I wrote a little weird thing for the Ghosts: (this is way pre-canon)

Keegan sighs as Ajax sits down next to him "you okay, Keegan?" "Mom and dad are fighting again" he looks over to Elias and Rorke, who arguing about something small in the backround."ah, yeah, that'll put a damper on your day" both fighting parties glance over at Keegan's wording, tho it doesn't distract them enough from their argument. "Who's mom, from those two?" Ajax whispers to Keegan, Keegan looks at him "Elias, obviously" that lead to a head snapping to them. "Why the hell am i the mom?" Comes a little exasperated from Elias, meanwhile Gabriel is trying to keep himself from laughing. "Oh, you know exactly why, Eli" Rorke grins at Elias "oh, go fuck yourself, Gabe" Elias shoves at Gabriel, but it's clear that neither things are with malicious intend. Both Ajax and Keegan make a grossed out sound at Rorke's comment. "What, you are the more motherly of the both of us, not sure what any of you thought" Rorke muses, but keeps grinning widely, knowing that the others understood exactly what he meant and it was not that. Elias just shakes his head and leaves, tho before he turns to the two younger "don't forget dinner in an hour, i saw you weren't at lunch" "and this is why you're mom" "shut the fuck up!"

Another Call of Duty snippets, this one for Ghosts for Day 4: Mistletoe. Enjoy a short pre-Ghosts scene featuring Keejax and a hint of GhostHusbands!

“I honestly don’t know why we bother with this,” Keegan muttered under his breath as the ladder wobbled slightly under his weight.  He reached out carefully and tied another piece of mistletoe to the top of the door frame that led into where the Ghosts were bunking for the week.    

“What? Don’t want Ajax kissing you?” Kick teased, as he hung up a string of lights along the top of the cabinets.

Keegan jumped at the sound of Kick’s voice, wincing as the ladder made a foreboding creak in response; he had forgotten that he wasn’t the only one who had been roped into decorating.  Elias had pulled them both aside earlier that morning and told them that while he and Rorke were reporting into Command, that they better make the place ‘festive’ before they got back.  

Taking a look over at his decorating partner as his cheeks warmed at Kick’s comment, Keegan was distracted slightly as he thought about what to say in response.  He had no idea where the younger Ghost had rustled up a strand of lights, but they actually had lit up when he plugged them in, so a win.  Maybe.

Kick knew about Keegan’s crush on Ajax, but little did he know that they had already started dating, a couple of months ago.  They were keeping in on the down low, not wanting to disrupt the team.  Although, as Keegan thought of all the private kisses he had been getting lately, he wouldn’t mind a more public one either.

“Nah,” Keegan replied, shaking his head as he climbed down from the ladder, glad to get off the rickety old thing, “I just don’t want to catch Elias and Rorke under there.”
