group?"
Seungcheol nodded. He had a bad feeling he knew where this was going.
"Through Project Seventeen we planed on debuting the top seventeen trainee's. We didn't think I would end up so.... unbalanced."
Unbalanced. That word didn't sit right with Seungcheol. It was true that they lost more female trainees resulting in a large gap between male and female members. He had to admit thirteen boys and four girls does seem like unfavorable numbers. But he never saw a problem with it and the members never complained. It's been this way for quite some time now and the girls got along with all the boys very well. They've even been living in the same dorm as the boys for over six months now without too much drama. Sure the male to female ratio was uneven but he wouldn't say they were unbalanced. Sighing, Mr Han continued.
"Nothings been decided yet but the board and I have been discussing removing the girls from the line up and debuting Seventeen as a boy group instead."
Wait, what? Seungcheol's heart sunk at the CEO's words. They're gonna kick the girls out?
"Why are you telling me this?" Seungcheol had a lot of questions. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. I seemed so absurd.
"Listen Seungcheol, I just wanted to let you know what we're talking about and that it could happen. You've all been working so hard and I didn't want to drop the news on you all so suddenly."
"Then why didn't you call Haerim in too? Shouldn't she know about this?" Seungcheol asked, getting a bit irritated by the whole situation.
"Yes but..." Mr. Han hesitated for a moment, seeming to look for the right words. "I think she would take it better if it came from you. We both know Haerim can be difficult sometimes."
Difficult. Another word that didn't sit right with Seungcheol. Yes, Haerim can be stubborn and a pain to work with sometimes but under all that is a good hearted leader who only wants the best for the team. Sure, leading the group with her had been challenging and they've argued more then a few times but over the past few years he's really got to know her and has become very fond of her. There's a lot of words he'd use to describe Haerim but difficult isn't one of them.
He couldn't remember what was said after that, mind and heart racing with thoughts of Haerim and the members. What if they decided it won't work with the girls after all? What would happen to them then? As Seungcheol made his way back to the training room, the more he thought about it the more it dawned on him what might really be happening. Mr. Han's words rang in his head. Unbalanced. Difficult. Intention. What exactly was the intention for Seventeen? Was it even the plan to debut a co-ed group from the beginning? Did they think they wouldn't notice when they stopped adding female trainees? Was it their plan to add more boys until the girls had dropped out completely then get rid of the few remaining? Was this whole thing just a set up to draw the publics interest? I didn't make sense to Seungcheol, who's frustration seemed to grow the more he thought about it.
Arriving back at the training room Seungcheol's eyes immediately went to the four girls in the room. Seohyun was sitting with Seungkwan and Chan, laughing at their jokes and watching the other members mess around. His eyes then traveled to Kyungmin, who was talking with Wonwoo, Myungho and Hansol in the corner. Then to Yejin standing with Seokmin, Mingyu and Joshua in the middle of the room. They seemed to be recreating a scene from a drama but he's learned not to question the antics of the members. His gaze then went to her, Haerim, standing with Soonyoung and Jihoon at the computer, going over a video of the routine they were learning. Soonyoung said something that made her laugh and even with the noise of all the teenagers in the room it was as if her laughter was all he could hear. The sound made is anger disappear but instead feelings of guilt took it's place. How was he going to tell her? She loved this group and knew she would be devastated to have to say goodbye. How could he tell her when she and the other girls worked so hard for their dream only to be kicked out like they didn't matter? Then the boys would continue like nothing happened? Like they were never here. No, he won't let that happen. He would prove it. They will prove that they can be strong no matter the difference between boys and girls. So the numbers aren't perfect but that doesn't mean they can't be.
"Is everything okay?" A voice asked from beside Seungcheol. Jeonghan, who had been watching the leader since he came in, saw the way his eyes moved over the girls and was beginning to worry something might be wrong. Turning to his friend, Seungcheol tried to give him a reassuring smile.
"It's fine." He said, turning back towards Haerim, watching as she practiced some dance moves with Soonyoung. "Everything's going to be okay."

Moment: Lucky
Tumblr media
Sunnie woke up from her nap, nose blocked and throat sore. She rubbed her eyes letting them adjust to the early afternoon sunlight filling the room. She was about to call for one of the girls to come and close the curtains when she remembered that her members were out today. Just her luck getting sick on their day off, the other members all have plans and she’s stuck at home suffering alone.
She tried to get comfortable again when she heard someone coming in the front door. Assuming it was one of the girls she shares the apartment with, she let it be and decided to sleep some more.
She was about to drift off again when suddenly sounds of clutter came from the kitchen. Curiosity got the better of her and she slipped out of bed sleepily to see what was going on. Pulling her blanket around herself tightly she made her way to the kitchen. To her surprise she didn’t find one of the girls there, instead there was a man. A man she knew very well, who had set up his hot pot and was getting ingredients ready.
“Junnie Oppa?” Her voice came out quiet and scratchy thanks to her sore throat but it got the older man’s attention, his head whipping in her direction.
“Oh Seonie, did I wake you up. I’m really sorry.”
“It's okay Oppa, I wasn’t sleeping.” She said shacking her head. “But why are you here? Didn't you have plans with Chenle today?”
“We met earlier.” He explained as he turned to gather the last of his ingredients. “But I told him I’ll have to go early.”
“Why?” She questioned him, her sick brain unable to make sense of his words.
“Because my little sister is sick and there’s no one here to look after her.”
His words caused a small smile to form on her lips and a warm feeling filled her chest, but still she couldn’t help but feel guilty for making him leave early from his plans with his friend.
“You didn’t have to came all the way here Oppa.” She said watching him look for a knife in the kitchen draws.
“What do you mean?” he asked, sending her a glance and a small smile. “I live two floors above you. I don’t have to come far.”
“I know, I just meant that you...”
She was cut off by a sudden coughing fit. She covered her mouth with her blanket. Jun quickly reached out to rub her back, hoping to sooth her.
“Even when you’re sick you still talk a lot.” He laughed softly as he brought his hand to her forehead to check her temperature. “Did you take medicine?”
“Yes.” Sunnie replied. “Seungkwan already called to nag me about it. Twice.”
Laughing again at her statement, Jun put an arm around her shoulder to lead her out the kitchen.
"You go rest while I make you a nice warm hot pot, okay. I'm sure it will make you feel a lot better."
"That sounds really nice, thank you Oppa."
"Anytime, Seohyunie."
Deciding not to go far, Sunnie chose to lay down on the couch in the living room. Getting comfortable, she listened to Jun's soft hums from the kitchen. She soon drifted off to sleep, already feeling a bit better and so lucky that Jun was here.
