Fattening the Competition - Alex/Alan Stokes: Ch 2

Alex starts to pack on the pounds as he slowly begins to eat more food and starts to lose his abs.
Despite his concern, Alan didn't want to upset his brother. He knew that Alex was still working hard in the gym, and perhaps this was just a phase. But as the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, it became clear that Alex's snacking habit wasn't going anywhere.
Alex's once muscular frame began to take on a slightly softer, rounder appearance. His once crisp six-pack was now a distant memory, replaced by a smooth layer of padding that stretched the fabric of his once loose-fitting gym clothes. His biceps, which had once bulged with power and strength, were now less defined, hidden beneath an increasingly doughy exterior.
Alan, on the other hand, maintained his lean and toned body, his dedication to clean eating and intense training evident in every sinewy muscle.
As the weeks went by, Alex's appetite showed no signs of waning. In fact, it seemed to grow exponentially with each passing day. Alan couldn't help but notice his brother's ever-expanding waistline, and the way his once muscular frame now sported a layer of plush softness that seemed to grow thicker by the day.
Alex's insatiable appetite didn't end with the chips and milk. He had now taken to devouring tubs of ice cream after their gym sessions, the cold, sweet treat disappearing spoonful by spoonful into his eager mouth. The once beefy twin had always been broader than Alan, with more muscular arms and a thicker rear, but now it seemed his entire body was expanding to accommodate his growing appetite.
Every day after their workouts, Alex would maintain his mantra, "Gotta fuel the tank," followed by a slap to his increasingly round gut. The sound of the slap would send ripples through his once-firm belly, and Alan watched in awe as the once-defined six-pack slowly disappeared beneath the accumulating pudge. Now, only the top row of abs could be seen, and even they were hidden beneath a generous layer of softness.
As Alex continued to pack away the calories, his gluttony began to take its toll on his lower body as well. The once muscular thighs and calves that had propelled him through countless runs now seemed to carry an extra layer of padding, and his formerly firm rear had taken on a softer, more voluptuous appearance.
Alan couldn't help but be drawn to the changes in his brother's appearance, no matter how hard he tried to look away. The way Alex's once tight gym clothes now clung to his rounded gut, emphasizing the contrast between his still muscular arms and the softness that had taken over his midsection, was undeniably fascinating.
Alan couldn't help but compare their vastly different physiques. While he still maintained his lean and chiseled body, Alex was becoming a living embodiment of indulgence, his once powerful frame now softened by the consequences of his voracious appetite.
Despite the growing concern for his brother's health, Alan found it increasingly difficult to tear his eyes away from the transformation that was taking place before him. The sight of Alex's increasingly plush body, the way his gut jiggled with each hearty laugh, and the ever-present mantra of "fueling the tank" all seemed to weave a spell that Alan found difficult to resist.

Alan makes a deceptive plan to make Alex continue to gain more weight so that it makes him look stronger and more cut.
As the weeks turned into months, Alex continued to indulge in his ever-growing appetite, the consequences of which became more and more apparent. The once muscular twin had now packed on a considerable amount of weight, and his body seemed to be a testament to his unrestrained gluttony.
Alex's morning runs with Alan became a thing of the past, as he would claim to be too tired to join his brother and promised to run later in the day – a promise he seldom kept. The absence of cardio in his routine only served to exacerbate his weight gain, the extra pounds accumulating rapidly.
Despite skipping runs and slacking off on cardio, Alex continued to go to the gym with Alan, focusing on lifting weights. The only running Alex seemed to ever do now was when they would play 1 on 1 basketball, where Alex would quickly run out of breath chasing after Alan to steal the ball. Alan also observed how his gut started to jiggle as he would run up and down the court. However, much to Alex's delight, his added bulk seemed to enhance his strength, allowing him to lift heavier weights than ever before. He began to surpass Alan's personal records, boasting about being the more muscular twin now.
As Alex lifted the heavy barbells, the force of setting them down would send a ripple through his rounded gut, causing it to jiggle up and down. Alan couldn't help but be captivated by the sight, even as he tried to encourage his brother. "You're definitely stronger than me now," Alan said, jokingly flexing his ripped abs and muscular arms.
Feeling a surge of confidence, Alex responded by flexing his still-powerful arms, the bicep muscles bulging beneath a layer of softness. With a chuckle, he admitted, "I guess I can't flex my abs like you anymore, though," as he slapped his now-plump gut.
Alan stood by, watching as Alex set down the heavy barbell with a grunt. Carefully choosing his words, he said, "You know, Alex, you've really gotten strong lately. All that eating you've been doing to fuel your muscles seems to be paying off."
Alex looked thoughtful as he rubbed his now significantly rounder belly. "Yeah, I've been super hungry lately. I didn't mean to eat so much at first, but I don't mind gaining a little weight if it means I've gotten a lot stronger."
Alan glanced down at Alex's belly, estimating that his brother had gained at least 20 pounds in just over a month. It was clearly more than just a little weight, but he held his tongue for the moment.
Alex continued, "I was worried that I was just gaining fat, but it's clear I still have abs and muscles under this gut." To emphasize his point, he gave his belly a shake, causing it to jiggle with a mesmerizing fluidity.
Alan couldn't help but think that the only reason Alex had gotten stronger was that his body had to adapt to carrying the extra weight. His thighs and butt had grown bigger to support the additional pounds, which, for the time being, meant that Alex could lift more. However, if he continued down this path, he'd eventually end up gaining mostly fat and not much more muscle.
Alan found himself feeling increasingly envious of the attention Alex was receiving for his newfound strength though. Deep down, he wanted to prove that he was the superior twin - the more muscular and handsome one. He decided to exploit Alex's denial about his weight gain, hoping to expose him as the out-of-control, pathetic ex-jock he had become.
As Alan was lost in thought, Alex glanced down at his belly and said, "I do feel like I'm getting a bit big. Even though I know I have abs, I can't feel them anymore."
Seizing this opportunity, Alan reassured him, "Don't worry, Alex. You're just bulking up. When you cut, you're going to be even stronger and more cut than I am right now." He then offered to create a healthy meal plan for Alex, one that would help him consume more protein and gain muscle to accompany his weight gain plan before cutting.
In reality, however, Alan had a different plan in mind. He intended to secretly make Alex gain even more weight, undermining his efforts to lose the excess fat. As he prepared the meal plan, Alan added extra calories and unhealthy ingredients, all while reassuring Alex that it was designed to build muscle, not fat.
As the weeks went on, Alex unknowingly followed Alan's deceptive meal plan. He continued to consume large quantities of food, genuinely believing that he was building muscle and preparing for an eventual cut. Little did he know that Alan's plan was having the opposite effect, causing him to pack on even more weight.
Each day, Alex's once fit and muscular body grew softer and rounder, his once-prominent abs now completely obscured beneath layers of padding. His once powerful legs and rear now carried a generous layer of fat, making it increasingly difficult for him to keep up with Alan during their workouts.
Alan watched with satisfaction as his brother's appearance continued to change. He knew that what he was doing was wrong, but the desire to assert himself as the superior twin was too strong to resist.
