Hi, I'm back with more Sharkey!
Firstly, based on the above video, Sharkey was fluent in Italian and had professional opera singing training.
Sharkey would offten sing whilst picking off enemy soldiers. Due to this, there is a special terrorist cell that, to this day, can not listen to Italian opera music without a severe sense of dread sliding into their bones.
(Sidenote; both Rorke and Kick picked this up from him, and Rorke helped Kick re-learn some of the things he'd forgotten about after his dad's death)
This terrorist cell refers to Sharkey as "The singing devil" and "that red bastard."
Sharkey's singing voice is one of the reasons Gabriel fell in love with him
This is roughly what Sharkey's hair looks like ⤵️ ( his would be cut above the shoulder and more vibrant in colour) he had a ten step hair care routine.
6. If he had realized that there were options, he would have identified as bisexual and used he/they pronouns
7. He knew how to ride a horse ( both saddle and bare back) but couldn't ride a bicycle

my brain is working again (i got more than 3 hours of sleep) so have an AU
okay so there’s this book series i read when i was like 11/12 and it’s still stuck with me to this day so ofc i have to make an rangers apprentice/ ghosts AU
in case you’ve never heard of it: RA is about Will, an orphan, who is chosen as an apprentice Ranger, one of the most skilled trackers, archers, and warriors in the service of the King of Araluen. It’s set in the year 643, it contains no magic but there is kind of the illusion of magic? (like people assume the rangers are sorcerers bc they’re accuracy w/ the bow and arrow is uncanny, and bc they move around unseen) and THAT is where the basic of my idea comes in
Since the Ghosts are the way they are (didn’t that remaining guy at the end of SV say smth about them seeming supernatural?) they already have the stealth bit down, they just need the bows and horses now
Merrick, Rorke, Elias, and Ajax all have the silver oak leaf necklace thingy (essentially just means they’re a fully qualified/ trained ranger, bronze is for apprentices and gold for retired rangers) Ajax is on silver bc i saw in one fic that someone hc that he was a lieutenant and in rolling with that and i don’t feel like fact checking (if that’s even information that i can find lmao)
Keegan, Kick, Hesh, Logan are bronze oak leaf wearers
Hesh with Elias, Logan with Rorke (bc you can only have one apprentice per ranger, or id put hesh and logan together), Keegan with Ajax, Kick with Merrick
The "illusion of magic" is such an cool idea ngl. I like that a lot. And I really like the idea of the Ghosts having it applied to them, so I'm on board.
Survivor absolutely said some shit about them being supernatural based on Elias's account. (Dramatic ass.)

Hc that like every time Logan gets drunk or even tipsy (Both are rare) he turns into an absolute track star and likes to bolt away from whoever he's with because he thinks it's funny.
The way Hesh deals with it is by making Logan tuck his arms inside his shirt. T rex style. Logan refuses to run like that because he's scared to trip and smack his face, so at most he'll toddle away... very easy to catch.

Feel like Hesh is the kinda guy to blare music in his headphones while he works (The overhead actual headphone type and not just earbuds) and he cannot hear shit when he's like that. He is LOCKED IN on that shit and going wherever his playlist takes him. Phone on DND and everything.
Logan will throw shit at him to get his attention but a majority of the time he leaves him alone until Hesh is done "Meditating"
Hesh has a tiny scar on his forehead from when Logan misjudged how hard he needed to throw a book and the corner caught him.
